I was at the McDonald's on w 49th street in the drive thru. I guess she was a manager but she was cursing at the employee who took my order correctly and was very polite. this employee needs a wage increase he was so professional. not like your manger who was cursing at him. does McDonald allow manager to curse at their employee aint this a form of harassment. the manager name is lisbet diaz, I can tell this employee was upset but he was polite. told me to have a good day. that employee should be manager not the other who just has no respect for employee.
toilet charges
I don't know if that is the right place to place a complaint, so excuse me if it isn't.
I currently live in Malta, however am Bulgarian by nationality and visit my country once a week each year.
A month ago I was back in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and visited the central area outlet on two ocassions.the first one was to actually eat and the second was just to use the toilet facilities, just to get disgustedly surprise that I cannot use them since the door had a scanner which only opens once you scan your bill on it.meaning that since that day I did not make a purchase I could not use the toilet.
My question is: -how come everywhere I went the toilet of such franchise was free of charge and free off such scanner, but in this particular one wasn't?
To me this is unacceptable and disgusting.
I think an action should and must be taken against the management and the eatery.

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and senior coffee. Received change from a 5 dollar bill. The charge was $3.39. I did not receive a receipt with my change. This was at 4:20 am and the attendant was the same lady that failed to give me a receipt the previous time I went through the drive through window. I would think this would be a routine process to do.
I am happy that I was given napkins with my order. This location generally fails to do this simple thing like to include the napkins.

I stopped at a McDonald's in Two Harbors, MN and was short changed $15.00. I sent emails to that location and also to Corporate and received no response! They have the worst email process because it has to be done thru their websites so you don't have a tracking of them. Apparently nobody actually reads them. On the same visit we ordered a "coffee with cream"...totally normal, right? Instead we got a coffe with whipped cream? Seriously?

Gud Day! I'am complaining about the lack of tables for dine in customers because students making it a study area.Every 8:00 pm onward for 24 hour branches., I'm talking about Bustillos branch near MRT Legarda station that about 50% of the seats are taken by students who ordered only coke floats for 2, but they occupy 5 seats and taking about 2-3 hours per table.
I experienced same situation here at P.Noval branch in front of UST., but the worst is 70-99% is occupied by students making their assignments or other paper works.
I hope that the management do some actions regarding this.

Do not use or go to this MCD's. Bad to worst. This place was not all that bad until this past year and it has gone down hill quickly. Example: In the past 2 weeks I have visited the site 3 times. None of the visits had a good outcome and I think everyone should know about the managements lack of respect for the customers or the customers concerns. I placed 3 orders and ever time I had to drive back to get the order corrected as this was drive through or to go. When I brought my concerns up to management I was treated with disrespect and even once was told I was wrong. Try to log a complaint through other means gets no response from owner. I will never visit this McDonald again and would like my $$ back from todays visit as I was so upset and angry I just left and said I'll never be back except to complain.
It is fast food. You are one in probably 5000 they will see in any given day. If you think you can do better, jump in there and get to work. Or realize they are humans, probably teenagers, and just check your bag before you leave.

8129 george washington hwy Yorktown, VA store . I bought five sandwiches ( 2 quarter pounders [2 for 5], double quarter and 2 mcdoubles. ) 1 quarter pounder was left out. There were no condiments on the sandwiches. The bun on the quarter pounder was very stale. I will not purchase from this restaurant again.

I went through the drive thru, we are having major construction around McDonalds so took forever to get in and out. Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Got back to my work 5-10 min away, to find not meat on the cheeseburger. Drove back, went inside. Cashier was nice enough and asked what the problem was. She took the sack and "yelled" back to the kitchen the problem, kitchen help says "well don't try to blame it on me". Three employees continued to make light of the situation and joke about it. They did give me a new hamburger, but the whole time it was a big joke. When I asked about the kitchen help, I was told he was a Manager in training. I left very disgusted with the whole situation. Was not offered any kind of compensation for my trouble or the problem. Horrible customer service.

