McDonald's

My son Christopher Bardin works at the McDonald's at 2420 Land O Lakes Blvd in Florida for 5+ years. In the last several months he has been harassed and bullied at work, on the evening shift (2-10pm), from his co-workers. They have called him names including a creepy pedophile, made fun of his teeth and have verbally abused him for months. Because of this harassment, my son has suffered from a mental breakdown and no one at his work has tried to assist him with getting help. No one has spoken to him about getting mental health assistance or called me to discuss some options of trying to resolve the issues that he is having at work. Managers have not interceded on his behalf or provided any support in resolving the traumatic abuse that he is suffering at work. I have noticed in recent months his frustration and anger and a rapid decline in his mental health.
