McDonald's

Ordered our food and then got to window after waiting in line 10 min. Then arriving at window to get order set there for 20 min before employee came to window said sorry the machine is not working to make your order ok then refund me she says I can't and walks away. Finally get a manager to come to window that has no clue why she came to window but then pulls us to a parking spot to refund the one item but only refunded a med and not the large I ordered by this time food is cold and I'm not even going to go back and talk to the employees who can not figure out what to do.
