mccafe coffee
I have tried and tried and given this store the benefit of the doubt. This store makes the worst coffee. Australia is leading the front with their requirements for a decent coffee. McDonalds are now wishing to capitalise on this with their McCafe outlets. If you ask for a capaccino I do not think it is that hard to provide. I have returned a few times and requested to have my coffee re made. I have physically stood in the store and watched the staff make the coffee - fill the cup to the top and dump two spoons of froth on top and call it a capaccino. If you enjoy your coffee buy from inside t he main centre - dont waste your money buying from McCafe Lakehaven . Dreadful coffee. They even burn the milk and your coffee has a tart taste. I will now spend my money elsewhere. No more. When you pay what you pay for a coffee it is just too expensive to buy at t his store and receive rubbish.

Yesterday, on 12/3/15 I got 2 Mcdoubles with extra pickles and onions and a mocha frappe. About 20 minutes after eating food while at work; I got severe stomach cramps and after a few hours, starting passing blood in stool. Never had this happen before! Today as of 12/4/15 still happening! Don't feel the best in the world, but I'm wondering if there are any more complaints about this particular McDonalds!

I've been customer for years. When i went to the mcdonald's and ordered a small burger and fries, i was the only one there. I waited for about 20 minutes. I started getting angry and scared that i might be late for work and asked about the status of my order and the manager. She said that my order isn't ready yet and that i need to wait. When i finally got my order, they got me a completely different burger. Well, i can understand that, mistakes like that happen sometimes. My fries were very cold and the burger tasted bad. And this has happen so many times. Mcdonald's is not a cheap place, and when i order something i expect to get what i paid for. But the most horrible part was when i decided to order a coffee. When i walked to the counter once more manager told „and what do you want now?”. When i tell him i got the wrong order and plus i want a coffee, he just took my order and slammed it into the trash. Then he started yelling at me for no reason. That was the most horrible mcdonald experience in my life!

My husband and I went into McDonald's tonight Dec 2, 2015, at the Collingwood Location in Ontario for a coffee. We were disturbed to find the the workers there had no hairnets on or using gloves while preparing customer's orders. Handling patties with bare hands. Hair on one worker was long and flowing not tied back and no visor on the head. I work in the food industry and there is strict polices on food handling and the use of hair nets and hair being tied back and we always wear a hat or visor. I wondered what would have happened to this location if an health inspector had of come in, I know that if it had been going on where I work we would be shut down! I tried to speak with the supervisor on staff at the time but was told they were on break, another thing I find interesting as if in my work there is a complaint the supervisor makes an appearance regardless of break or not.

it was on the 09/10/2015 at 08:39:34 at Mcdonalds in Umtata (eastern cape - south Africa) manager - Sibusiso, when I bought a Mega McMuffin in which I found plastic inside the bugger petty which I think I consumed, I was enxious after that and had to seek medical attention. I request that I be refunded all my expenses - transport, medical etc.
extremely long wait time food cold
The McDonalds located in Benton Tennessee has the worst wait time ever but it is the only drive thru on my way to work. I decieded to time them this morning. There was nobody to wait on but me, no cars in front at all. I asked for a gravy biscut and senior coffee. I time them and it took 9 minutes and 36 seconds. When I asked why it took so long the girl at the drive thru said they had to make the gravy. There were three employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. She waited until the biscut was handed to her before she poured coffee. When I opened my meal the gravy was not even barely warm.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a medium coffee and bottled water. The lady took my order but added a reece's blizzard. The blizzard belonged to the car behind me. I asked them to give me another bottled water or refund but they were unwilling to provide a substitute and asked if I would take the ice cream. After sitting in my trying to negotiate for 5 mins, I caved and took the reece's blizzard. I NEVER eat their ice cream but because I paid $5.41 for the entire transaction I felt compelled to eat it. I took afew bites and later felt very bloated and sick. I am not one to take gluten or dairy products since I have digestive issues. I would like a resolution to this as no one with digestive issues or a diabetes problem should be forced into taking a product they never ordered. The staff also implied that I lied that I only ordered a bottled water and coffee and asked to see a receipt. I don't feel what happened was fair. No one should be forced to take something they did not order and let alone feel compelled to eat it because they paid for it. I hate seeing food go to waste. I am normally the type of individual that let things pass but I have never encountered someone so rude. Last night, while ordering, the individual kept cutting me off and rushIng me. When I looked at my wife to talk to her about going to another McDonalds, I heard her faintly make a comment such as, "good" and not in a professional manner or way. That was unbelievable. I have never complained before about any place but I could not let this go. This happened last night 11/5/15 approx 7:35 p.m. at the Jacksonville, Florida, J.T.Butler location. Please be advised this is not the first time that I have complained about the service and rude and untrained people that you have working for you. I must say that I feel because we are in the East village in NYC you feel you can do what you want and get away with it.Yesterday I went into the store to purchase a burger and I asked the casher/ floor manager about the price of a product and her response to me was "the prices are on the board". she was quite offended with me for asking her and she became very unhappy with dealing with me. Let us make it very clear that was my only conversation with her. Not like I had a fight with her ( I should have but I thought what's the use). If this sort of behavior should happen at my work place I would have fired that employee right away. After all is said and done, I purchased my bun and off course the person was so rude she never even said thank you. I guess she was too busy showing off talking on a cell phone about whatever and all the while the line is getting longer since, there was only two people in attendance. Please close down the store. We do not need people like you in our neighborhood. For a huge corporation you are just the worst and your food is not that great either. The next time this happen and I know it will happen and the sad part of all this is that you know this going on all over your stores. I really hope you do something about this and fire all the staff. You are only as good as your staff. Now what dose that say about you ?

