McDonald's Service

I was at the drive through moving a cup to place a coke in my cup holder when I heard the person at the window shaking the bag my way. Loudly may I add! I turned my head looked at the girl and said you don't need to shake the bag at me I know your there, then she throws the bag at my face so I threw it back in the window and then she throws my large coke at me through the window in my brand new car. I pulled around to the front of the store put on my mask and was ready to go in there and knock some sense into her she was lucky all the employees were standing in front of me because it wouldn't of been nice. I get along with everyone I deserve an apology.

Desired outcome: Apology and payment of $3.00 for my car wash.

McDonald's Customer Service

On Saturday January 30. 2021 I visited the drive through window at the Williston McDonald's restaurant shortly before 10:00pm. I sat at the microphone area waiting for someone to say the standard greeting and finally had to say Hello? A woman came on and said order when your ready in a irritated tone. I began to place my order and I changed a item and she let out a irritated ughh. I let it go and kept on with my order and when I ordered the happy meals I said two cheeseburger happy meals with extra fries, and a large to which she stated hold on as soon as get your happy meals done you can order the rest in a really irritated tone to which I stated Wow are you really that crabby? From there on she finished the happy meals without a word and I assumed she had my order all down I looked at the screen to preview it and it wasn't showing in full but by then she asked is that all? I responded That should be it, and I was going to ask if she could repeat it back but she hung up. When I paid for my order at the 1st window and moved to the second I explained that I had ordered a large Coke and that I didn't get that to which the girl there seemed irritated next and rolled her eyes but did give me a large Coke. When I got home my order was missing a McDouble and 2 pies. My whole order was 1 McChicken 2 McDoubles, 1 large fry 1 large Coke, 2 pies and 2 cheeseburger happy meals with extra fries and chocolate milk. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received and strongly suggest that your branch send the employees on shift to extra training as it is clearly needed. I will not be visiting your establishment when I am in town again.

McDonald's My fries

Good afternoon, I just left Macdonald a in west Hartford ct on Albany ave. I ordered 3 fries two medium and one small, I waited about 20 min and I saw the lady bring someone food to them at their car cam back in and did not wash her hands and was complaining how she can't even clock out mind you there was one fries sitting there for about ten minutes she proceed to throw the fries back with the other fries and make up my fries, I asked her if they were hot and she says they should be, I got to the car and gave the kids there fries and they were cold. If I had more time I would have went back in there

Desired outcome: She needs to spoken about how to speaks around customers, and I would like my money back or a gift card

McDonald's Manager behavior

I ordered at the drive through. The total was $25.50. I gave the cashier at the first window a coupon to make one of my sausage mcmuffins a penny, which should have decreased the amount owed by a few dollars. The cashier apparently didn't actually scan my coupon, and I didn't realize it until approaching the last window. I notified Justina, the store manager, about the mixup. She barely spoke English and could barely comprehend the situation. Her solution was to tell me it was too late to use the coupon. I again explained to her that the cashier failed to scan my coupon. Again, she explained to me it was too late. So I basically got ripped off for a few dollars. This was at the McDonald's on Barger in Eugene, OR.

Desired outcome: Send me the amount owed.

McDonald's Political activity

I would like to purchase burger and fries not your political standings; regardless of the party. I do not want to indirectly fund your donations to any political party or activism group. Stay within the your industry, food, and stay out of politics. Until you do I will purchase my fast food from another venue.

Desired outcome: Go back to just selling food and not your political stance

McDonald's Very poor service, long wait time, old food, items missing

I never expect gold-standard service form McDonalds. It's a fast-food mass producer with a bad reputation that hires unskilled teenagers. However, this experience was next level.

Sunday 17 Jan, 21:30(ish) @Belconnen drive-thru: I ordered a large El Maco meal and a single quarter pounder.

I was immediately told to wait in the the bays - with neither a please nor a thank you - to receive my order.

When it finally came, the person came to my passenger side window when they could clearly see I had a seat full of groceries there. I had to lean over my groceries and roll the window down. They handed me the bag and left without saying a single word.

There was no drink, there was no shaker seasoning or bag, and the fries were old and saltless.

