Popeyes - Cleanliness

I wanted to bring attention to the lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. I ordered and as I drove around to the window found it to be do dirty it was gross. Then as I frove all around to leave noticed ALL the windows were dirty and smudged. Was concerned about what condition the kitchen was. If the owner doesn't care about what we can see. What about what we can't see. Won't be back

Popeyes - Improper handling of food. Nasty customer service.

At approximately 9:23 PM, transaction number is [protected], A Popeye's employee named Andrianna took my order. I ordered the 11 piece chicken for $14.99, a large macaroni, and 2 mild chicken sandwiches. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order, Andrianna was making my chicken sandwiches with no gloves on. She picked the chicken up from the pan and pressed it down onto the bun. She did both sandwiches this way, with no gloves on. When she came to the window to get my money, I asked her if she could re make the sandwiches this time with gloves on. Andrianna said HELL NAW. She said don't you know that I washed my hands before I started work? I said that's not appropriate enough for you to be touching food items with your bare hands. She closed the window and talked about me to her team mate. She then gave me some old chicken that wassitting on the side already in another box. I watched everything. I was shocked of the unprofessionalism and profanity. When she came back to the window, I asked if she could just void the sandwiches and I'd pay for the other food if I could get some fresh chicken instead of what was left aside from somebody else. She said no that I had to take the food and stop being a [censored]. I asked for a manager. Christine Harris is the manager on duty, who came and apologized for the way her co worker behaved, and made her put on gloves. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com.
