McDonald's

I visited McDonald's in Columbia, MS drive-thru on 7/1/2021 @ 10:18 pm. When I got to the window to pick up my order, the girl was on her phone texting & they were really busy. When she handed me my teas I asked to get bbq sauce & sweet & sour for my 20 piece nugget. She didn't say anything & shut the window. When she handed me my food, I asked if the sauce was in the bag. She frowned at me & said "What?!", then she said the sauce is in there & slammed the window. I received no straw, no napkins, ice cold salty fries, chicken nuggets tgat tasted burnt & a rude attitude to top it off. Our whole order went in the garbage. I called up there & spoke to a male manager & explained. He went to see who it was & came back on phone & said she was also a manager. So I guess it made it ok because she was a manager? This experience made me not want to go back
