This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

7/19/9 drive up & ordered large chicken nuggets & extra sauce since its a large order & only (1) one sauce was in bag we asked girl at window for more and when she came back to window she said her manager said NO only one sauce and if we want more we would have to pay! If McDonald's is that hard up we won't do business with them anymore!
Bring back the Big N tasty burger. It's the only thing I really liked at McDonald's. I don't go to McDonald's very often but I would go more if they brought back the Big n tasty.
Bought a quarter pounder at Lincoln heights resturant. Burger was raw I Been I'll f two days didnt finish it jus threw it .around 1 pm Friday
It was slopped together and was cold
I sat in drive thru at 9:13 pm for 10 minutes before I was helped and then got to the window to pay and the cashier was really nasty and rude I will never come back to this location again and it's right down the road from methey acted like it was a problem that I came thru
I just typed a long complaint letter and have not received notification you received it.

It was super slow there were four people working just taking there time it was1128 pm just now got it at 1155 literally the slowest and by the time we got our order it was cold ! You guys need to get that store in gear I am super disappointed considering I do alot of business here

Where I lived in Branson West Missouri I was never able to get Szechuan sauce even when you guys said that you bought to every location I ask for it every time but they never had it so you lied to me and now you have lost a customer
In-spite of living me paneer wrap meal the host gave me chicken wrap meal and in order to initiate refund deducted amount again from debit card but refund is not received in my account till now.
Provide the refund of Rs.637 ASAP.

Attention! I ordered a large smoothie from the drive through and noticed the cup was rather small when i finally found the cup size they gave me a medium rather than the large i paid for! These workers really need proper training at this location they are always forgetting something or getting orders wrong please fix this issue!

Went to mcd's # 247399, questioned as to why i was being over charged for an item on the $1 menu, sausage biscuit is $1, per display, i got 4 and was charged $5.96, see pictures. False advertising
Today I received the wrong food. Paid for Triple meal sausage egg and received a ham sandwich. Ugh. All this after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Then I called and they couldn't hear 3x's. This is the 2nd time this week getting the wrong food. I don't work close. Have to return another day. Just annoying how they messing up orders.
All the Lafayette area McDonald's suffer from the same problem, their drive thrus are very slow. They do not get orders correct. They do not check the orders before handing them out. Time of day does not seem to matter, I have been at the stores at rush hour and I have been at stores at quiet time.
Me and my bf go into the McDonald's on 1186 main St winnipeg mb and we made our order and the guy overcharged us. We ordered #11 breakfast meal. 3 hashbrowns a xl 3sugar 4 creams coffee and a medium French vanilla which only came to $15.56. He even admitted to doing us wrong and even corrected it.
I purchased a drink from McDonald's on 920 n York rd Elmhurst, I'll I was drinking my drink and noticed a funny taste to it and open the lid and I saw little white things floating in my cup and I called and they said maybe it was probably from the machine because it was almost out but now it's got my stomach hurting.
The location at Hwy 19 in Griffin Georgia is consistently a disaster. The food is old, the service is slow, and the order is usually wrong. Employees are on their cell phones or talking to each other.
I order a double quarter pounder w/ cheese with no ketcup .when i open it. It had double ketcup and not else no mustard no onions and no double just a single i had to eat it it was to exspensive not too.and it was terrible to be honest.
Got sick with food poisoning and bad stomach pains and cramping . The food was undone and not cooked all the way . The mchicken is what I had and I felt sick afterwards . Throwing up nonstop I want something done about this
There's not big enough
I think now that you made it a policy not to allow your customers to buy the homeless food or to allow the homeless to buy there own, I think u stink and will no longer purchase anything from any McDonald's and neither will my family.
This is not what I expect to see when I purchase breakfast and open it at work. Come on...who serves something like this? Where is the consistency?

Forgot to give me both of my snack wraps I ordered. I ordered and was charged for 2 crispy snack wraps but was not given them when I was handed my bag of food.
Went through the drive thru last night in bend Oregon on 3rd street. Didn't receive half my order. Didn't get :
4 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles, 2 apple pies. Only got my 4 mcdoubles and 2 fry's. Would like the missing part of my order that I paid for. Thank you.
On October 24, 2018, I visited a McDonald's on 801 N. Pinal Parkway in Florence, AZ. Unknown to me, my debit card information was stolen by an employee & on November 6, 2018, I saw that money was withdrawn from my checking account at a Circle K in Phoenix, AZ. I had to order a new debit card. I will NEVER stop at this or any other McDonalds again!
Bring back the Breakfast Bagels
I have recently gone to the mcdonalds in cape coral on cape coral parkway and the coffee didn't taste good to me I purchased 2 of them I have never had a problem with it before but I felt I should bring it to someones attention. Please get back to me and let me know what will be done
I went to the store in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, Pa. There was a cashier being trained on the cash register. Neither the trainer nor the cashier looked at me in the eye when they took my order. I felt ignored. I have been going to that McDonald's all of my life and have never until today felt ignored like that. The store wasn't even busy.
Waited for coffee for 10-12 minutes in the car no 1 came to bring coffee to the car went in to see the problem no coffee ready, manager had nasty attitude, ordered a large coffee got a small instead, asked y she said they was of out of large cups with a nasty attitude no apologizes, this is the 2nd time this happened at the same MacDonald's
I am very disappointed with the service provided by McDonald's Ampang Park. I ordered Spicy Chicken McDeluxe and they gave me Double Cheese Burger. Unfortunately. I already home when I notice that.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I FACED THIS ISSUE, I FEEL CHEATED.

I am writing this because this is my last resort I work at a McDonald's and they treat me horribly they work me one day a week and they don't even work me past 3 hours sometimes please someone help me
I bought a cup of hot coffee at Alamanda shopping centre mcd. Unfortunately when opened the cup, there is insect in the water. I already attach the picture below. It is about food, i hope this will not happen again as alamanda mcd one of the main food for government staff for lunch.

Mc Donald Bandar Puteri Puchong.. I bought GCB medium set with coke and fries... attached reciept... take awat... I came back since its take away and as I bite hard in into and found a hard item... like a hard cap.. now I have such bad teeth pain and headache.

I ordered prosperity burger that was double chicken but instead I've received hash brown on top of a BEEF! I cannot eat beef and this has happened so many times. I hope i get a replacement for this as i paid for something that i cant eat
I arrived at Mcdonalds at 10:26am, and could not order a hamburger because I was told I was 4 mins to early. Come on give me a break
4 minutes..needless to say I will not go to that or any other Mcdonalds again, I will go to Sonic or Jack in the box on the same street..
