To whom it may concern, (Preferably not the clown. It is internationally recognised as poor statesmanship to discuss matters of such magnitude with a clown)

Last night, Sunday 21st of February, at precisely whatever time it was in the evening, I drove my internal combustion engine-powered motorcar through the Lidcombe Drive Thru and ordered a regular Big Mac meal, coke no ice, and an apple pie. Harry sat idly in front of me, his car belching a great myriad plume of carbon monoxide into the atmosphere for our collective pleasure; a McChoke while we waited as it were.

I paid my $6.20 – let’s just go over that figure again shall we – 6 dollars 20! Money like that aint easy to come by you know. That’s my blood and sweat in that money. So I paid the girl who gave me the ‘correct money’ thumbs up and I proceeded to the next window where I was handed my bag and cup by the person doing the handing of the bags and cups. I then drove home, believing that idea had some merit to it.

Upon my arrival I patted my dog, gave him his Happy Bum Medicine (orally), washed my hands and put away the tablets. I then sat down at the counter and opened the bag. I’m sure you’ll understand when I say that this is where it gets difficult, you know, reliving a heart-stopping ordeal through having to talk about it. Umm, I opened the bag and there was no apple pie. I guess my world kinda ended right there. A tragedy had indeed occurred! To use a mathematical metaphor, I had been rendered but merely ‘thagoras’! Bereft of pie! I felt violated! Dirty! Unclean!
Find the scoundrels! I barked at my canine side-kick. Put the price of an apple pie on their heads as bounty for their capture! I’ll have ‘em drawn and quartered the scurvy dogs! Whipped and flogged and stared at most disapprovingly! Send out the search parties! Alert the bounty hunters! Release the hounds, Myrtle!

Ok, perhaps a little overboard there, in retrospect, but you must understand the circumstances which have been thrust upon me. I have been robbed of the experience of eating an apple pie; my apple pie paid for with money drawn from the very bosom of my earnest toil! My meal was incomplete. I am now incomplete! It has haunted me since like a beast at the heels in the darkest night. I did not sleep too well last night either; I kept seeing these dull-green objects but could not make out what they were; I awoke many times with a yelp! One such yelp, at around 2am, woke my therapist on the camping stretcher beside my bed and she said that it was probably my mind connecting with the core of the traumatic experience; the absence of the aforementioned apple pie!

My inner mystical self tells me that now, somewhere out in the universe, an apple pie has materialized and shall drift aimlessly and uneaten for eternity; unless one of them things from Ridley’s ship or the Predator gets hold of it: we can kiss that badboy goodbye for sure then!

I guess we never know the days when something which will haunt us forever will occur; those life-changing moments in time where, as a result of someone allowing their thoughts to go run, jump, skip, sing, and play, one bright future is snapped away and replaced with a dark and dire future which, in this instance, brought gut-wrenching shock and the tears of a broken man.

It would be most appreciated if a spate of disapproving stares took place at Lidcombe. Perhaps to add gravity to the oversight these stares of disapproval should be accompanied by sternly wiggled index fingers.

I’m sorry but I need time to adequately sulk and mope; slam a cupboard door or two, and maybe call the newsreader a blithering tosser.

McDonald's located on 375 Iroquois Shore Rd Oakville (around 3:30pm):
Went to order a SPC McCaffe Deal which is buy one get one free
- The associate that was dealing with us didn't know about the deal was so I informed him, he then went to confirm with his manager who said they don't have a deal for the McCaffe only for the Big Mac, I then went onto my SPC app to confirm that it was located at this location he asked me if i would like to speak to the manager. She tried to regurgitate no we don't have a deal having an annoyed tone unlike her employee which he did a good job as he was patient and tried to resolve our issue. After educating them on the deals they offer we had to wait for the Americano (which is fine it does normally take a moment as I frequently get it) but when we got to our destination and started to drink it, we discovered it was a watered down coffee which we were very disappointed in as we have a long day of studying ahead of us.

