Rude
I am hard of hearing and had hard time understanding the person saying because didn't know what order number they saying. Hard with their mask on that I can't read lip. Person that gave me food was very rude/ mean since I was showing her my order number and gave it to me.
They all need training on how to make accommodations for people with disabilities such as deaf or blind or etc. Maybe they all need accommodate by wearing clear mask so people can read lip
Refusal of a refund due to not being charged for tomato on my mcchicken
Tonight I went to the McDonalds in Colville, WA. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 3 mcchickens lite lettuce and add cheese. Add Roma tomatoes kept coming up on the screen I told dude I don't want tomatoes wtf. I got my order to go. On the receipt it said lite lettuce add cheese nothing about tomato. Food ordered, not upto standards, part order missing ie, sauces that been payed for, utensils requested but nothing!, coke was literally half cup ful! Rang cottonwood restaurant to be told nothing they could do! But it's nearly 4.00 delivered to our home address, think management needs to be retrained if they think it's acceptable to send these orders out! Not the first time it's been poor, but never complained upto now!

Food quality
I've always been a McDonalds client since it opened in Egypt and even before that abroad.
Lately, the beef quality has not been upto their level. It has crushed bones in every burger patty. I endup spitting like four times in my last double cheeseburger.
It seems like that Mcdonalds Egypt is taking us for granted but in a hidden manner.
Desired outcome: To make their quality better that’s all.
Breakfast
Today I was in line at McDonald's 1909 Marriott, Louisville, TN. between 10. and 10.30 the lady in front took a long time ordering just as I reached the speaker the lunch menu sign came and I was not allowed to order breakfast.it seems to me that if I was in line during breakfast time I should have been allowed to order breakfast. It was not my fault the lady in front of me took so long. The breakfast menu was showing when we got in line. Most McDonalds serve till 11.00 and 11.30 on a Saturday.
This is the second issue I have had with this restaurant I ordered one of the coffee drinks I was told they didn't serve anything but plain coffee.
It is 2 miles from my house I go there often.

Not getting my food at all
Had a mobile order waited 35 minutes already paid for and they said they couldn't help us and didn't get our food after it being paid for 1656 and left with no food after they took our money when I went inside I got no help phone did not help and drive thru was useless for the two people at the front counter wouldn't help us and just looked at me when I showed them the code and all then I was told I can't help you and walked walked away

Metal in food
I was eating hot cakes no more than 10 minutes after picking them from the Sandy bay McDonald's drive through when I bit into a piece of metal. I had nothing in my mouth when I took a bite from the hot cake and the metal was within the pancake. The piece was about 5mm in diameter. After finding this, I did not feel it was safe to eat the rest of my meal.
Desired outcome: Compensation and reason behind why it was I my hot cake

Cleanliness and service
We arrived at about 730 am. The tables were all dirty and floor had not been mopped. When we received our food, there was no salt and pepper, butter.
My husband had to request creamer and sugar for his coffee, it was not offered. The server did not smile and acted like we were disturbing her. She was very rude.
Desired outcome: Clean table and mop floor, so my shoes do not stick to it. Talk to servers to see if they can be more pleasent.
McDonalds Mobile App
I am unable to pay through credit card on McDonalds mobile app and website in Pakistan.
I have done multiple complaints to the McDonalds local office through social media and email but unable to get any satisfactory response. I have used cards from multiple banks but its not working for any bank.
Nastiness and embarrassing for me as a black woman myself
Went last night about 10pm 8/8/21 to this mcdonalds on 28th st. Grand Rapids Michigan (closest to the mall and east beltline) and the staff was clearly using unsanitized and unprofessional methods of serving customers and the line was extremely long and growing longer. Soon as you pull up to the window you see and young black lady in pajamas with braids to her butt swinging them around and mixing the red and blue slurpee drink together in a cup... Then she puts the cap on it and licks around the cup the splashes that was there from overfill.
My daughter who is 12yrs old watched this and was digusted and as a mother to a young daughter I feel embarrassed because I dont want to raise my own black daughter to know that is a proper way to act at her job. Then after my order was completely messed up and all the food that was given to me was cold (nuggets and burgers) I watched a motorcyclist man pull up and go to the mcdonald window and bang on it only to give the girl a cell phone through the glass.
The cashier had on a pink wig no mcdonald uniform and nails that looked to be over 25inches long... She took my money didnt give me a receipt and walked away from the window for at least 5 minutes not explaining what was going on... When she finally appeared she had her cell phone in her hand talking on the phone as if she was at home on her couch... Geesh stay away from this mcdonalds because this is a all time liw and somebody will get killed the way they are running this place... It hurts to know that mcdonald out of all places are not putting customers health and needs first... But good news is the burger king next to it is awesome. Thank god I went there after this mcdonald disaster I might not be a new customer to burger king... Food was hot, yummy, and fast. Thanks
please shut down this mcdonald or do some serious hiring evaluations dont matter the race, sex, religion, or etc... Clean up this pig pen mcdonalds or close down.

