McDonald's service

I have made multiple purchase over this branch in the past few years and each purchase will somehow ended up in frustration, not in the food wise but in terms of services given to us

Latest incident:
Made a purchase of 2 meals over the drive through, staff who took order taking her very own sweet time to calculate the balance and give us back, whereby it took almost 5mins to do only that, and queues at the back and front of us are anxiously waiting to pay and retrieve the food and when its our turn to take the food at the drive through counter, i inform the staff ih-charge and said is there a free dessert given out if purchase made over RM20.00 and i had the mcdonald windscreen sticker on, she acted in blurred motion and look at the monitor on top to double check if purchase were made over RM20.00, do we have to cheat or argue over a measly dessert? she should be smart enough to aware the purchase value without us asking so

2nd latest incident (happened on 12/12/2013)

Made purchase for over RM40.00 at night, to my knowledge i did paid for the Pineapple pie for RM2.50 and when i reaches home, segregating the food to my family members then i realised my pineapple pie wasn't there for some reason? i mean is there a service malfunction at the branch or the staff end in the event a simple pineapple pie could be missed out from out purchases, after a long day at work, i just wanted to have a proper meal and a dessert and i ended up pretty much in frustration,

Complaints i have made and received from my counterparty

Previously some of my family members didn't even get to receive the exact order they wanted
eg: for instances my spouse ordered a Spicy chicken 2 pieces and she ended up getting a spicy chicken mcdeluxe and we've also paid extra to have our defauly carbonated drinks to be switch to Iced Milo and to my surprise we ended up getting carbonated drinks

Is there a huge communication breakdown between us and your staffs or is it the computer keypad not exactly churning the order that we actually made? safe to say it has to be a human error in this case

I wanted your end to have this resolve or massive complaints will be made continuously to Mcdonalds sites/top management

And please do not reward me with a free meals as to prevent me talking further on this unfortunate events will continue to happen to me and others

I just need a brief apology from your end and i won't be angry as i am a considerate person but this has to have a limit to it

McDonald's food poisoning?

two times in a month and a half span i have eaten at the mcdonalds at the corner of sheilds and blackstone in fresno california, each time i had to bring the food back because it wasnt hot and fresh like all food is suppossed to be just like 8 out of ten times this happens. after i eaten the meal the first time i was there, i had to go to the bathroom really bad? i ended up not making it to my door as far as holding my self steady from going the bath room in my pants, it started right in the middle of coming home. the second time i had a meal there, same thing, except i felt weak all over, dizzy, head wasnt clear, and my stomach and wet gas, and once again i went to the bathroom in my pants. im guessing some employee that cooks there dosent like complaints over the food he or she is preparing nor making. meaning i beleive i was poisoned with an exlaxative or some kind of drug? anyway i will go again and if it happens one more time im going to pursue legal action against mcdonalds, I want the mcdonalds corporation to contact me by phone because im getting very angry, my contact number is [protected]. i want a refund for two meals plus a 1200 for lost wages for getting sick because i lost sales on ebay while i was ill for a few days, and now im getting ill again right after coming home from mcdonalds, so suck it up mcdonald public relations because i will find and show evidence ive been poisoned at the blackstone and sheilds in fresno california location.

