Popeyes - Their crappy people they hire don't care
Hello corporate, lastnight I ordered popeys off of doordash.. The popeyes on 13795 blvd in newport news va.. I am truly disgusted with the lack of care of the people you hire... They are the typical class a americans, they dont care about anything or anyone and, they clearly disreguard or care of "your" customers, I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese the combo with mashed potatoes and a dr pepper... I have ordered this previoulsy from another establishment, and I enjoyed it some much that I thought I would go on door dash and re-live the experience.. But the sandwich that I got was disgusting.. It was grissle "they" (your employees) slopped it all together and thought "yeah this looks good enough" no it wasn't, I contacted doordash but, they refuse to give me a refund I payed $20 for this poor excuse of human consumptiom.. Im so upset that I had to write to you, popeyes them self.. I will attach a photo of what I received lastnight im so disappointed in your "staff" and doordash's customer service.. They have failed.. I can't say how gross and grissly this chicken was.. As it still lays in my trash can..
Desired outcome: I want my 20 dollars back.. its not about the money at this point IM so livid
Popeyes - Unprofessional/disrespectful employee
On 14 June I went to store #5527 on 13795 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23602 to purchase chicken. I had two coupons for two different transactions. The young man at the register informed me that it was only one transaction per coupon, I understood that, and informed him that I would be making two different transactions, however when the short skinny black lady with the greasy ponytail wig came over, she said in a very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful manner that I could not do that. I tried to explain to her that I was making 2 different transactions and she said that she did not care what I was doing, that I could not do it. I asked what if I went out and came back in and did it and she said you still can't do because I have already seen you and walked off. I have served this country with over 22 years of military service, serving all over the world and I have never been spoken too in that manner. I was not trying to get over on Popeyes, just trying to buy dinner for me and a friend. This not the first time that I have witnessed this employee disrespect customers at this location. People like her give this location a bad reputation.
