McDonald's No pastry at all, the pastry shelves were clean!

My name is roberto zuazo,
I live in downtown Ottawa, and I have a habit of buying coffee with big mac and fries or croissants. But for the last two weeks, when I go to
MacDonald on George Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1N 1J4
between 6 to 7 pm. I noticed the pastry shelves are empty, no muffins, no croissants...
And when I asked, "Why your pastry shelves are empty!? How come you are not making pastry?!
The answer,"We are not going to make it anymore! You can choose other things but no pastry!"
Unfortunately, for the last 2 weeks, this has been happening.

McDonald's complaint against an employee or manager

we flew from the airport of Burgas decided to eat with the family at McDonald's, approaching to make an order for zo received inadequate behavior of the employee who claimed that she was the manager! her impudent behavior discouraged us from forging something! take action on this inadequate person photo attached below…. such an inadequate person cannot work in the field of customer service!

McDonald's Entire meal

I went through the drive-thru ordered my meal filet of fish large fry large Dr pepper and a Big Mac with the meat on the side, when I got home my drink was watered down, my filet of fish was hard on the ends, I didn't get my meat on the side from the big mac, and my caramel frappuccino was watered down as well. I then tried calling but no one would answer

McDonald's Ice cone and large fries

Ref: MacDonalds at 32797 John R Road, Madison Heights, Michigan

I just called back the manager and he hung up on me three times. He asked me to come back and he did not say what he would do. I asked for his name and two times he said he won't be there. When I asked who should I ask for he hung up on me.

I purchased an overpriced cone for $1.79 and large fries they list for $3.13 and taxes total 5.28. They did not give me a receipt and had fries less than half full, I have the picture.. This is bad service and bad conduct..

I am 4-5 miles away and cannot go back right away which is what this guy wanted me to do.

Please refund for this bad service and product and pricing.

McDonald's Over charging

Briefly, I ordered 1 large coffee for 1.59 ..when I handed the girl a 5 dollar bill she told me I had to round up because McDonald's has a change shortage..So now you want me to pay 2.00 for a cup of coffee that cost 1.59. I asked where the round up goes to And she didn't know...Why would I donate to McDonald's? They have more money than me. I then told her I would pay for my coffee with a credit card and give gave me my 5 back...I am sending a copy of this to corporate as I would be interested in knowing if they are aware of your practice there...next time, I will just leave without my order...

McDonald's Service

I work 3rd shift at the hospital I get my lunch break at random times early in the morning I have been to the McDonald's on hibiscus boulevard in Melbourne Florida three times they tell me they're closed for cleaning while they're all sitting out on the sidewalk chit chatting and having a good time and then the next time you go there's people sitting outside and then they tell you that their systems are down so they can only take cash which is fine if people carried cash all the time and then when you ask how much a large frappé is they tell you the machine is broke for 2 weeks when it was perfectly fine last week. It's always an excuse of things being broke down it is because they don't want to clean the machines or wait on customers, this McDonald's is a disgrace and I hope they get closed down.

McDonald's Service, management, and more

I (used to) go to my local McDonald's restaurant in Canyon, TX.
But — the management is terrible, the service is worse. Is there a way for the franchise to be "jerked" — it gets worse and worse.
A customer can go inside to order (but not to eat). The seating inside has been (roped - off, no seating), and the restaurant has just now been refurbished, and then if you try to order... No one wants to take your order. Is that the way it's supposed to be?
And the help has a "mean" attitude, like "why are you here! Don't bother us — we're busy!" is there a way for a McDonald's restaurant to lose its franchise?
They are making canyon (city) look bad (bad) - (bad)!.. Unfriendly, mean, unhelpful... Bad for business!

I wish that Mr. Williams sale his store to someone else that care and want there customers to have good meal when they are spending there hard money for them to get the wrong order or nothing you ordered. McDonald's Service time

Drive thru service at McDonalds on Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC. The line is so slow, unbelievably slow. Send a McDonalds rep down here unannounced and see for yourself. UNBELIEVABLE ! McDonalds can do alot better than this ! Drive thru line wraps all around the building and somerimes in to the very busy Savannah Hwy. Somebody going to get killed ! I understand issues happen sometimes, but this is an everyday occurence. Corporate needs to remedy this situation !