McDonald's bad service

The staff and facilities at McDonalds South Service Centre in Coffs Harbour is a disgrace and its appalling. The restaurant is messy and dirty. The rest rooms (woman's) were full of faeces in the bowl, pee on the sit and toilet paper in the bowl and all over the floor, it was so bad you had to use the disabled toilet which was also in an unkempt state. The staff were grubby looking, shirts not tucked in, hair messy, pants that don't appear to fit. The staff and I mean all the staff are rude to customers but friendly and chatty to each other, so much so they would rather talk to each other then the customer. I watched with amusement 3 staff making my order twice because they were so disinterested in me as a customer nor what I had ordered that when they finally realised the mistake they threw the double up order in the bin. Appalling, other customers waiting shared glances and comments on the display of pathetic customer service on offer. Not long after this visit, I attempted a drive through as it is a 24hour McDonald's. I'm in the drive through only to be told that I have to come in as they don't have EFTPOS after a certain time. I have to go all the way through as I can not reverse, car behind me, I park and enter, again staff rude, dirty and messy but there ar 10 of them standing around "kids" without a clue how to serve a customer, (I'm sure the reason there is no EFRPOS is the kids can't us it, you come to this conclusion because they can't even tell or explain to you why no EFTPOS) but they sure know how to chat to one another and say goodbye to staff leaving a shift. Again my order mixed up by a sooky sour faced inept teenager that can't even hold eye contact with you. And when I point out the mistake I get grunted at, let me add I have never been rude to any of these kids I've tried to engage them to no avail I'm afraid. What has happened to McDonald's, once upon a time it was a beacon for teenagers to earn there strips, other employers, wanted if not begged for ex Macca workers, not now, its the opposite what a shame. I have to be honest though Coffs Harbour is notorious for the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE in Australia that these kids don't really have anyone to look to and must get this from peers, parents and there own experience in the community. We all should be ashamed of the service available and the kids at McDonald's south Coffs Harbour if you don't like your job its easy resign and give an opportunity to someone who wants the job. To the owners of McDonald's in Coffs Harbour south, shame on you for allowing this to happen its a pig sty to look at and to deal with pull your socks up. If your not told you don't know...

McDonald's no ice cream late at night ever

Pulled up to order and as usual every mcdonalds ice cream machine is always down after 10 pm. Then asks for a vanilla iced coffee and they replied we don't have any made at this time, so I had to ask if they could make one and I got, it'll take about four min. I said I'll take one and I would like two pumpkin pies. After paying I pulled to the second window and was told sorry we forgot we do not have and more pies. I calmly ask could you make some and was told it would be about 13 min . 20 min later they brought the pies out. Just so aggravated, it's like this on night shift for every mcdonalds I have been to late at night. 24 hour stores should have every item offered 24 hours a day...

McDonald's horrible service. I want a refund

After waiting over 21 minutes behind only 4 cars I finally received my order. The Oreo McFlurry was half empty with what looked like a 1/4 if a teaspoon of Oreo. The latte I received was the wrong flavor ( only noticed when I gave it to my friend ), another time I ordered a McChicken had an old oil smell, and u found a pretty interesting curly hair in my fries. Was I struck with the worst service, also luckily one time a cashier refused to service me in English.

I want a refund, I have wasted my money, people trust McDonalds restaurants for its unanimous quality, freshness and cleanliness. I haven't had that pleasure in the Lasalle location.

I was an employee of this store and seen many things that were not good for our customers. I seen food dropped on the floor and then put back in the heating compartment. No one wears gloves or hairnets and their tea is always sour and no good. I seen slime in their tea system too. nobody really cleans the dishes, because when I came on, they were so caked...

McDonald's dirty cooking oil in frypan

Hi to whom it may concern, I would like to complain about McDonald's at Liverpool in the corner of Elizabeth dr and McLean street . I have walked from my home to McDonald at 19:40 this afternoon and order a large double quarter pounder meal and as I ordered I have realised that 3 deep fryer oil that their frying chips in them at a time was absulitley disgusting and ask the worker why was the oil so dirty she couldn't answer me then I call the duty manager his name is Mark and I ask him the same question. His answer was apparently they do change the oil ones a week not when is dirty. Not happy at all. That is why we get food poisoning and stomach problems :(( if I do not get any answer for my complaint from here I will take it further. Regards Eren.

