McDonald's wrong order and delayed order complaint

Hi i went to macdonals at prince albert location store# 40006 and my order number was 62 and it was two junior chicken burgers and i said for extra chicken sauce and they put the extra chicken sauce in only one burger and in the other one they put extra lettuce instead of extra chicken sauce and it was a drive through order and in front of me there was no big order and the lady told me to pull ahed for my order i paid for my order on 2:35 and i was waiting for my order till 2:42 and then i went inside for picking up my order and a girl was coming out with the orders, and I said her that my order is late it was more than 5 minuets waiting only for two junior chicken burgers and the gave the other order with mine that was way behind me and way bigger than mine in quantity and the girl doesn't said me anything not even a single word. I am very disappointed with the service. If i had to wait 6 minutes to get my order I would have gone inside and order. Thankyou

McDonald's forgetting my food

I have been going to the McDonald's everyday for the past year to get to go break fast for me and my co worker I spend $12 and some change there every morning Monday - Friday on my way to work. Over the past year they have forgotten my extra bacon with my big breakfast more times than I can count Friday on 6/22/18 I called them to inform them that we needed to get this taken care of I understand mistakes happen but this is becoming a habit. Not only did they not put my extra bacon in my big breakfast they forgot my 2 hash browns that came with the 2 meals I got and they only have the parfaits every once in a while. You guys are the only yogurt I eat and I cant even get that because that McDonald's only has them once maybe twice a week if I'm lucky. I called the manager Friday he was very nice he said he will talk it over with his crew but he didn't even offer to replace it which was fine I just simply didn't want it to happen again. Monday rolls around and I go through the line to get my food and when I got to the office to eat, there was no extra bacon. I also checked my receipt and I was charged for it. McDonald's double charge on mobile order

so my friends and I drove to Lake Tahoe from San Diego and we decided to go to Mc Donald there at 1034 emerald bay road. I made one mobile order on our way there and I paid using the card that was linked to my Mc donalds app(not my first time doing mobile order). When I got there to pick up the order, the cashier asked me If I paid and I said yes. So I got the order and then left. Two days after, when I logged into my bank account, I saw double charges. I called the number on the electronic receipt I received and told them what happened. I talked to the manager and she told me to just go back and get the refund if I still have the receipt. I said since it was a mobile order, I have the electronic receipt to my mailbox(in fact I received two receipts). I told her that it is impossible for me to go back because I just came back to San Diego. She answered well that's too bad, the only way u can get the refund is to come back. I don't think that's the right way to solve this issue. I should not be the one to hold the responsibility when they are the one who made the mistake.

McDonald's breakfast meal

I went through the drive through at the Amarillo sonny location and there were 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot and 2 in the drive though at 9:30 am and I was given the wrong meal. I don't live close to a mcdonalds so this was a treat and i get the wrong meal which I will not eat! I spent almost $4 on a sandwich and a drink and I didn't even get to enjoy it. They need to get their act together. terrible customer service and I couldnt even call to complain. I had to leave a message or email. ridiculous. this company has gone down hill! I worked in restaurants for many years and I usually can resolve a problem without having to contact corperate about it but they didn't even give me the opportunity. very disappointed!

McDonald's strawberry pie refund

Just left there tried to get a new pie and the night manager that was there because his relief hadn't showed up yet informed me that he wasn't worried about it and told me to come back after he's gone I don't know his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag felt like I was very disrespected here acted unprofessionally the pie was burnt I hadn't noticed until I got to work I Didn't even takea bite out of it it was the McDonald's on 291 & gudgell rd
Today is Wednesday the 27th about the pie on the 26th
And those were his exact words he said I'm not worried about it right now come back after I'm gone

McDonald's poor service rude employees

Good Day

I am writing this with huge dissatisfaction on Mcdonalds services and their employees.
I visited Mcdonalds on R55 next to Foresthill at the garage.

That is the worst day of my life. It was late we requested for meals it was 5 of us hungry and we always thought McDonald's was a 24hour services.

We were assisted by Thabiso and a Lerato. They were so rude they were so mean they were so unhelpful.
They told us there was no food the stoves are off and there's nothing they can do.
They even told us we are welcomed to call McDonald's head office or even the founder that is not their problem.

That was very unprofessional conduct towards customers we really felt so small they even told us we can go with our cheap money .

This is unacceptable behaviour and conduct. I am writing this so that other people who have been treated like this can get justice.

McDonald's centurion R55 is the worst the staff members don't like their jobs I don't think they had proper training on customer service.

Their behaviour was the worst and the people was with were shock ed not only was I embarrassed but humiliated in front of my guests that I was purchasing food for.

