Drinks came out quickly, asked us to go park and the food would come right out 20 minutes later brought food out apologized for being late with even the 4 cars behind us got their food quickly so took it as they forgot about us so thought at least it would be fresh everything and I mean everything cold like it had been sitting there buns hard, drinks/ice cream melted because we had waited for the 20 minutes mind you was bringing this for family at home needless to say all went wasted nobody wanted to eat it and was unable to come back to get my money, have let it go with this location in the past with issues but this is an ongoing situation at this branch I have traveled around multiple states and had never had these kind of experiences and this is one that is in my neighborhood and after spending $52.52 at a fast food for not 1 thing bring fresh, Management needs to retrain or be replaced!