Ordered thr 1/4 pound meal at the drive thru at mcdonalds # 10038 in brandon/valrico fl. This is the third time the fries were cold and mussy, and the meat cold. Would not recommended this place. I can understand that many people eating there have left there to drive down to Wendy's for lunch much better and service with a smile.

Today February 18th I was supposed to have a good morning. I had a taste for some McDonalds and decided to visit the closer one near my job. I received my food and proceeded to work. As soon as I got to work I stopped by my coworkers cubicle and began eating breakfast. I took bite after bite then suddenly something did not taste right. I looked at my hash brown and to my surprise there was a foreign object located inside of the potato. I immediately started throwing up because I strongly believe that whatever this was I have already consumed some of it. It was very disgusting and I could barely function this morning at work. Me and my kids love McDonalds but after this we will never eat from there again. I can’t speak for everyone else. I’m going to have to make a report .

İ and my family are in vacation and arrived at nÜrnberg germany on 17th feb 22:30 local time. At mcdonalds nÜrnberg bahnhoff station, I ordered 2 double cheese burger menu but the stuff replied me that they don't have double cheese burger menu, instead of menu she gave me 2 double cheese burger, 2 small size coke and 2 small size fried potatoes separately! Which is a little expensive than a menu! It's the first time I ever faced in mcdonalds restaurants in my life...
We requested 2 ketchups for potatoes but they want to sell it 60cents?. ! We explained them that is wrong it should be given with menu together but they told me that if we order a menu they should give it but you didn't ordered a menu! What a pitty answer...
They told me to complain it to mc donalds. They didn't gave their names.
Yes, why don't they have double cheese burger menu?
Why the mcdonalds stuff & the manager don't know english in american restaurant? Although it was a central train station restaurant.
And why they didn't gave us ketchup and to sell it as extra?

The branch here the service very bad, especially the Malay woman staff and the Aunties working here always talk rudely in a loud voice and recently i ask if where to make payment, the rude malay lady staff shouted " you got to line up there "and stare rudely at me...
Where is the customer service, ...also e other time i bought a meal the student staff there a chinese lady forgot to include my coke and i went back all the way to get just the coke this is too much..and Worst when i confronted her she refuse to admit her mistake for her blurness and even rude to me and argue to me. No wonder they always change staff there, they just cannot make it sigh...

I went thur the drive through at McDonald's in Gering NE about 3 weeks ago to get a Mcflurry and the ice cream machine wasn't working. I stopped in again to day and was told the ice cream machine wasn't working. I will not be going to the McDonald's ever again. It is crazy that there machine is down for that long.

this morning went into mount gambier mcdonalds, got told to go to waiting bay both were full, i said should i go to the diaganal park and he mumbled what ever to me and walked off, thinking i could get better service some where else i asked for my money when he handed it to me he said when i came back again he would not serve me, as i said to him i was not going to be spoken to like that and he was one of the leaders. what a powerful man he is right he wont serve me because i wont go back

I have tried and tried and given this store the benefit of the doubt. This store makes the worst coffee. Australia is leading the front with their requirements for a decent coffee. McDonalds are now wishing to capitalise on this with their McCafe outlets. If you ask for a capaccino I do not think it is that hard to provide. I have returned a few times and requested to have my coffee re made. I have physically stood in the store and watched the staff make the coffee - fill the cup to the top and dump two spoons of froth on top and call it a capaccino. If you enjoy your coffee buy from inside t he main centre - dont waste your money buying from McCafe Lakehaven . Dreadful coffee. They even burn the milk and your coffee has a tart taste. I will now spend my money elsewhere. No more. When you pay what you pay for a coffee it is just too expensive to buy at t his store and receive rubbish.

