This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

They need to get their ice cream machine fixed. Can never get a cone without it turned upside down in a cone as it won’t stand up it’s soggy; The McFlurrys are mushy and runny.

The staff did not said they do not have available what we have ordered and just pretended they have what we ask for and gave us a McGriddle. I couldn’t eat it as it was sweet. I have called them and said she doesnt know what was going on because the staff knew they dint have bagels and she just hung up on me.
I visited McDonald's in Yadkinville NC today. I chose to eat inside, the temperature inside was HOT and there was an ABUNDANCE of flies. Today is August 12, 2023 at 6:00pm
I went to the location 3300 Leonardtown Rd Waldorf Md 20601 on July 28.2023. I ordered the quarter lbs meal. the Burger was over cooked and dried out. This is the 2nd time at this location. The burger was thrown in trash . I did tried to reach someone but the receipt had the number un readable. I have pictures..
I ordered through mcd apps to pickup. I bought 3 pcs of k-hack style zizan razak. I bought it as a regular meal. But i did not get the spicy k-sauce. I really disappointed with it because i really want to try it.

Raw Fries- the last two times I have been to the Beaconsfield St Charles Quebec location the fries were undercooked, resulting in raw potatoes taste. I could not eat them.
I also always order my burger plain with lettuce only as 100% of the time, they get it wrong.
This is now the 3rd time I have ordered a delivery and somthing has been missing from my order always seem to be a fries but it not the point. If I order some thing a expect to get it!

My fiance works at 5316 mainstreet in williamsville ny 14215. He has not received any breaks when he works there and has worked several hours past his shift. He also has been underpaid since october of 2022 after completing the serve safe assessment as a manager.
I go to McDonalds about every morning, and 3 days ago it had me upgrade my app, I had almost 22,000 points and McDonalds took all my points and now i back to 0 points after i upgraded it.

The McDonald’s in Stanger opens at 7 got there by 6:55, waited for 15mins and their system was still not ready. No one even bothered to explain to us, what was going on. I’m very upset ended up being late for work.
Today 05/30/23 at about 12:10pm today I got Mc chickens with nothing but cheese and mac sauce on it and the first one i ate was fine the second one i was chewing and crunch crunch between my and spit it out in my hand and there glass in my food
My son and I ordered large meals at the McDonald's. We always get large fries and a large drink as part of the meal. As advertised. Today, we were told they come with a medium drink unless you ask for a large for a extra charge. It doesn't say that on the menu.

The store is dirty and all of the benches need to be replaced it is difficult to sit and enjoy my Mac and fries with the inside of the restaurant being so far gone.

May 11th. about 5:00 P.M. It would be so nice if the bun were larger. The meat, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. fall out of the bun making it messy to eat. Thank you for your concern.

Three times we have placed an app order and the order was not received. Customer service was very rude, yelling at me over the phone. Refused to give me her name and the owners name. They need better training, definitely in customer service and app training. You di not have to worry about us going through this again.
Manager verbally attacked a young woman by continuing to yell "I am in charge" until the young woman was in tears. This was in front of the customers. This was at the Farmington NY location on Friday April 28 I think
I'm Doordasher. Many issues w/ this location, always after 9pm. Last week, wait an hr for order. Told them it's ridiculous having to wait so long as a deliverer. Last night, waited an hr. At speaker & wait for voice that never comes. 4 cars at other speaker goes. People behind me yelling at me to move. Then say they don't have the order & are rude

On April 18, 2023, approximately 8:10 AM at the Hartsfield Jackson international airport in College Park Georgia restaurant 31491. I purchased a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. However my biscuit was too hard to eat. When I tried to bite into it, it was very hard and I had to spit it out.
Today 11.4.23 - 8:36 am - I bought and take away the morning mix and mix: nasi lemak + hash brown.
I am disappointed as the rice is not cooked. Therefore, I am not able to finish the nasi lemak. Should there be a quality control before the food are sold to customers, this will not happen.
McDonald's Harrogate, is a health hazard, the bins overflowing, the tables unwashed, food on the floor, twice complained while I was there to no avail, not even a apology. Plenty of staff, poorly managed.
