My 12-piece chicken was soggy, and I can tell it has been sitting for a while it was not cooked fresh, and we ask the cashier to let them know to cook the chicken fresh and they did not do that at all. I am very disappointed that I wasted money on this order, and they did not follow directions. Either one refund my money back or replace all of my food and cook everything fresh.

Popeyes - Wearing masks during covid
Hello, I have tried to resolve this matter on three occasions prior to sending this complaint to no avail. I called your customer service on 12/29/20, 1/17/21 and 2/16/21. I requested a refund of $13.41 since the employee in Rahway, NJ did not have his mask covering his face at the drive thru. My kids informed me immediately and I called the store on 11/28/20, but no one called me back I then began calling customer service. The second time I called on 1/17/21, I was told the store attempted to contact me, but no one called. I believe this was an honest mistake with the employees mask; however, we can't take chances since COVID had been high in NJ/NY. Please issue me a refund of $13.41. That is all that I've been asking; however, if this does not get resolved, I will continue to file additional complaints. The customer service is very poor and not a way to treat customers. Regards