Yesterday, on 12/3/15 I got 2 Mcdoubles with extra pickles and onions and a mocha frappe. About 20 minutes after eating food while at work; I got severe stomach cramps and after a few hours, starting passing blood in stool. Never had this happen before! Today as of 12/4/15 still happening! Don't feel the best in the world, but I'm wondering if there are any more complaints about this particular McDonalds!

I've been customer for years. When i went to the mcdonald's and ordered a small burger and fries, i was the only one there. I waited for about 20 minutes. I started getting angry and scared that i might be late for work and asked about the status of my order and the manager. She said that my order isn't ready yet and that i need to wait. When i finally got my order, they got me a completely different burger. Well, i can understand that, mistakes like that happen sometimes. My fries were very cold and the burger tasted bad. And this has happen so many times. Mcdonald's is not a cheap place, and when i order something i expect to get what i paid for. But the most horrible part was when i decided to order a coffee. When i walked to the counter once more manager told „and what do you want now?”. When i tell him i got the wrong order and plus i want a coffee, he just took my order and slammed it into the trash. Then he started yelling at me for no reason. That was the most horrible mcdonald experience in my life!

My husband and I went into McDonald's tonight Dec 2, 2015, at the Collingwood Location in Ontario for a coffee. We were disturbed to find the the workers there had no hairnets on or using gloves while preparing customer's orders. Handling patties with bare hands. Hair on one worker was long and flowing not tied back and no visor on the head. I work in the food industry and there is strict polices on food handling and the use of hair nets and hair being tied back and we always wear a hat or visor. I wondered what would have happened to this location if an health inspector had of come in, I know that if it had been going on where I work we would be shut down! I tried to speak with the supervisor on staff at the time but was told they were on break, another thing I find interesting as if in my work there is a complaint the supervisor makes an appearance regardless of break or not.

it was on the 09/10/2015 at 08:39:34 at Mcdonalds in Umtata (eastern cape - south Africa) manager - Sibusiso, when I bought a Mega McMuffin in which I found plastic inside the bugger petty which I think I consumed, I was enxious after that and had to seek medical attention. I request that I be refunded all my expenses - transport, medical etc.

The McDonalds located in Benton Tennessee has the worst wait time ever but it is the only drive thru on my way to work. I decieded to time them this morning. There was nobody to wait on but me, no cars in front at all. I asked for a gravy biscut and senior coffee. I time them and it took 9 minutes and 36 seconds. When I asked why it took so long the girl at the drive thru said they had to make the gravy. There were three employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. She waited until the biscut was handed to her before she poured coffee. When I opened my meal the gravy was not even barely warm.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a medium coffee and bottled water. The lady took my order but added a reece's blizzard. The blizzard belonged to the car behind me. I asked them to give me another bottled water or refund but they were unwilling to provide a substitute and asked if I would take the ice cream. After sitting in my trying to negotiate for 5 mins, I caved and took the reece's blizzard. I NEVER eat their ice cream but because I paid $5.41 for the entire transaction I felt compelled to eat it. I took afew bites and later felt very bloated and sick. I am not one to take gluten or dairy products since I have digestive issues. I would like a resolution to this as no one with digestive issues or a diabetes problem should be forced into taking a product they never ordered. The staff also implied that I lied that I only ordered a bottled water and coffee and asked to see a receipt. I don't feel what happened was fair. No one should be forced to take something they did not order and let alone feel compelled to eat it because they paid for it. I hate seeing food go to waste. I am normally the type of individual that let things pass but I have never encountered someone so rude. Last night, while ordering, the individual kept cutting me off and rushIng me. When I looked at my wife to talk to her about going to another McDonalds, I heard her faintly make a comment such as, "good" and not in a professional manner or way. That was unbelievable. I have never complained before about any place but I could not let this go. This happened last night 11/5/15 approx 7:35 p.m. at the Jacksonville, Florida, J.T.Butler location. The only thing I am looking for is for someone to address the rudeness at this location. Not tryng to be threating but that was an unbelievable horrible experience.
