This is the second time I've made this complaint. If this product is not available most of the time you should remove it from your menu. When you wait in line only to discover that the idem you want is not available...AGAIN! I was hired and completed orientation on 4/12/2023. I begin work on the following Saturday, then Sunday...I was told by manager on duty to be back Monday when I came in the main store manager was in. I asked for my clock in pin and uniform, I was then bullied by that manager with nasty looks and given a nonchalant response replying she has to go and judging my stance. Also saying to me I didn't have to come back if I couldn't wait. Very rude. And told me she was full for the day and I couldn't work that day. I then spoke with the shift manager who told me to be back Thursday 4/20/2023 when she work. I did that I came in time completed my job. Majority of employees played all day, stop taking orders to chill and complain the store managers family came and hung around for hours when we were closed in the inside, everyone including the shift manager was leaving coming back cursing horse playing smoking all kinds of unprofessionalism. I survived the madness. But a coworker dropped me off whom the store manager was harassing sexually has some sort of liking for so the Next day it rained profusely so I was running late called in to let the shift manager know.and I was told that the store manager said I couldn't work...she couldn't give me a direct reason...This is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: 15.00hr but they were paying 12.50

At St Pete Beach Florida McDonald's on February 14, 2023, around 9:45pm,
I told my voice code at drive thru order telecom, a staff person claim he "don't know what that meant". I went to the window, Jeff and the staff person that claimed he didn't know what my order number meant, told me they are refusing to provide me service. I asked for my refund since I paid through the app. and they both refused.
I was told by another store in the area that Carlee is the General Manager
And James is the District manager over the store.
I have video footage of the two that refused my order in a racist discriminatory manner for no reason.
Desired outcome: Termination of both Jeff and the unidentified employee that claimed he didn't know what my order number meant.

We sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and when we drove to the second window everyone was on the phone and Horse playing . We were told by the manager that the “system “ was down which caused them to erupt into laughter. This lady manager seems to always be there when the system is down. This is like the four or fifth time the system has been down with this certain manager. This happened April 15 2023 at 4 am
Desired outcome: I want the store general manager or owner to be more involved and weed out the crappy people that don’t want to work
Cold food
Incredibly busy chaotic store at Letchworth. Parked up and waited for a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Arrived twenty minutes later both the burger and fries were cold ate them anyway as was so hungry after work. Felt if I took it back and complained I would have to wait at least another 20 mins. The Deliveroo orders were piled high and waiting they would have been cold too?

Hi, I ordered through the app and I wasn’t sure if it had gone through so I called the branch ( amounderness way, fy5) to be told they didn’t have it. So I ordered again. I called back and spoke to someone else to check it went through and explained I was told the first order didn’t go through. She said if a problem contact yourselves. Anyway my PayPal has had it taken it out twice! ( one I added and paid for ketchup but like always wasn’t received, so I didn’t even enjoy it!) Which I am so mad about as it’s made me overdrawn and I’ll get a £40 charge! So £80 for McDonald’s breakfast!

Hope this email finds you well.
I am hereby reaching out to report the bad experience we’ve encountered at Mc Donald Trianon yesterday, Sunday 09th Apr 23, basically because they had run out of tomatoes!
I find this unbelievable as there is presently no shortage per se of tomatoes on the market and moreover, few metres away there is a very big supermarket!
The Mc Donald fanchise is a very reputable international brand that operates under strict norms and quality standards as described in various places including your websites and I simply do not understand how our experience at Mc Donald, our family time and day all got spoilt!
I would encourage you to also check the CCTVs at the premises.
Summary of events as follows:
• Had planned a family day out to have lunch at Mc Donald
• We travelled to Trianon by car and reached the premises at around noon
• A young lady encouraged us to use the interactive screens to order our food
• Not having used these before, she showed us how to and actually input the orders for us
• I chose the Grilled Chicken Burger + Coke + chips + tomato + onions + cheese
• My family members chose theirs and we made payment
• We moved to seat ourselves but one of the seat was not clean and had to request her is she could look into it.
• There was some big fly also on the window pane and she took care of it
• When the food arrived, the young lady asked us if we would be interested in doing a survey re level of service to which we agreed
• By the time I finished the survey on the mobile and was going to eat, I realized that there was no tomato in my burger and instead it was onions + lettuce + cheese
• I reached out to her and she firstly said that I did not order tomato. I said no and asked her to check the receipt.
• She then took my burger back to the kitchen and I could see from my place how everyone looked into it, checked it, etc
• She came with it and said that there was no tomato unfortunately
• I said that’s not good and was not what I had orders (Perhaps some people can eat onions with lettuce but for me cannot eat that, could have eaten the onions if there was tomato)
• She asked how she can make this good and proposed to add another cheese, but I declined
• By this time, for hygiene reasons, I could not eat this burger that did the round in the kitchen (don’t know how many people handled it, etc)
• Another lady came over to talk to me and asked if she could change the burger but I declined and asked for a refund as I was not comfortable with ordering something after what had happened (not mean to be disrespectful but never know what angry staff can do!)
• I was refunded the cost of the burger and the cheese but not the coke and chips which were of no use to me as I was not eating anything there
• All our moods and our day got spoilt because of some tomato
• Thereafter, I had to purchase something else at the food court to eat.
I could have understood that there was no tomato had I been informed of this when I was placing the order and would have decided accordingly. Not being informed and be given something I had not technically ordered without consulting me beforehand is bad!
The young lady was very nice and helpful but how come she did not know that there was no tomato and did not inform me of this when she was entering the order herself on the screen + if something is out, staff should put some notice if they cannot take it off the interactive screens.
Eating out nowadays is not less of a luxury with how expensive life is at present and such level of experience is simply very disappointing.
I do not expect a monetary refund but I would appreciate that the management considers correcting this situation by offering us back our spoilt meal or some voucher that can be utilized in any of the Mc Donald outlets.
I do not see where to attach a pic of the order but the reference number was 2656.

I drive for Uber eats that is the only McDonald's in Jacksonville that they pick their own time to close when they're supposed to be open they're in there getting paid all the lights are on but they refuse to take orders and they are the rudest people that I have ever met in my life whether they're open or closed they are the rudest people I'll never pick up another order from there and I'll do my best to make sure nobody ever orders anything from here they need to shut that McDonald down

Hi on the 5th of April we decided to have a treat from the liscard macdonalds on the just eat app in Wallasey I had saved up money to treat my kids they wer excited only to receive stone cold food even the steak burger meals were freezing 20 chicken nuggets freezingmozzerells dips freezing not even edible McFlurrys were melted nothing in them and drinks had had spilt on the bags of our desserts never have I ever experienced such a disaster and great disappointment from maccies I spent 60.00 for the lot to be thrown away we were heartbroken I contacted just eat whom offered me a ten pound credit that is insulting especially with it being so bad regards Gillian

It really ridiculous that the McDonald on Weston st Hartford Ct is the worst in customer service. If it's not one thing it's another all the time. The only restaurant in the area with terrible sevice. They always giving the wrong order, the drive thru line be all the way around the corner. The workers DONT NO ENGLISH. I waited in the line in the lobby 20 minutes then ask if i can be serviced, they told me to order on kiosk after being there for 20 minutes. This location needs to close. All the business in the are. McDonald's hickory had a deal in my app for $8 off a $16 or more purchase. Ordered $18 of food gave them the app cashier ran the code and said it went thru but didn't take the $8 off call manager over and she didn't no how to fixed it and didn't try very hard. So I left without my food. Very dissatisfied customer won't be going back. Never had these problems at Burger King. Someone in charge that can fix or can subtract $8 from $18.