Crispy chicken sandwich
I just ate a crispy chicken sandwich that was both rubbery and had the fried part coming off, against my hesitations. I'm experiencing nausea and fatigue now. It's the only thing I've eaten today, and the symptoms began around an hour after eating. I ended up on this page after googling if this is a common problem with crispy chickens. Probably going to be puking in a few hours.

Service sucked there was a lady that accused me of taking a burger I asked for two 3 dollar bundles one double cheese and one 6 piece when I entered the window and received the food she accused me of taking a hamburger 😂 however there was only one burger in the bag I felt embarrassed unbelievable I am so mad I will not be visiting any McDonald's for a while wry disappointedly this branch

I came threw the drive thru spent 23.00. When I arrived at the window to give cashier my money and my code for rewards she accepted my code but was using her phone. I checked my receipt and saw that the deal I had used was taken off my total but never received my points! Which I now realize she was using her McDonald's app to gain my points!
I know it's not a huge deal but this is some bull! I choose to spend my money with businesses that will give back but if this is tolerable I will not spend my money at any of your stores

I work at Little City. A place for people with mental disabilities. I came through the drive-thru with 3 clients. I asked the cashier if I could do 3 separate orders. She said she'd try to. When I got to the window, after I was charged for what the first order I had thought. After I paid, the manager came and said I couldn't do it. I said ok, take 1 order off. The manager and the cashier started getting aggravated and huffing. Rolling their eyes and shaking their head. Mainly the manager. Then, I tried to pay for my other order. Of which they said they had already charged me. I can understand that we're humans and make mistakes. I didn't say anything. I kept calm. After all, I had 3 clients in the car. I just said ok. And went to the second window. Where I was pretty much thrown the food out the window. When I said I was missing fries, the manager proceeded to speak Spanish, of which I am fluent. They were rude and being very disrespectful. I was fuming. I don't appreciate being disrespected. But I really really really don't appreciate mistreatment of people with disabilities. People whom cannot defend themselves. It's unacceptable. They were upset and it isn't fair. I understand we're not perfect. However, I know that as a manager, this woman should be held at a higher standard. We were not at fault if the manager was having a bad day. If I was wrong, I would admit it. However I have a moral obligation to maintain and keep my clients integrity as a priority. I'm not trying to get anyone in fired. I would, however, appreciate an apology to my clients.

Drive through
I was in line for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. I'm pretty sure the lady in front if my never had her order taken either. I think the radio thing is broken or something but they should at least put a sign out saying that it's broken. I watched about 8 cars in the other lane have their orders taken while I sat there so I left but it should be taken care of

I ordered on line you have these incompetent people that don't no what there doing I'm waiting in online space I called McDonald's some women answered and can bearlly speak English didn't no what I was talking about waiting 30 min for 2 orders of chicken McNuggets this is terrible I live in the community I want to support my community but this is real bad lines for drive thru are worst
