I went to the Mcdonalds #12617 at 734 Grants Mill Road Irondale, AL 35210 and I went to the drive thru and I ordered the #7 combo which is 2 cheeseburgers I added mayo to them and it came with fries and a drink and the young man at the window ask me to pull up and I told him I was going to be late for work and he said he was sorry so I pulled up and when they finally brought my food out to me I told them I was going to be late because of them and the girl said she didn't give a [censored] and called me a [censored] and said what you going to do beat me up I don't think you can and I said I want the manager to come out to my car so she did but I do not feel like she will do anything to the employee. I will not be going to that Mcdonalds again and probably none of them ever again because I am not going to be called a [censored] when I was not rude or called anybody else a name. I know my little business that you lose doesn't matter to you but I help pay your paycheck when I do eat there. this happened on 05/27/23 at 1:25 p.m.
Desired outcome: Employee needs to be fired or something because I want be eating at Mcdonalds anymore and the employee that called me a [censored] needs to compensate me for that
