I just had an order delivered in İstanbul/Turkey ehen ı gave the order on phone ı highlighted payment will be by setcard (a method of payment in TR) and when delivery arrived delivery guy told us they dont have the pos! We dont have cash on us and we had hard time for payment.What a service?i expect of a brand a standart on the servlces they make unfortunately i am disappointed with mc, not a poor service.

I am a customer who go to mcdonald every morning for breakfast because I live 5 mins away now I drive 15 mins away for breakfast that female store manager you have is very disrespectful and rude when I come in she very cold and bullying towards her workers she always on her cell phone vidoe chatting up at the front and I feel it wrong

A royal delux, without vegetable and over cooked. Not a single lettuce. Not a single slice of onion. Have you ever seen ketchup inside the sandwich? The image speaks for itself. Complaint made, not a single word from them. When you have one franchisee, he made whatever he wants and the image of MacDo is hit here. A minimum of 4 franchisees are required in order to get a good service.
2 cheeseburger meal
The burgers had an off smell not sure if it was the cheese or patty.
There was no consistency in the burgers, some had only one gherkin while others had two.
The Fanta orange drink was extremely hot, served with a cup that had Fanta orange spilt all over it.
Their prices seem more expensive than the usual Mc Donald meal prices, for example their Mc Royale Meal is R71. 90 which is way more than the price I normally buy it for at other Mc Donald restaurants.

Constantly giving ketchup, syrup and other stuff I ask not be included with order. Waiting in the parking wait area over 5 minutes for an order of Two (2) hash browns. Finding pancakes missing from order when I returned to my house. (Ordered big breakfast) (Note ; other items sometimes missing from order after returning home) This problem is not just recently happening but has been ongoing over years. Don't have any such problems at Southington store
Mobile orders
This isn't really a complaint just looking for information. Sunday I placed a mobile order for breakfast items at 10:45. I went into pick up the order but was told they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 every day. I know the McDonald's next to my work serves breakfast till 11am on weekends. I was fine with that and asked if I could receive a refund. The manager wasn't sure but asked if I could cancel the order on my end. I checked and the app doesn't have a cancel order options as far as I could see. Then asked if I could dispute the charge with my bank, but my bank is closed on Sundays. He tried to got on the phone with his district manager to find out what to do. The app is suppose to automatically stop breakfast orders after breakfast stops being served but it seems the app doesn't know that store stops serving breakfast at 10:30. The manager decided to go ahead and make the breakfast order. Just want to know who is actually responsible for putting store specific information in the app to make sure any mobile order can be made without issue. Would that be the store manager or corporate offices? I had a similar issue a few months ago when I had an offer for Buy one get one free on Mcflurry and milkshakes and was originally excited to see the eggnog milkshake near the top of the featured deals but wasn't actually available, and a couple of months before that I order biscuits and sausage gravy which wasn't served anymore either.
Poor service
This is all about Mc Donald Nugegoda branch. I visited there at about 2.45pm today. Employees are not trained well to serve customers and Manager also keep yelling at customers. Hope there is a way to treat customers better than this. Also, the girl wasn't so polite who was checking the body temperature of each customer near the entrance. We've been for other Mc Donald branches too. But never encountered such a poor service. Hope you will consider this as this affects your reputation. If anything please contact me on [protected].

I believe I wasted my money to buy that so fix your staff before you loose customer. Boerie stack
Please add Boerie stack too uber eats. Every time I have to drive through to Douglasdale MacDonald's and they can never do anything right. Last time they opened late, like 7:05 they still had a cone in front of their drive through, and they're supposed to be open at 7. Today their tap doesn't work on their card machine, so I ask her why and she says she doesn't know, fine, then I ask her to find out to which she rudely repeated that she doesn't know. All this frustration could be avoided if you simply added the menu item to uber eats. Also your telephone service, app and website also don't take orders currently.

Completely wrong items and missing items
I use door dash since the Pandemic, and maybe once a month my order from McDonalds is correct out of 20. Today I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal extra Ketchup, and Onions, with a Large Fry and Large Coke.