McDonald's service

During my visit to Walmart I had to wait for my photos to be developed. I had decided to stop in at McDonalds, grab a bit to eat while I ate my dinner - approx. 730PM. During this time a supervisor - I am presuming by her uniform, started to clean the tables by walking past the tables and squirting the tables with cleaner, without respect to the tables that were around her eating their dinner. As she finished cleaning the tables she started to put the chairs on top of the tables. I proceeded to ask her what time does McDonald's close - she said 10PM. There were two tables in this section eating dinner including myself with a line up at the counter and the other sections had tables occupied as well.
Perception would indicate that they didn't want anymore business with the chairs up on the tables. She had a great way of forcing the two tables that were in this section to leave.
I will now reconsider attending this McDonald's if they do not want any business after 730PM. Then just close the store at 8PM and be done with it. It certainly would save on the labour and the bottom line..

McDonald's annoying

I ordered a double big mac combo, supersized it and got a mcchiken sandwich. I then said I wanted Diet coke. The gentleman says why are you ordering diet coke, that makes no sense... I was silent and felt so embarrassed... he waited my answer. So I said I like the taste better. Then he said well that makes no sense. I had to wait for him to give me a lecture on how bad diet coke is and that I should be ordering water. The whole time im holding my money ready to pay.
Why am I expected to deal with this when I order a burger and fries?

McDonald's rude - don't want my business

Rude- Annoying- Jealous staff- traffic warden enforcement if stupid voucher system offered by other franchisee-
I visit this particular retailer probably 5 times a week with a spend of 10 to 15 pound per visit.
Today I visited this retailer that gave me rude unfavourable feedback and did not want my business-
Basic summary-
Shop in high street has vouchers for 1.99 for fries or drink with burger- for over a year even though this retailer is not the current retailer offering this voucher - accepts voucher- 2 months ago - told only accepts voucher at 2.19 per voucher- unacceptable as terms and copyright are wrong. But still go there and buy burgers. Today tried to buy 7 burger meals - refused services - 3 vouches 4 standard ordered based on the fact they won't accept more than two vouchers? - states on voucher one voucher per person and three people- all my staff in the car! How ridiculous. Here is what is happening. Jealous staff! Don't like successful people coming through drive through changing rules to make existing and repeat customers look stupid. Never shopping at your McDonald again!

I asked repeatedly! Do you want my business? No I was told - simply because today after nearly 2 years they changed all the rules. They know I go there nearly every day and it thrilled the pathetic little manager to speak to me and tell me he did not want my business. Fine - I will go to Burger King!

I work in Wal mart where this chain is located. On several occasions I have gone in to purchase food and or drink. Today I went in ordered my food and told cashier only ketchup and pickle on my sandwich. If I eat onions it sends me to er being allergic to them. Well they had onion on sandwich and the manager yelled out that I didn't send back special order...

McDonald's unfair & poor service

My husband & I had an appointment in London Ontario and had time to spare so we thought we would find a McDonald's and get a coffee and muffin. We purused the newspaper as we enjoyed our beverage and treat. As is the policy at McDonald's, I went up to the counter with our cups for a refill. My husband was given his refill of coffee with no questions asked. I on the other hand was told that tea would not be refilled unless I paid the full amount of 1.29 as I had disposed of my USED teabag. I questioned the server. Are these reused and recycled coffee grounds in my husbands coffee? Of course not was her reply. The coffee here is always fresh. I on the other hand was expected to use a teabag that had made one good strong cup of tea but would certainly not had enough flavour left in it for another acceptable beverage. I asked for the Manager, Graham Brown. He too told me that the only way I would get another was to purchase the teabag for the additional money. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer over the cost of a teabag. He said "yes" It costs far more to offer a coffee refill, so for the 2cents or less that McDonalds would pay for a teabag they have lost me as a customer. And my husband and I will certainly be sharing this with others. What a shame.