I requested an orange juice with my meal as I am a senior and have always received it from this store and my other local maccs stores..the female manager on duty said I was entitled to it I said I did not want tea or coffee just a small orange juice please she said I said you cant have it..I received my order and went to eat it but I thought I am going to tell the manager that she was the only person out of all my visits to maccs that said no to me..
Let me tell you she was furious I came back to tell her this I watched her get up from whatever she was doing on the floor and she bold around to the front of the counter after me with this I took my phone out and attempted to take a photo which I didnt, she screamed at me and said I had no right to film her she then said to me GET F***ED and she then said I will call security..
I walked away calmly and thought this woman has no respect for us senior citizens and thought how does McDonald's employ a woman of this caliber. To be honest I have never herd a woman swear in my life..this incident was over a smal orange juice one woman arguing with a respectable senior gentleman that I am..thankyou for letting me tell my story

Yesterday I went to McDonalds and ordered some food there. When I was about to take a sit a McDonalds employee run into me and everything I bought was on the floor. I went to the counter and asked for a new portion and they said ok. I thought it would be free but they asked me to pay! I told them that I'm not paying anything because it was their employee's fault and they were responsible for that.
The guy I spoke to said he'll talk to the manager and went somewhere. I stood there for about 10 minutes and when he came back he said - sorry sir, you have to pay.
I asked for a manager and he said that their manager was too busy.

I Just went to the Mc Donalds on Cassopliss st in Elkhart Indiana. It clearly says on the window in HUGE LETTERS Breakfast 24 hrs a day. It was 12.15 in the afternoon on 7/25/2016...I asked if the would please make 2 orders of the eggs and sausage on the biscuits. she said we are not doing biscuits right now what else do u want. I asked if it was not advertised for breakfast 24 hrs a day. mall she said is not doing biscuits now. Not sorry or anything. this is the thing that is saveing you guys from the dumper and now you pull this crap. I had stopped going to the burger king, , but now we will b going back..what ever happens you deserve it false advertisement is a no no

On the 20th of July at 7Pm turkey time I went to Mcdonalds Anadolu restaurant at BakirKoy main street with my family, we were having as attached Vouchers from Onur Supermarket where when you pay certain amount, you had a voucher for Mcdonalds, we had almost 6 or 7 vouchers, I went there and I asked for the meal that is in the voucher, the employee was very rude and talked in an aggressive way and asking for the supermarket Restaurants as she didn't trust that this is our vouchers claiming that we are thieves, and she didn't want to give us the meal except when we show her the invoices and she left us
I went to the supermarket again to make sure that the vouchers are valid and to know more about the offer as we thought we were wrong
Onur supermarket manager advised that the deal with MCD is by the vouchers only and our vouchers are valid till 5th of August and he said that he will make a complaint in that branch, we went back again to the branch and told them that there is no need for the invoice
and we asked for the manager, as the employee told us that there is no chicken therefore there will be no meal, we asked for the manager, the manger was very rude as well and said that there is no bread and if we want the meal we should wait a lot

The employee that helped us in the end is called Razihn Demir she was very polite and I want to thank her very much, but as for the other I want to escalate this attitude officially, I went to Bakirkoy pulse and I made an official complaint, as this behaviour is not accepted from one of the largest food chain in the world were Quality and service is the most the important thing
the 2nd part of the complaint that I want to address is the cleanliness of the place, it was very dirty that the one is disgusted from what he will eat, never the less the bathrooms were having a very bad smell as if you were in public toilet

