About 15 minutes ago on 12/7/23 I got 2 mc chickens and value fries. I was told you don’t have a value menu for the 2nd time this week. I understand they aren’t a dollar like they used to be but they’re still on the value menu so I’m not sure why the gentleman at the window isn’t understanding. (I never asked for them to be a dollar, I just always order “value fries” instead of “small” but this gentleman insisted I order a small and that you don’t have value fries.
The real issue is that I only got a cheeseburger and fries. No mcchickens. And I payed for them.
I realize I should check the order before I leave the parking lot, but when I order such a small order I don’t expect to have issues. For some reason anytime I go to the Leominster location at night and use the drive thru I’m given a hard time and my order is consistently wrong. I’ve probably given that restaurant $10 or $15 in missing items this year alone.

Desired outcome: I’d just like management to reiterate tot he employees that there is still a value menu regardless of the price and double check the orders before they go out.
