I came to McDonald's today and placed 2 orders. One of the orders was correct but the other order was placed wrong and once I realized I came back around the line to explain the situation. Although we weren't missing the food we paid for I tried explaining the situation to the person on the headset. I told them it was rung up wrong and we need to get the food they didn't ring up. While trying to explain the situation I was told to wait and I did and then one of the employees got on the headset and started yelling at me even though I was ready to pay and trying explaining the situation in a calm manner. I have never been so disrespected by a company and as a fast food worker I would never wrongfully yell at a customer no matter whose fault the order was.
Desired outcome: I work at Chick-fil-A as a manager and if i heard my employees acting like this they would be terminated and or written up. If not fired I would have that employee retrained and monitored until they learn how to correctly treat a customer.