I just had to express my disappointment to McDonald's Alabang Town Center. Sobrang bigat ng feeling i had to let it out.
We celebrated my daughter's bday yesterday July 23 2016. My husband and i decided to try this branch dahil alam namin matagal na ang branch na to, mas matanda pa ata sa amin. We gathered all our savings to make sure have enough to celebrate. But to our big surprise sobra sobrang nakaka disappoint. As in.
The playroom is not well ventilated, mainit at kulob.sayang yung playroom pawisan ang mga bata, after the party they turned off the aircon agad agad.kahit may mga kids pa.There were only 2 staff who assisted in our party-the host and another staff. The host was the worst.i have prepared so many toys for the games inubos nya sa bring me games :( walang mashadong interaction mga bata. We just had 1game for adults (ilang balloons ang pinaputok nya dito na kinuha pa nya sa mga nakadisplay na balloons) tapos another game for the kids - the boat is sinking and then bring me na. halos maubos ang prizes for the bring me. I had to stop annie and say wait lang, wala ka na bang game aside from bring me? Sabi nya "ma'am malapit na po mag 4pm dadating po yung maskot tapos giveaways na" then she left for more than 15mins nakanganga lang kme waiting for her. She came back with a maskot, picture picture lang, hindi man lang nag sayaw ang maskot. At pinipilit pa nya yung mga guests magpapicture sa maskot, sabi ko hayaan mo na, paalisin mo na yung maskot nyo sayang ang oras namin sa kanya. Then i asked her wala ka na bang ibang games? She said ano pong gusto nyo? E bakit ako ang tinatanong mo?! Sabi nya longest greeting po? I said ok, ayun medyo nagkabuhay yung party.when i have to pay i said i will use my credit card, sabi nya ay mam wala po kameng credit card nagulat naman po ako bakit credit card. I said i called your hotline 8-mcdo and they confirmed na meron kayong credit card.i tried calling your landline but its just ringing tapos faxtone na.
Its so disappointing and very traumatic. Nag laan ka ng budget, buti sana kung P10 lang yun, kaso P10k yun. Tapos parang kulang ang servings, parang dinadaya nila yung servings ang bilis maubos ng food. Walang pakialam yung host. Walang pakialam yung management.
Now i understand bakit mas successful ang jollibee sa mcdo. Mas ok pa ang service ng jollibee at mas masaya ang mga bata. Never again will i hold a party with mcdo at sana magsara at malugi ang mcdo alabang town center para wag na dumami ang biktima nila. Sooo disappointed. Sana makarma kayo sa ginagawa nyo.
hong kong online mcdelivery service
I have complained to the hong kong online mcdelivery service that it is unfair that they have OVERPRICED every single item on their online menu, a filet o fish costs HKD$17.80 but when you go to the store it only costs HKD$10
the small fries option is no longer avaliable and the double sundae is priced at HKD$18, everything is just so overpriced that its ridiculous and they make us order things over HKD$70 or we have to be a delivery charge of HKD$15
I have probably complained about it to the online mcdelivery guys like 5-6 times and each time the response was "we will look into the matter" despite not solving it, this has been over an year now or maybe more that they're at this.
I hope the owner of the mcdelivery online service gets fired and gets replaced by a less evil person who takes advantage of people.

The McDonald's located 2801 Mission St. San Francisco on July 17, 2016, Store # 3228, Telephone number [protected], at 11:00 am pacific time refused to refill my coffee.
However, McDonald's official web site states that refills are given if the eight (8) refill-rules are followed.
I followed all the rules so what gives? Please email an answer.

I am very dissapointed with the service provided by McDonald's Jusco Seremban 2. I waited for about half an hour after i had ordered my food. I am not saying that I can't wait for it, it just that I felt unfair as they prioritized those who spent more. I ordered four pies but it was out of stock temporarily. So I stood there and wait for them since they told me to wait for a while. However, when the pies are ready, they gave those pies to someone else who ordered more but queue behind me. Is that how they should treat customer based on the amount of spending in the store? I hope they can look into this matter seriously. Thank you.

I have twice went to the mcdonalds recently in Gramam N C store # 4991- drive thru- & ordered the bacon clubhouse quarterpounder-Five dollars & 09 cent without tax - & twice there was no bacon on the sandwich. The first time i let it go & didnt say anything -but tonight when i placed the order i specifically told them to make sure to put the bacon on the sandwich. When i got to the window to pick my food up- again i asked- they did put bacon on my sandwich & the girl asked & was told yes .i came home & my husband started eating an no bacon! I got the receipt & called the store 3 times before anyone answered. The manager i talked to seemed like she couldnt care less! She did take my name an say that she would make it right the next time io came in but thats not the point. I told her i was going to call corporate & she hung up on me ! It will be a long time before i go back to that store. I have also had issues with them in the mornings for trying to give me the yougurt parfait without a date on it or an out of date parfait!

I went into a love's truck stop with a McDonald's inside to get a quick bite to eat, on 7-5-16 at 05.29 in the morning, , when I went to place my order the cashier was to busy talking an playing to realize I was waiting. ..when I did place my order, here comes one of the shop mechanics joking an carrying on with the girls behind the counter. There were several customers being ignored an not given service. .the mechanic started talking about what he was going to do with the girls in a inappropriate way.then he asked the guy cooking the food did he want some of the action. ...he said the two of them can run a train on one of the girls at the same time having sex, , one on the top an the other on the bottom.?..he even went as far as to touch the girl in front of us...?...all the people were black...just pull the tape from the cameras an see for yourself, I think they should be fired...I should get several free meals for having to put up with that mess...?.
