On November 25, 2025 I decided to go to my local McDonald’s and place my orders through the McDonald’s App for Pickup since it’s way more cheaper due to all the deals that McDonald’s allow you to use for pickup orders only which is better than ordering it for delivery since McDonald’s rarely have deals for delivery orders. So as I was in the process of placing the orders I keep receiving a technical error in the McDonald’s App (As Shown in the Picture) that’s not only canceling my orders and getting rid of my pickup only deal offers but Also forcing me to wait 15 minutes for every time I use a pickup only deal just for my orders to be cancelled and my pickup only deals to be erased off the McDonald’s App. (As Shown In the Picture) So As Soon my orders were cancelled, I received emails from McDonald’s claiming no worries any deal offers that was applied to these orders will be reapplied to my McDonald’s App (As Shown in the Picture) but that’s a lie because I was sitting in my local McDonald’s for over 3 hours and none of the pickup only deal offers reapplied back to my McDonald’s App. So at this point I was left with no choice but to spend a lot of money through the McDonald’s cashier instead of the App due to McDonald’s App False Advertisement then i walk out the McDonald’s while it was raining left very disappointed spending a lot of money on food that was cold, wet and not worth the price at all.
Desired outcome: I just want McDonald’s to give me a $100 McDonald’s Gift Card for the inconvenience.