The worst part was when Thabiso shut the drive through window in our face. We were just humiliated.

He left us there unattended and went to speak to his colleagues laughing at us.

What a day of extreme bad service.

Dissatisfied customer.

McDonald's poor food quality

I orders a few breakfast items at around 12 am, when I returned home I realized my bacon egg and cheese busicut has one fourth (if that) of a piece of bacon. I would have rather them forget than to put the last piece of old bacon on there! I also got a large fries that was not even filled to the rim. I have been so displeased, it shouldn't matter what time I get my food, it should be fresh.

McDonald's mc chicken

I went to mcdonalds on lunch brake purchase 2 mc chickens an went back to work to eat as i bit it, the mayo taste sour so i threw it away ate the second one half way threw tasted sour so i stopped baged both sandwichs up to take them back on my way i threw up none stop for a few minute when i went and spoke to them about it and inquired what happen i was not asked how am i feeling or helped in any way but gaven another 2 sandwichs that tasted the same and i demanded the sandwichs back for evidence and the denied me i asked to file a report the denied me the service.

McDonald's stale cold disgusting food! big mac, filet-o-fish and french fries

Your store located at 14553 W Grand Ave, Surprise, AZ 85374 just served me though the drive thru a Big Mac that was cold, had gray lettuce and bun that were hard as a rock. I spit out my first bite, afraid that I would get sick. My wife's fillet-o-fish was ice cold as were our fries which were stale and greasy! Absolutely disgusting! WTF kind of managers/personnel are you hiring? My wife is heading back to the restaurant to get our money back. It's truly a shame that we do not have a decent McDonalds within 5 to 10 miles of our house! And you wonder why you are becoming the joke of the fast food industry. Try hiring decent employees and enforcing standards.

McDonald's cleanliness

I am currently visiting the Flora, IL McDonalds at 19:15 on June 22, 2018. I am disgusted with the atmosphere. First 5 tables my son and I went to were dirty along with food crumbs. There is food on floor under the tables. We had to clean off our own table to eat. Even dead flies in window seals. 4 staff members standing around. Very, very unprofessional.

I remember when I was 7 (my youngest sons age) you could get a sandwich, fries and drink for around $2- $3. Now these days a "Value" meal is $7 in some cases. In our town the mom/pop restaurants clean the table right after you get up. Our McDonalds, apparently believes in making a round every hour. I don't know how many times they have gotten our order wrong in the drive thru. It's crazy anymore. I joke to the boys that we need the show Undercover Boss to come in.

Been here 22 minutes eating and no one has cleaned off any table. Im too afraid to go see what the bathrooms look like.

Yes recently when my husband broke down and ordered a meal. It shocked him when they rang it up. We calculated we could make that $11 meal taste like a million dollars for under 5 bucks!

When my kids were small I felt pressured to feed them this disgusting "food". Now 8 never eat anything there, except an occasional caramel sundae. Yes, I agree many locations are filthy. Also, the prices are now through the roof! I have almost convinced my husband to never again set foot in there...

McDonald's unethical behaviour

I went into McDonald's restaurant #4009 in Romulus MI this morning to get a drink and a muffin before work. There were two people together in front of me that was done ordering - the manager and I think the lead person was standing there laughing with them and joking while I waited. They must of know these 2 individuals because they let them come in the back and get their own food. Finally another lady came up and took my order at the other register. When I asked for the muffin they laughed and said the night shift didn't feel like making any so they don't have any to sell. I order my drink then went over to the fountain area to get it - while there the employees starting getting really loud and telling each other to get the person at the drive-thru window because they didn't feel like doing it - they kept calling each other the "N" word - this was very upsetting to me, they have no regard for customer service or how to act in public. If this is the type of people that McDonalds hires (remember the manager was doing this along with the others) then I will be very happy to go anywhere but McDonald's - the whole staff needs to have training or that restaurant needs to get a whole new staff

McDonald's cherry limeade slushie

We I rdered a large cherry limeade slushie. When the employee handed it out the window it was a little over 3/4 of the way full. I ask her to please fill it and she said the slushie machine automatically shuts off. She didn't attempt to fill it up, She didn't even apologize and she did not get a manager to address my concerns. I feel as though if you purchase a drink it should at least be full when you get it.

I don't like the new color scheme of the restaurant. I also don't like the automated order. Walked out, wont use. I don't like that there weren't anyone that spoke English as a first language. Felt like I walked into a different country. Lost my business. Freddy's or Wendy's for us. You have gone away from the great memories we had of the restaurants when we were kids

McDonald's not accepting scottish currency!?!?

