This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

Andrik Guajardo is such a little [censored] he never takes my order and tells me "Could you hold on for a moment?" and then takes 5 minutes doing god knows what. And when he finally took my order he repeated what I said and kept asking "What was that?" And he had the audacity to say "We don't have any ice cream at the moment"
I had a large order including 6 meals and i paid for the entire order and when i arrived home my chicken selects were not in my bag but instead replaced with a portion of chips, i am extremely frustrated by this as they did not give me what i have paid and asked for.
All my children vomitted after having mc donalds burger when theybcame home and complained of stomach pain. I gave them painkillers and i experienced the same stomach pain myself.. jubail plaza branch

I’m at the place on Albany Street in Broken Arrow. Horrible service. Tried to order online and it was bad. I may have paid for crap I did not get
Never brought my food out to the mobile delivery spot this is the 2nd time it's happened. I called them and they never answered.
So they manager and and the crew were being very rude and when we came to pick up doordash they treaded us very bad and very disprectful only the person the was nice was this short girl and but of a dark skin and a guy while the tall lady and Manger were a bit mean
The cashier is not here so we did not pay for a few minutes, but I noticed that cashier or team member talked outside of McDonald's. We were waiting for around 10 minutes to get food because no one is there in front table.

McDonald's on Pembina and Grant has terrible service. I Stop there at least 3 times a week to grab a coffee in the morning, and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. When I do, every time I'm told to wait around the corner for my food. there are often one or two cars also waiting. Today I went for breakfast, and again, told to wait with two other cars. I was waiting fore over 5 mins, finally went in and they forgot about my order. I will start going to the Burger King down the from now on. Whoever owns or manages the Pembina location, need to take a look at the staff.
Got McDonald's sausage egg muffin meal and it had egg shell in it its disgusting 😒
Went in to McDonalds on Wilma Rudolph rd, Clarksville. This was 30 Jul 2022. Completed our order and went to sit down and could not find one clean table to sit down and eat. Looked over and saw a mother actually having to clean her own table with a borrowed washcloth. Every trash can was full with refuse on the ground. Totally unsanitary!
After I drinked my iced caramel macchiato got ready to eat the ice and it was a bug in the bottom of the cup! I have been vomiting since I seen it in my cup! That is VERY NASTY! And not very safe. I have lupus and can not afford to get sick! This needs to be handled ASAP! That is very unsanitary
I went to Putnam McDonald's at 3:30 on 07/22/2022; in the drive through line I heard the staff say that there was no carbonation in the soda but they were whispering about it and I thought, they won't serve me flat soda knowing it is flat. Wrong, they served me two flat soda's without a care in the world.

My orders are incorrect over 75% of the time. Food is prepared very sloppy and cold most of the time. The price of food at these places is as much as a sit down restaurant now and they still are low quality.

I ‘m an Retired Army Vet I went thru the drive thru . They don't disclose information and they didn't provide our orders correctly. They are lazy and can't make us understand that the system is changing we had to figure it out our selves that's why we redeem them unprofessional. We will see and your response on how you respond to this. Yeah
The employee name was named Jade came out from behind the counter and verbally assaulting my daughter missed took place around 4 o'clock today September 20 2019. Is this customer service at the store now pathetic .

Bought 2 cheese burgers twice and both time i asked for extra pickles and got 1 more. And all the burgers only a a drip of ketchup and no onions. And i was second on the waiting list and it too 9 1/2 minutes. Order number1LNVGW66VD
Food is ok at this McDonalds but the employees are rude and hateful. And not the YOUNGER employees - i'm Talking about adults and seniors who work here. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE! These old employees definitely need instruction in customer service and common manners !

I am a regular customer of Mc Donald. On Saturday 7 sept, i had 5 chicken purchased as take away at rs238.
In fact, 4 of the 5 chicken purchased were very small & not of standard size. Also, we had to wait a lot & only at pick up point, we were told that there is no spicy chicken.
Sorry there were onions on them but so few didn’t realize they were there. The rest of complain os as i wrote
On Sept. 5th 4:30am I went to the drive thru on my way to work. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit...it took at least 10 minutes or more to get it and the biscuit was hard as brick. Waiting that long I would of thought it would of least been fresh.
I was just wondering how safe it is for an employee to be deep frying something while surfing Facebook at the same time. When the cashier noticed that I was recording, she seemed to have attitude towards me.
The Egg McMuffin was nasty the English was hard as a rock and the Canadian bacon was hard also. I'll never go back and eat there again. Poor quality of food.
In your recently opened Mc Donalds restaurant in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina hygiene levels are dreadfull! On my way to Croatian sea coast I even talked to manager and pointed out unacceptable level of filth in toilets, only to find much worse conditions on my return! Shift manager just laughed on my complaints! Happy to share photos as a proof
I ordered 3 double cheeseburger, one regular, one with no pickles, and one with mustard only. So the one that was tagged "mustard only" had everything. This was not cool. I was picking my daughter up from practice and too tired too go back. Not cool at at
Dirty, Worst mcD Ive ever been to in suburbs of Philadelphia.. Drive through very slow. Rat traps all over back bt drive window. Owner brand new MERCEDES BENZ next to broken unusable menu board. Drive window broken.
Not even to mention poor untrained kids that work there.
This place is a s*** box.
