The whole order
Each time I have a negative experience when I visit any Varna city McDonald's. I HAVE TO MAKE SURE every single time I get my order right,always something missing. Today I ordered via courier from drive thru.when the food reach us, was extremely cold as it was done yesterday,burger and chips dry. I asked for the happy meals 2 boy toy and kola, i got 2 girl toy and water they obviously does not care about the customer request, the burger was builded up like it was thrown together from 2 meter distance. I spent 50leva (25euro) and I am disappointed on the quality of the food, If I could I would bring it back right now to them, they to eat their "quality". Some one big boss have to look after the customer service and food quality in varna because you guys loosing a lot of customers. Once I eat in a delta planet McDonald's and they had an internal audit, that was the only time I had fresh and warm food.
Desired outcome: Please get me refund and send someone who pull their s...t together. Check the reviews of the restaurants on Google.
Complete lack of customer service, lack of security Integrity and resolution
So i attended Harrogate Macdonads, not for the first time the complete lack of effectiveness of the security of apparent security at Harrogate.
I contracted with the restaurant (via screens) at MacD to receive food at the restaurant only to be ushered out by alleged "security".
I conveyed to that individual that the contractual was in law. The same person bodily ejected me from the premise unlawfully. The same individual then requested the a second unidentified "security" person to the premise who continued to bully me and try and humiliate me in front of a crowd of youths who they continued to encourage including throwing my food in front of me like a dog and lots of encouragement to fight with the second doorman. I have no interest in this as a 50yr old, ex policeman of 20+ years. The humiliation and intimidation continued for 30 mins, I refuse to back off and challenged them to call Police .Police called and attended later , the main contagions (male 2) obviously lied and left the building (as did now the gang) not unsurprisingly . Police attending carried on speaking to myself as if an offender and i had no regard to speak with them. This is not uncommon for Harrogate and needs to stop as an absolute priority. It is a disgrace quite frankly and the centre of ASB encouraged by weak apparent security staff who take apparent support from the offending pack over and above anyone prepared to take a stance above this nonsense. They all need sacking and replacing with people who have the seniority to deal appropriately...not tese pathetic so called "security" who are frankly pathetic.
Desired outcome: Security are pathetic and actually encourage gangs as they are so weak to intervene with problem people
Customer service
At round 7:12 pm I went the McDonalds on 2610 S. Greenbay RD. There was a sign up that said "cash only" thats unacceptable in todays world. The cashier did not greet me even after I said "hi" she just blurted out my charge. While waiting for my food I noticed no one had on hairnets while all of the girls weaves were all past theri necks and on their shoulders and one of the girls actually ran her fingers through her weave while bagging food. I said "thank you' after my change was given to me, nothing. After my food was given to me, I said"thank you"again, nothing. So after I asked calmly"So you guys dont greet your customers anymore?" I received a blank stare and then I asked why one of the girls was running her fingers through her weave while bagging food and they all started to laugh! I will never go to that McDonalds again.

Food Quality

I’ve just had the worst experience with McDonalds meal. I just ordered through drive-through at Warspite Rd, Woolwich around 10:30pm. The quality of food I got is horrible. A cheese quarter pounder meal, a Big Mac meal were ordered… the food was literally COLD and DRY patty was used AND only one fries was in the bag which was undercooked and limpy-NOT FRESH at all. IMAGES ATTACHED.
Also spicy/smoky BBQ sauce was asked for but not found in the bag.

over all service and quality
We went to McDonalds on Jensen Beach Florida to day after church. We had a coupon for bygo sandwich. Ordered it, told the girl that we had a paper coupon. Ordered our 2 coffees,, 1 reg 1 def, and 2 pkgs cookies.
Pulled up to the window and the girl charged us regular, when we told her, she got snippy and said I did not take your order. We finally got that straightend out.
Then parked the car and went to sit outside. The seats were never wiped down from the rain yesterday .Opened my coffee and it was luke warm. My husbands was perfect. Went up to the counter and asked for a hot cup of coffee. She nuked it for me. Still not hot..Opened my sandwich and it must have been on a diet. They were so small I could not believe it. If you go inside because you do not want to sit in your car to eat, you are penalized waiting for as long as 10 min to get waited on. The girls working acturaly turned their backs on us .
Not a good experience, went to another McDonalds a week ago just off Kanter Road, and the hamburger was terrible. Thu it away.

Service
I was having breakfast at the macdonald outlet at Woodlands Mart on 11 September morning at around 9.45am.
I have make special order that no cheese for my breakfast burger, but it came with cheese inside and the wrapper has the sticker indicated special order. The milo was do diluted that we can't feel the milo taste at all. All we can taste is cold drink that's all. We can see that the drink was prepared much earlier as we can feel the cup was very wet and soft. Meaning the drink was prepared for quite awhile and was just leave it there.
The service staff did not even apologise when we approached them about the special order of our burger...
Very disappointed with the service. We can understand it may be peak hour for breakfast but they should monitor their service on food. Everybody pays the same price of their order.

