Login system
Good offers and a good app but the worst issue is the login system
I literally created like 4 accounts because it keeps saying wrong email or password
I write the email/password i just created and it says I’m its wrong
I tried recovering my password and it says “We sent you an email to reset your password” but i get nothing in my email
I tried it multiple times with my 2 different emails (outlook and hotmail) neither worked.
Can’t get to the offers or even use the app without an account.
No equality
Good evening, let's talk about the app specially.the app is well made and it's beautiful and everything but there is one thing, just one its the free offers you people make. I have never seen a free offer on ios but all of my friends who use android do have free offers...but actually in real calculations i have seen that ios users or apple users specifically use mcdonald's app more than android so you should get us some free offers. If this happened I'll immediately give a 5 star rate+all the other apple users.

First: Has options for US and UK just to redirect you to another ‘app’ that always says “not available in your region”.
Second: The app that is ‘for your region’ is always slow and acts like it was made in 2000.
Third: There is no support or answers online for error “dcs error 40006” whatever that means
Finally: I guess if you are in the UK you dont get any deals or savings because you cant make an account online. No app No deals. Thanks…

A very bad application, it is difficult to deal with, and you do not know whether your order has been received or not, and there is no tracking of the order, and late delivery. My house is next to the restaurant, but I was not at home. I asked for delivery, but it took two hours to arrive. It was very cold and hot drinks were cold. Just a question for the developer
What did you mean by « remember me » when logging in to place an order ? Because i have to login not only every time i open the app but if if i navigate away from the delivery tab and come back i have to enter my credentials again, what will happen if i uncheck « remember me » when i enter my credentials ? I am afraid to try it. Also the way offers are redeemed is extremely unclear and annoying, don’t know if that’s on purpose or unintended.

Now I don’t have to login each time to make an order, but whenever I try to use an offer on the app, I have to re-login, if the target is to render the offers inconvenient to use, then well played, if there is some reason (which is uniquely present in this app among hundreds others) will be grateful to know it, although nobody cared to answer my last question which was ages ago, but I thought it would never hurt to ask maybe someone started paying attention to customers’ reviews, appreciate it.
Charged twice and doesn't care
I had two charges on my account for a meal last week. When I went in to the store to show them, the gal first told me.."look, it shows two minus signs, you got the money back". Really? No, 2 minus does not equal a positive. Wow, so then some 18 year old came over telling me how a bank works and that it is a bank issue, not theirs. Not once was there an apology! The folks behind me got so upset, the gentleman stepped in and told them how poor their service is and he and his wife left. I then had to beg them to give me the meal I had already paid for. I had to ask 3 times. This is criminal! I am going to seek any and all remedies for this due to their lack of respect and customer service.
Geese, a simple apology would have worked.
Recommendation: Go to Sahuarita McDonalds!! Better customer service!
Doesn’t Process Orders
This app is so horrible that I can’t even complete an order because it takes over 15 minutes to process an order, that never happens. I was standing in the middle of the restaurant, the app said I wasn’t even close
to the restaurant. It’s one of the worst apps out there.
I don’t want to rate every time
The rate your order pop up is really annoying. Please add a no thanks button. I’m not interested in rating my experience every single time. It should be voluntary, but when I close the notification it keeps popping up. Until you fix this I would be rating it one star every time.
I don’t see my cart
Been using the app for a while and love it!lots of points to build so easily, great deals, etc. but for the last few weeks I can’t seem to see the things I add to my cart. I’ll press add, but Idobt see where my items are added to anymore. Please fix this problem. This is a great app. Just inconvenient right now.
bad security, not worth it
i used this app and loved it. then someone somehow started ordering meals in florida from my account. support didn’t want to help me or refund me, they wanted me to contact my bank even though the hacker had my mcdonald’s account, not my info. needs two-factor authentication, until then i’ll never trust mcdonald’s with my information.
App Failure
After I earned almost 6000 points the App just died on me! Can't log in to my App anymore no matter how hard I have tried.
I have to create a new account and start from the beginning. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
The App did saved me money though and that is the awesome part. Guess they can take away your hard working awards anytime they wants to.
No McDelivery in Manizales, Colombia?
I have been using McDelivery via Rappi for almost 3 weeks now on a regular basis during the quarantine in Manizales, Colombia. About a week ago all i get from the McDonalds app is “store temporarily unavailable” now! I cant use Uber Eats, Domicilio.com, nor iFood. What happened to your app, or do you no longer deliver in Manizales, Colombia?
Can’t use points after app stopped working!
I earned several points that were about to expire, so opened the app to use them and it wont let me log in no matter what I do. It sends me a link to my email, then that link sends me back to the reset password page, which sends me the link to my email again. It’s stuck in a constant loop. Lost a lot of points over this. This needs to be resolved!

Refund Warning
Refunds are not processed through McDonalds support or the app. If you don’t get your item ordered through the app, support will tell you it is out of their hands and up to the franchise. The franchise will tell you to contact support and your money will never be refunded. Occurred to me once, won’t occur to me again.
If you want to order, order in person not the app.
apple's fault for 1 star
so i downloaded this "for iphone only" app on my Mac silicon thiniing Rosetta2 would kick in and i would be able to enjoy ordering food on my Mac. So I was able to download but for some reason the app only is for latin american countries the USA is not an option. I truly regret being an early adopter of Apple Silicon - nothing and I mean NOTHING seems to work as advertised.
No se puede reclamar ni pedir un reembolso
La app no cuenta con un sistema de reclamos o quejas ante un envío extraviado o que llegó en mal estado. Tienes que contactarte con la franquicia via email y el proceso es muy lento y a veces hasta sin solución. Works 25% of the time
As a college student I take pride in my late night McDonalds. Nothing is more disappointing then a night out with the boys and the McD app won’t work. Hate it. Ruins my night. Don’t even want to chase female tail anymore more. I need my McD. Please fix.

No he podido usarla
Al principio de bajarla, siempre me salia el numero 1 como si tuviera algo pendiente. Entraba a todas las areas y se quedaba el numero 1 en el icono. Apague las notificaciones del app y se fue. Ahora hoy fui a usarla para ordenar y simplemente se quedaba en blanco la pantalla. Le di a un cupon de oferta de nuggets para ver si desde el cupon podia poner la orden y el app me dio un mensaje de error de que la oferta no estaba disponible en ese restaurant. Desilusión total
Recibí una oferta de cupón de un McFlurry de Twix gratis con la compra de un McCombo, primero busco el McDonalds mas cercano en la aplicación, llego después de 25minutos de viaje, me dicen que no trabajan las ofertas de la aplicación y mucho menos los cupones, que no son corporativos. Mirren los anuncios de los cupones, ni la oferta del McCombo tenían un asterisco, ósea que no hay ninguna clausura sobre quien participa o no, me hicieron perder mi tiempo y por ende mi emoción de visitar y comprar a mi franquicia de comida favorita.

Went through drive thru McDonald’s in warsaw North Carolina for breakfast on 10/7/24. Asked for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast burritos, response was “we don’t have burritos “, asked for some other sandwich “we don’t have that”, asked for something else, “we don’t have that”. Never once did the employee on the speaker offer to tell us what they DID have. Cancelled our coffee and went across the street to Wendy’s, who had a full menu. NO STARS for this McDonald’s.
