I am very upset and have tried to complain at restaurant with Manager (Hasem) but he was not there and no replacement to solve issue. This is very unhygienic and I cannot understand how this can happen with hygiene (gloves and caps) being promoted as careful especially with the Covid situation in Zug.

I cannot understand how hair can be found in a burger in this day and age. In my view staff are complacent and don't even attempt to speak English and solve issues. The lady on the phone tried to brush me off until I insisted to know the managers name

He is supposed to contact me tomorrow, but I have my doubts he will try to rectify the problem

I came to Mcdonald's and the lady at the drive thru was rude as [censored]. literally yelled "HELLO" at us whenever we asked her to hold on for a second.

I ordered two-foot-long on last 16th September from Mcdonalds Sri Lanka Rajagiriya branch, and it was really cold and not fresh,
then I called and complain them, they were sent me a new one, but I assume the new one also they had heat in the microwave and sent me back, this is really not the first time I had this [censored] experience before too. I recommend to people that don't visit or order food from MCDonalds

Person who made my food at8 30 roughly, picked the meat and cheese up with his hands and grabbed buns and other stuff without changing his gloves or using the standard tongs that they are supposed to use seeing as I worked at McDonald's before. I didnt even see the tongs they need to pick the meat up or anything. Thus store needs some serious improvements

Kristen Fruente of 3213 80th Street in Brooklyn NY is a fat Puerto Rican piece of crap purging hundreds of pounds of junk food from places like McDonalds and Burger King making her the fattest schizo ever.

She is also an opportunist [censored] taking advantage of everyone she comes across blackmailing for all things welfare benefit including EBT and Section 8.

I waited 20 mins in their drive thru for my meal and this is at least the 3rd time I have sat through this kind of situation before it took effort to complain. The company does not make it simple to make a complaint about their various locations. Yet here I am pissed that I spent 20 mins of my life to get a burger, the staff at the location informed me that no one get curtsy cards yet right down the road i've spent less than 5 mins in line and received such. The employee candidly yelled back to her manager "yo do we give them cards for unhappy customers?" just to inform me "no, she said if we give them cards we'd have to give them to like 100 unhappy people"

The cheese in my fish Burger was virtually nonexistent.
All that was in the bun was a tiny scrap that was so thin it was see through.
No thicker than a piece of skin.
Very disappointing as this was my first venture out of the house since the beginning of the COVID19 lock down in March.
All I had been wanting for 5 months was a McDonalds and it was the first
place I headed for when I was fairly comfortable with the thought of leaving the safety of my home as I am in the vulnerable class.
What a Disappointment the minuscule scrape of cheese was as it spoilt the whole tasting experience I had so been looking forward to.

My son & I were denied service becuz we didn't have a vehicle after dining hours. I pre ordered and paid online, we had to walk 5 blocks to get our food it was late but unfortunately I'm a single low income mother I was trying to feed my son. He was denied because apparently your policy is no service without a vehicle at drive up we forget covid-19

On July 29, 2020, I went into McDonald's at Northgate, Colerain Ave., Colerain Township, Cincinnati, Ohio. I saw a person preparing food with a mask below his nose and mouth. I also witnessed this person typing on a cell phone while handling food. He had a glove on his left hand only. This is a violation of the county's mask policy and coronavirus protocol. It is a danger to workers and customers. Cellphones are notoriously unsanitary. This food preparer is almost certainly cross-contaminating pathogens to the good he is touching.

Called in for order agent said branch is overloaded and to call back in 10 minutes

Called in after 45 minutes to get last order message I spoke to manager to say branch who serve my area has maintenance! Three different information?!

Excuse me we still through working hours my zone got three branches for mac is it my problem as a customer to call 3 AM in a morning to get food and find those unacceptable excuses? This was totally unacceptable by mac I received in my address for three years I expect your rapid response and actions
