This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

I went to the store at 3102 Ndinuba, Visalia, CA 93291 to pick up a number 2 combo. The employee asked the manager. He told the employee they don't do this.
A person who looks homes less is smelling up th whole dining room and has been there for more than 30 min I can smell it by the drink area by table 114 it’s strong and I just ate it’s crossing me out while my child plays and then he needs to finish his food and prob will leave asap. Unsanitary and toxic
The employees lock customers out way before 10pm. I just stopped in and they had us locked out. They do this because they are young and lazy snd dont want to clean the tables and floors. Im contacting Corporate. They have been doing this every night for a long time. The Mgr needs to be fired as well.
There was only 3 chicken Nuggets in the Happy Meal Box. The queue was too long to go back through drive thru to get a change of meal

from the dollar menu (which isn't a dollar anymore), and I asked for extra mayo...I got the extra mayo but there's no lettuce on them and they're dry and hard and the mayo is on the outside of the bun. These workers need more training.

If we choose less or no ice I’ll get low quantity that’s not the right service.
Than when I taste it’s not green apple it’s lemon ice tea.
Every single time i come to McDonald's they say the shake machine is down. I want to know why does McDonald's even have that on the menu if it can never be made. Is every employee that lazy?
12/30/2023-Went to get my birthday dinner. Burgers cold, meat was black. Try to pay in person we were ignored. Store has a one star rating, sad. 12/30/2023. 3dbl qtr, 3 mc triples.
I got a large double quarter pounder meal 20 nuggets but when I got to the car there was only 15 and I was given a single quarter pounder
I went in the argyle street MacDonald's I ordered 3 Big Mac the burgers were cold and I ordered 3 original coke and I was giving diet Coke most of my order went in the bin
are you kiddie gme!, this place complained after I tried to place and order, took my CC then wouldn't give it saying I AM ENJOYING MY WHITE PRIVILEGE! didn't give it backs then saying they are calling the police!, I then had to pay for an uber back both ways and got NO FOOD! WTF

I just placed a mobile order number mK54 and was sure the pick itt up at 10350 northwest fet. .I'm currently starving at this point because I walk about a mike to the store a s the massager and cadhier bith are adamant that there isbt an order the for me ..
I bit into my double bacon and egg mcmuffin and bit into a massive chunk of eggshell, completely put me off and cannot eat it. Happened in Pembroke Dock Mcdonald’s at 10:30.
Waited almost qp minutes for two shakes a x they were so strong it was like someone dumped half the mint strip bottle in one shake. $10 and I can't eat it!

I bought fries and Oreo McFlurry earlier in the evening at about 7.30pm, queue no. 2725 I think, at Anchorvale CC.
The counter lady was rather rushed and brash in handing over my item. In my haste, I collected the McFlurry but realised later that I didn’t obtain my fries.
Could I get a refund? Thanks.
A 0ld with white hair was rude when I arrived to the place I want to order from counter instead of using the food order machine and ibwad unhappy with her
I have gone to many micky d's that do not have sugar free coffee? i buy vanilla sf everyday because i am diabetic! do i have to go to a specialty coffee house and pay an arm and leg for sugarfree coffee?

I ordered breakfast at 10:24 am on door dash, when the dasher got there they stated they weren’t serving breakfast and refunded 23.46 of a 31.29 total. Due to the fact that their team didn’t want to fulfill the order (should’ve been done by the time they got there) so I want my money back! This is a horrible way to treat your customers!
i went to McDonalds on pumistone road caboolture, i bought 2 hot rods that was old dry overcooked, received no sauces and paid $5.00 when it is advertised $2.95. \
This is not the first time this has happened, i understand why people go elsewhere, False adverising gets you no where but disdain.

Completely treated with disrespect and disrespect intimidation from employee/manager with no help no nothing but intimidation as we were gonna be in a fight.
This is the Webb city Missouri McDonald’s location! Stay away from it!
This location never has pies ready and says it’s a 15 minute wait! Who’s waiting around for 15 minutes for pies! Why even have them if you’re not going to have them ready when a customer orders them! Extremely frustrating
I went last week and ordered a McCrispy and a M diet coke. Got a McChicken and the pop.
Went today, ordered a McCrispy and a M diet coke. Got a McCrispy deluxe covered in mayo and my pop.
Threw the sandwiches away. No lunch twice now because they can't get an order right.
I was charged double, I only got the following items

1 McFlurry
2 Strawberry pies

After drinking about half, I threw it out as it tasted off. My whole bottom of my cup was filled with sludge and grounds! This was disgusting!