Raw double quarter pounder w/ cheese patty!
Today I’m writing this complaint because above all other frustrations life has, I’ve continually receive bad service at this restaurant. Not once or twice but over a dozen times I’ve had slightly pink uncooked “just the center” but now it’s become apparent that no efforts for being held to properly cook burgers. Our recent visit our food “double Quarter Pounder” come out almost completely pink throughout the entire burger patties uncooked. Both me and my fiancé had stomach sickness I might add at this most recent visit. Nothing short to mention I am Pregnant! The safety of myself and other woman isn’t a risk I’d like to take, over food that should be cooked safely. If you would need additional info to contact me my email is [protected]@icloud.com
Desired outcome: The desired outcome would be to have the store location properly trained and supervised for fully cooked food at this restaurant. The meal costed us $20 though a refund if possible is greatly appreciated.
Manager is so rude to her employees

McDonalds - Boscombe 554/556 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 4BH
Ordered the new spicy nuggets 6 pack - Got home to see no spicy sauce and was given regular nuggets instead of the spicy nuggets we paid extra for.
When we looked at the rest of the order, everything was normal apart from the milkshake. Was only half full, as if a small was put in a medium cup.
This is not the first time this has happened, as we have had other accounts where food is missing as well as wrong portion sizes (ordered large and got medium).
Desired outcome: Due to the number of times this has happened, some form of compensation such as vouchers would be appreciated.
Buy one get one for $1
we want to the McDonald at Gainesville, GA near hwy 53 and McEver Rd and had seem the ad about getting one and the second for $1 and was told by MacDonald's that they knew nothing about it. I was so disappointed as I really wanted a big Mac...so we went to chik filet as we were so disappointed. We are printing this out so we can get it next time without attitude.

My food and the service
I just left the mcDonald’s on Dunn and lem turner. The environment is very Unprofessional. The two girls in the back drive through weren’t friendly. I wasn’t greeted at all. They were busy talking amongst each other and just nonchalant. I asked for ketchup at the front window and the young lady rudely asked “what you said”. As I waited for my refund the staff talking about things that had nothing to do with work, loud music playing. I requested a refund due to the unprofessional staff and food not fresh. I worked at McDonald’s 10 years ago so I cannot relate to the crew members they hire now that don’t have any good customer service skills or training apparently. If it wasn’t for the customers your position in the company wouldn’t be needed. Customers should be treated with respect.

Hot Medium Mocha
First when I ordered they did not know what I was talking about ..So when I pulled up to get order it took awhile for me to get my order so they asked me to pull up ..5 min I waited ...I started drinling coffe afeter i drunk it . it seemed not right ..I immediately vomited unitl it all came up..
So my complaint is they put something in it or something through ther fixing of it was not right ..so this need to be looked at under investigation ..I could have gotten really sick...
Desired outcome: Pain and Suffering and watch the tape to see who did this foolishness and hold resp..so no one else will be a victim

On three separate incidents the manager by the name or Theresa (when I asked her name she was rude and condescending and disrespectful and would not give me apart or my order because she assumed I was stealing it then there was another incident to where I was standing in front of the cashier waiting to order to give her my order and the McDonald’s was empty...

I came through on 9/6/22 and ordered a big Mac meal n a triple meal. I didn't get what I had ordered. I wanted a big Mac with extra salt on the patties I didn't get that I just got a cold big Mac covered in mac sauce and didn't get my fry. Also I ordered a triple and got a mcdouble. All my bread was hard as heck and all food was cold not even warm.

Went to the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING,
Went and looked for a table and ALL of them were dirty or with crumbs and pieces of chicken nuggets on the floor. Because of that the tables were full of flies.
All the trash cans were full to the pint were you couldn’t put anymore.
The manager in charge was just standing behind the counter looking at the screen for the orders. Not a si game employee cleaning ñ, not even him.
If you got close enough to the counter you could see the kitchen. And the kitchen floor, it had dirt from
Days and paper and boxes and ketchup and so so so much crumbs and dust..
We
Got our order and threw it away .. I could not bring myself to eat the food that came out of there and even less give it to my son.
It will take a long time to go back to a McDonalds again.
Desired outcome: For the health of the people of Lexington Nebraska, I hope someone gets fined and the restaurant offers clean and good food, I amSure there is so much bacteria in there.
Morrilton, AR Sun PM 9-4-22 horrible experience
I've been going to McDonald's since 1963. This was the worst McDonald's experience in my life. At 9:30 PM we waited in line for over thirty minutes. The vehicle in front of us, a smaller dark-colored SUV, placed a $22 order and spent more time nailing down her sauces than placing the order itself. The woman driver refused to inch forward so we could reach the speaker to place our order. We had many vehicles behind us so she was clearly impeding the traffic flow. We waited in line another about 17 minutes as she got her order and spoke several times to the young man at the window. Her order was rec'd - he never handed her anything else through the window. She sat there. At no time did McD staff ask her to park in the waiting area as other vehicles had already done (and like I am always asked to do even if it's just for French fries). Finally, we got our order. It was slung at us. My tea had no ice whatsoever. None. Our sandwiches were tough. My quarter pounder was - literally - cold and tough and hard. The yellow square of cheese was not even melted; it was like it just came out of the fridge. The fries were chalky and pale and far undercooked and cold. My sandwich tasted exactly like it had sat on the shelf since lunchtime and it was now nearly 10 PM. It was the worst $12.65 I ever spent in my life. When we asked the male at the window why he did not ask the woman ahead of us to get out of the line and wait in the waiting area, he literally said, "Sorry BUD" (quote) and SLAMMED the glass window in our face while we were talking. Worst experience ever and I want my da m n e d $12.65 back.

I asked the very large female since when is 10:30 am lunch time? What happened to the breakfast anytime. Her abrupt sarcastic reply was; "We haven't done that in two years!" An elderly man was ahead of me in line trying to get breakfast too as was a man behind me. Needless to say they just lost three customers, not to mention all the people we tell about this experience. I replied to the obese woman, good customer service arguing with your customers and being rude as your doing it.

Delivery 03/09/22
We ordered two double quarter pounders fries and a drink when it was delivered the boxes are ripped and what do you drink what is 3/4 into the fries look like a small small set of fries cost of sadly any in there and the service was absolutely impossible when we questioned the Uber guy when we girlfriend questioned you the guy he became aggressive and just pushed pushed stuff into Rands and then left so if you could please get back to the very very very unhappy about the service in the standard that we got
