also i sat in the lobby and had my meal after wanting in for here i got it in a bag now i have to make place mat from napkins no fun. also, the manager sat in the lobby discussing with associates their performance. He is not quiet. I can imagine if I was the employee. How embarrassed I would be? I think it's unprofessional for any manager to be discussing employee reviews where your customers can hear them... .
Desired outcome: Managers need to be more professional.Tuck in your shirts look, professional.Do your business where customers can't hear you and greet customers.Ask them if they need help
