McDonald's - Ice cream

Horn Lake, Mississippi on Goodman Road stated at 3:03 am on 12/16/2023 that there was something wrong with the ice cream machine. The ice cream machine I had not worked at night for several months. I would like to have the ice cream machine working when I go, as it is currently an item on your menu and should be available to customers when they patron the restaurant. Please contact all franchises and communicate ice cream machines are to be functional at all times.

Desired outcome: I would like to have ice cream available when I go, and not be told the ice cream machine is broken due to the associates not wanting to clean the machine hourly.