drive thru
Last night I ordered 2 happy meals and was asked if I wanted a boy or girl toy? I said boy toyS. When I got home there was only 1 boy toy in my bag. I was so upset I drove back to McDonald. I got there 2 minutes before the drive thru was to close but it was already close. I know they saw me and were inside laughing at me.

everytime I go to the wal mart mc donalds at centennial in Hamilton Ontario I see the manager a middle aged man sitting down and he is never workin or helping out hes jus always sitting there listening to his head phones. I go to wal mart a lot threw out a month 2 a week probably and every time there he is in the back with his head phones in doing nothing at all. Also the store is not that welcoming its dull inside like im eating in a jail or somethings. most other mcdonalds are amazing inside like u wanna stay all day but not this one
unsanitary practice
On September 11, 2015. We went to McDonald's for breakfast, there was a young man there taking customers orders and was coughing the whole time, he was also preparing some of the food for the orders. He even looked like he was not feeling good. Our concern is that as he was doing this his germs was spreading everywhere. He was even touching the food we ordered. Sorry but that young man shouldn't of been to work in the first place. When he came in someone should of told him he was to sick to stay there and send him home to get better. What if 20 people or more got sick because of this, McDonald's would lose customers. I worked for them for a bit after school, and when we tried to call out for being sick, the manager would threaten to suspend us for a week. Poor guy was probably forced to be there.

I use to go every Saturday with my family for lunch to Macdonald at 24018 woodbine ave in Keswick and I notice a lot of flies in the store the girl never clean the tables she is only pick up what ever left on the tables but never clean it most the time busy talking with customers also when they get busy she go and help in severing without washing her hands I will not go again .
I met my grandchild at the wye rd. macdonalds in Sherwood park alberta tonight. The food and the service were fine but the restaurant was absolutely filthy! the tables were dirty the floors gross, the drink area was dirty and the play area was also very very dirty. We could smell the bathroom from the tables in the play area so we moved into the main area which was also very dirty. There was a young man cleaning with a broom and dust pan, but he was doing a terrible job and he didn't sanitize anything. There used to be time when there was one person in the restaurant doing a great job cleaning. This restaurant is under renovation, but this is no excuse for a filthy place to eat! I'm very disappointed.

Recently your Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) restaurants started piping music into the restaurants. WHY? There is an abundance of stimulation and ambiance without adding NOISE. The music is ALWAYS on & ALWAYS loud. It has deterred my friends & I from our regular meet-ups at your various franchises. I truly believe that this music is meant to deter any patrons from overstaying their welcome. Once you have our money you want us to move along & cede our place to more consumers. Are the billion dollars in revenue not enough? You are repeling your most affluent & longest standing patrons. Staff consistently ignore & dismiss our complaints & requests to at least lower the volume. It would seem that McDonalds prefers to cater to teens who curse unabashedly (children present or not), shout obscenities at each other constantly and have absolutely no respect for other patrons. By the way, these teens are there solely to take advantage of the free Wifi. You have lost many customers & now I join their ranks. Shame on you for ignoring the patrons who have the resources to pump a lot of $ into your restaurants & who have done just that for so many years. Your company has grown & become what it is thanks to us! I'll never be back with my grandchildren, or anyone for that matter, not even at the drive thru. I will also encourage a boycott of your restaurants to anyone & everyone I meet & know! You are truly disgusting and have taken your business way beyond a "normal" capitalism venture.
