Popeyes - Poor customer service from general manager Elizabeth

I am reaching out regarding Popeyes located at 8530 Figueroa Street Los Angeles, CA 90003. My order was made incorrectly twice I left and can came back with order less than 2 minutes this happened at 9:00 pm on 03/29/2021 she refused to give me what I paid for she then refuse to look at both receipts I stayed standing at the drive through window for 2 hours they shut the Popeye's down missed over 300 dollars just because I wanted what I paid for. People that had waited for 2 hours for their food was highly upset due to the way I was treated. When I yelled for someone to come and at least look at the receipt a little short Hispanic lady came to the window refusing to give me the managers name (she stated to me no speak English) which was very shocking to hear, I gave the lady my receipt once she realized that she did make a mistake she then gave me my red beans and rice, by that time I did not even want the food I stayed because I was not going to allow someone to just take my money and not give me what I paid for. The Supervisor who was onsite literally refused to serve me and I felt discriminated against in every aspect, I then called this morning (8:00am 03/30/2021) to get the supervisor name who worked NOC shift the general manager (Elizabeth) also, refuse to give me the manager who was working that shift name. This place is absolutely unprofessional there is no work ethics being displayed within this company, I will be filing discrimination lawsuit against the store. I collected names and numbers of witnesses whom also waited in line to get their food.

Desired outcome: I would like for the Supervisor that worked night shift to be reprimanded by being fired for her conduct when she was in the wrong. The general manager Elizabeth needs to be retrained on how to speak to custmers.