I was in this restaurant this morning buying our breakfast, when I went to pay my bill I was told 'No we do not accept Scottish money!' Soooo after feeling totally embarrassed I had to pay with a card I was not planning on using today. Now Scottish money is Sterling! And Scotland is still part of the Uk! Your name is Scottish for goodness sake?
I have phoned a U.K. Number ([protected] )to complain and they were useless!
Please help get this sorted

McDonald's tvs are usually turned off, or I am told don't work, or the employees tell me they don't know how to turn them on.

I love to eat breakfast at Mcdonalds and at the same time enjoy watching the news on the TV that is provided at the McDonalds I frequent. However, there is a certain franchise who owns 3 of the restaurants I like to go to and rarely are the TVs ever on. I find this very disappointing and frustrating. This is an important part of my starting my day and being informed about what is going on in our country and the politics.
If the stores are going to put in TVs and pay for the service provider, then why don't they want their customers to be able to watch them. It is a cost to the company, and if they are turned off, the company is still charged for the service. I have even been told by the employees that "they don't know where the TV control(s) are. Aren't they responsible to know where this property is?
It used to be I could count on this service being available every day. If I find a restaurant where the TV is not working, or the employees or even the manager does not know how to turn it on, I now leave and go to another one under a different franchise. This is a big inconvenience to me and I feel completely unnecessary. I eat breakfast at Mcdonalds almost every day. So I am a regular customer. But I do expect excellence from this company and for them to care about their customers.
I have seen that whenever the TVs are on, there are more customers in the restaurant and they seem to be enjoying themselves. Who wants to eat in complete silence? Please provide a solution to this very annoying problem as soon as possible. I have issued previous complaints via telephone. Maybe this is a more effective way to submit my complaint. Thank you. McDonald's meal order

6/18/2018 5:34 pm. Order 56
1st order:
Qtr cheese meal
No american cheese
1 vanilla shake

Second order:
1 dbl qtr ch meal
1 chocolate shake.

Food we received:
1st order:
1 qtr lb w/cheese meal
1 vanilla shake

2nd order:
2 dbl cheeseburgers not double qtr lb w/cheese
1 chocolate shake

The two sandwiches were completely wrong. And this is not the first order rcvd wrong. This store consistently gets the order wrong / gives out cold dried out food.
Unfortunately, the only other close store is on a very heavy traffic route at meal time but also a casper's company store that has given out wrong orders.

I just returned from an extended trip to the east coast of fl and I enjoyed a hit, delicious and correct meal from mcdonald's everytime.

Wow! Now I'm impressed- I just got the RUDEST service ever at any McDonald's in the United States of America- right here in my own home town! Thank YOU MS MYRNA ! You take the prize for rudest McDonalds Employee I've ever come across! I will from here on out drive past THIS McDonalds to any other one in town! Thanks for starting my day off with a bang! McDonald's rudeness

A Manager in the day time that works at McDonald's is very rude to the customers and her staff I ordered my food and the worker taking my order must've been new but he asked for help and She told him it wasn't her job to help so another manager had to help and when My food finally came up she threw my food on the counter didn't even call my number and when I asked her for ketchup she just walked away I ordered a small fry, my fries were cold and a cheeseburger and a 6-piece nugget I asked for ranch and the sauce wasn't in the bag she tried to charge me 30 cents I told her I wasn't paying for a sauce that should come with nuggets anyway I'm not eating at this McDonald's again if this is how mcdonalds managers treat their customers.

McDonald's customer service

Every time I go to this location in Waxahachie Texas I have a horrible experience with the employees. One day they were closed when were supposed to be open and last night was horrible service. They laughed and about 12 of them went to the window to look at me and my kids as we went through the drive thru. We were the only ones in the drive thru and they had probably 10 cars parked outside for the dining in. Took 5 minutes for them to answer the intercom, when placing my first order, they couldn't get what I was saying right . Plain cheeseburger. Then they all laughed and were extremely rude when we pulled up to the window. I matured enough to apologize for them not understanding me and she just nodded and stared me down when the other over 10 employees laughed and stared at us.

McDonald's service

Hello,

I am writing a complaint about customer service in McDonald's Northolt.Today 16/06/18 I went there around 14.36 pm.The person who served my takeaway meal she was very rude.As a customer I think it's important to hear thank you from the service provider.Instead being nice she just push the drink towards me very roughly .Also sour cream was missing.I went home.After I realised something missing I again ran back to McDonald's.It is made me feel so upset.I don't mind if that time was busy restaurant.And she forgot to gave the sour cream.Only was few customers was in the counter.It was really unpleasant for me got such a poor customer service.I am not really worried about the missing item.I think McDonald's staffs needs to be more patient with customers.
