Last night 5-30-23 @ 11:45p I picked up a crispy chicken delux. Extra bacon, mayo and tomato. Im sure that is how I ordered it, as its the only item I ever order from mcdonalds I can eat with a hiatal hernia. Got home and one peice of bacon and a half dollar size piece tomato. I came in today 5-31-23 with reciete and addressed this issue. Even told them my 4 piece nuggets I had ordered with it where a bit stale but to just fix my chicken sandwitch. This happened at 11:00. I sat and waited till I seen it was 11:20 and decided to stand next to the counter and the kid who took the order would see im still waiting. At 11:25 and him looking at me several times I spoke up. I told him that I have waited for 25 minutes for a single sandwitch. Here is when I find out what a train wreck of a mcdonalds this place is. First off, I know a bit about customer service, I worked custerway mcdonalds for a bit over 2 years in 2001 while attending collage. I became manager there. If I ever had a customer wait longer than 5 min, I was apolgizing, and that sandwitch would have had a fry in the bag and a cup for a drink. After 25min wait, I never got as much as a apology and when handed my bag, I said to him how I could not belive he never even apologized, or even offered to throw in a fry with it. He than walks over to his manager and says im requesting a fry and is told no. What [censored] is this place? Your [censored]ing manager couldent even come over and apologize after a customer waited 25min, than turns down a [censored]ing fry. I cant even eat frys with my hernia. Un [censored]ing belivible

no, you and your non existent customer service is what the problem is. and yes, it was 25 min. my phone location shows that clearly. I can tell time. I'll make sure to post this response from you everywhere. hell, [censored] may just go viral. never would have talked to a customer like this and had anyone on my crew, they wouldn't have a job..thanks for showing the world how McDonald's is now treating there customers..