When I drove back around to address these issues the duty member brought me my water but when I asked about the shaker seasoning they said they were out. I explained that there was no signage to indicate this, nor was I told about this before or during payment. When I pointed this out they shrugged and stared at me in silence. She literally shrugged me off.

It became awkward quickly so I left, furious and deeply unsatisfied.

Desired outcome: Full refund/free meal + some form of apology from a McDonalds representative.

McDonald's 25 minute wait gave my food to car in front of me

There was no one in line behind me I did my order though the drive thru. Get to 1st window they ask you again to list your whole order because they are dumb. The 2 way drive through was the worst invention ever it makes things more confusing for idiot employees. Then get to second window still no one behind me but they ask me to pull up when there's already a car waiting because they are so slow. Then they come out gave my order to the car parked in front of me at the drive thru waiting line which is not even a normal thing. Then they gave the person behind me their order. They then came over and said they would give me extra hash browns or something because they had to do the order all over again. My children were waiting for 25 minutes for breakfast. Then they finally come out with the food nothing extra and no butter for the hotcakes. Miserable morning thanks to your [censored]ty staff. They deserve to all be fired and I'm going to tell anyone I know not to go to that specific one. You guys don't even open the restaurant inside it's [censored]ing [censored].

McDonald's I am completely

On the 16/1/21 I've ordered a takeaway from just to eat. On the arrival. Just eat was very rude. And gave us the wrong order the only I got was drinks. My order number 11292. I rang the restaurant no answer. This is not the 1st time. I will not use just eat or McDonald again. I have a very upset daughter now.

Again on the 7/1/21 I order no one turned up

Horrible customer service. Attitude from making the order to picking it up. I'm already paying enough for the caramel coffee so please just give me the cream and sugar when I ask for it. Parked went inside to get them. I'm disabled so it's a bigger problem than just jumping in and out. That's why going through the drive thru is convenient. Not convenient today at all

The McDonald's on South 5th literally told me to go [censored] myself after I waited over an hour and a 1/2 for a door dash delivery. I just called to see where my order was and she insisted I call door dash for help, laughed.. Then hung up on me. Yay McDonald's! I really appreciate how you DIDN'T treat me as a customer after I dumped nearly $30 into a meal.

To most people this means to form a single lane and wait for the next open drive up lane. Comment: Used McDonald app; daily deal offer buy 1 breakfast sandwich get 2nd for.01. Offer not honored; reason it had expired. How can offer retrieve at 10 a.m.; expire prior to 15 minutes? Personnel at McD stated app is corporate controlled, local facility have nothing to do with app; also stated offer probably expired at 12 a.m., so I would have to come in before then to redeem offer - my question is how can I come in the day before the offer is provided? As a result of this transaction today, Sunday 1/3/21; I can only conclude this app thing is fraudulent; and is used as a bait to attract customers to the local facility who then will tell you they are not connected with the McD corporate? The offer was not honored; I paid 2.50 for a Sausage McGriddle and did not get the second sandwich as offered... disappointed in Decatur Alabama. The store I used was Restaurant 5566.

Desired outcome: 1. McDonald to honor daily deal; either the deals offered on app are legitimate or not; 2. A response indicating whether the information I received is accurate = local franchise has no responsibility to honor app offers

McDonald's Customer service

i went to the drive thru and bought a cup of coffee and when got around to drive thru window. The cashier told me your going to get shot. Think should be aware of her behavior. My name is wayne everson. i dont know if the cashier has developmental disabilities. I know lockport do have people with disabilities that work and live there. The cashier that told me that rude comment should work in the back on the make line. She has poor customer service skills.

McDonald's A employee

I ordered a large coffee on 1/2/2021 at 10:00 am your employee a hispanic young male employee misunderstood me and he thought I had ordered a ice coffee he was charging me 4 dóllars and some cents. When I told him why so much for a large coffee he began to get mad at me and had a bad attitude with bad service I would not like him to service me again my name is Jorge he did not give me my receipt thank you.

I buy coffee every single day from McDonald's. I paid for extra caramel and the lady Lori was so mean to me saying she wouldn't put in the amount I paid for because they are not supposed to do that. She continued to talk loudly over me . If I'm paying for it to be made to my liking then that's how I should get it. Now every time she makes my coffee it's NASTY.