McDonald's service

McDonald's lately are not giving their staff change .
When you order you're told "sorry we have no change" which means we now either have to let them keep the change or add more to our debit or credit cards. Or go someplace else to eat. None of which we want to do.
If they are no longer going to have change they need to price their food in only round dollar amounts

McDonald's Not what I ordered and rude when confronted

We ordered a 21 dollar order... 2 dbl quarters both came with 1 piece of meat... My iced mocha said ice mocha. But I got a caramel ice mocha... But the major problem was when I called to get it fixed the manager had an attitude which made me afraid to get new food. She was rude like they might spit in my food rude... For that kinda of money... I will never return for that kind of service again. I worked for that franchise for 10 years, I know that's not how they should talk to customers. South Cedar. McDonald's The service and food

The service is so slow but it's understandable because the barely have employees. The employees that are currently working their have nasty attitudes and are not careful with preparing meals ! I asked for a barbecue sauce attitude was serve to me I was charge extra for my sauce and it was forgotten ! I paid for a McDouble and it was not in my bag !

McDonald's Non delivery of order

Ordered 2 complete meal an a Happy Meal, given the drinks and then handed a bag for take out. upon arriving at my daughter in law and grandsons placed I opened the bag to find the Happy Meal was not included.
Phoned with the problem told I can have a new order but will not deliver the Happy Meal. Sorry to disappoint a 7 year old.
Filed a complaint with McDonalds only to have Mandeep offer me a Complimentary Happy Meal. EXCUSE ME. I paid for this already. Phoned their 1800 number as this is a JOKE, offered another voucher for a Happy Meal,
WOW some problem solving, requested too speak to a Manager,, this took 3 minutes, told no Manager available. In other words not taking any responsiblity.

McDonald's Rude

I am hard of hearing and had hard time understanding the person saying because didn't know what order number they saying. Hard with their mask on that I can't read lip. Person that gave me food was very rude/ mean since I was showing her my order number and gave it to me.

They all need training on how to make accommodations for people with disabilities such as deaf or blind or etc. Maybe they all need accommodate by wearing clear mask so people can read lip

McDonald's Refusal of a refund due to not being charged for tomato on my mcchicken

Tonight I went to the McDonalds in Colville, WA. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 3 mcchickens lite lettuce and add cheese. Add Roma tomatoes kept coming up on the screen I told dude I don't want tomatoes wtf. I got my order to go. On the receipt it said lite lettuce add cheese nothing about tomato. Well I get home n dig in to find tomato on all 3 mcchickens I peeled em off and ate. I decided to go back and inform the manager. At which point he tells me "you didn't get charged for the tomatoes so no refund. I explained I never wanted tomato on my sandwiches period. I could of been allergic. I never asked for or wanted Roma tomatoes and get told because I wasn't charged for them being added no refund.

Desired outcome: Maybe a $20.00 gift card or cash

McDonald's Service and not being given my drink that I paid for.

McDonald's Food

Food ordered, not upto standards, part order missing ie, sauces that been payed for, utensils requested but nothing!, coke was literally half cup ful! Rang cottonwood restaurant to be told nothing they could do! But it's nearly 4.00 delivered to our home address, think management needs to be retrained if they think it's acceptable to send these orders out! Not the first time it's been poor, but never complained upto now!

McDonald's Food quality

I've always been a McDonalds client since it opened in Egypt and even before that abroad.
Lately, the beef quality has not been upto their level. It has crushed bones in every burger patty. I endup spitting like four times in my last double cheeseburger.

It seems like that Mcdonalds Egypt is taking us for granted but in a hidden manner.

McDonald's Breakfast

Today I was in line at McDonald's 1909 Marriott, Louisville, TN. between 10. and 10.30 the lady in front took a long time ordering just as I reached the speaker the lunch menu sign came and I was not allowed to order breakfast.it seems to me that if I was in line during breakfast time I should have been allowed to order breakfast. It was not my fault the lady in front of me took so long. The breakfast menu was showing when we got in line. Most McDonalds serve till 11.00 and 11.30 on a Saturday.

This is the second issue I have had with this restaurant I ordered one of the coffee drinks I was told they didn't serve anything but plain coffee.

It is 2 miles from my house I go there often.

McDonald's Not getting my food at all

Had a mobile order waited 35 minutes already paid for and they said they couldn't help us and didn't get our food after it being paid for 1656 and left with no food after they took our money when I went inside I got no help phone did not help and drive thru was useless for the two people at the front counter wouldn't help us and just looked at me when I showed them the code and all then I was told I can't help you and walked walked away