My cousin worked at McDonald's for over 27 years. His has a disability (mentally challenged), however, always did a very good job and was commended throughout his career. He won awards, jackets, watches. All this stopped when the restaurant he was working in was taken over by new management and all of a sudden his hours went from full-time to 4 - 8 hours per week and then he was not scheduled at all. The manager/owner said it was because Howard was not liked. This is not true as many people came in after Howard was gone and asked where he was and how he was doing. This job was his life. He now is so depressed he has become a hermit. Staying in his room, never going out and it is so unfair. My aunt (who is elderly) has tried to get a response from McDonald, but none is forthcoming. What happened to the McDonald's policy. How dare they treat this hard-working employee like dirt and make him feel worthless. I think at best he is owed something for his 27 years of service and owed definitely an apology and perhaps a job with McDonalds in another location in North Vancouver (he doesn't drive and can only take transit as his mother doesn't drive either). Please let us know what the next step should be. Thank you. Susan Klein

McDonald's violent employees, abusive incompetent crazy managers beware

beware of this terrible mcdonalds located in front of UCF. the employees here are violent sick and crazy. a disturbed violent black female threw a credit card at me at the drive thru window for no reason after snatching it out of my hand. This sick person is violent disturbed and should NOT be working with the public. You would think that the idiots working at mcdonalds would do something to reprimand violent sick insane employees but instead, these crazy people working there did NOTHING and instead harassed and reprimanded the victim of this attack. The manager of this mcdonalds, a freak and idiot joke by the name of chris, called the victim a 'racist' after the victim had been attacked by the racist and crazy employee. This is the worst mcdonalds ever. psychopathic and psychotic employees are able to throw things at customers and get away with it with the evil and deranged management backing up their violent actions and even making up stories about the victim. Boycott this mcdonalds, which is full of sick freaks working there and don't support restaurants like this that get together to bully harass and abuse innocent customers...beware of this place too as people who work here have reported that these deranged employees here spit in people's food regularly and one time even witnessed someone ejaculating in someone's food...disgusting...and beware...

McDonald's service, dirty tables, food

Where do I start... Firstly only we were the only people dining in the McDonald's at beldon yet practically every table was dirty, we wanted to sit outside while our son played outside but there was dirty food on every table.

When are food arrived it was horrible to say the least, the mc spicy burger had no lettuce like it shows the chicken it self was over cooked and the chips were stone cold, my bet is they had been re heated or been sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while. My husband ordered a Big Mc meal... There was nothing BIG about it and was stone cold. There was no pickle and little sauce. The only meal that was ok was our sons happy meal but you can't really go wrong with nuggets!

At least two people returned their meals from the drive through with similar complaints.

The second reason for my complaint is the language... If the staff weren't telling each other to F off they were doing it with actions, I have a 5 year old son who would easily pick up on that type of behaviour and I would not be happy if he had heard them.

beware of this mcdonalds...its a sick place run by filthy vile sick employees and crazy sick managers. a crazy n*gger [censored] here...who looks like a gorilla and has a demon face threw a credit card at my friend, and spit at my car before. the monkeys and freaks that work here are sick- they spit in people's foods and ive known people who worked here who talk about how the crazy monkey psychos that work there spit on people's food and are hostile and violent people. their crazy managers let them get away with treating customers like this. Don't eat here becaues they WILL spit in your food... this mcdonalds is located right in front of UCF and its this degenerate store that employs only violent and sick people...demon faced n*gger women that work here will throw things at customers and no one here cares. The people that work there are liars and psychos. even the manager there named chris yelled at my friend and accused her of being a racist after his employee threw something at her. McDonald's rude manager

I bought two McCafe on may 7th at the burnaby, Metrotown Mcdonalds at around 12 noon. One for myself, and one for my Grandma.
When i tasted the McCafe it was bitter and didnt taste very good at all. So i just thought it would be ok to just throw away the McCafe and just put some sprite in the cup. Well i did that, then the manager came out of nowhere and just took my cup right out of my hand and threw it into the garbage, and told me that i was stealing the drink. I really dont appreciate how this manager treat the customers. I go to the Mcdonalds several times, and i always see this manager doing the same to other customers. Its not the first time, she has done this. She is very rude to customers and calls them in thiefs. So is this how Mcdonalds managers treat the customers? I think she should be fired for treating customers this way. i dont think that right. Im really upset about this, since my Grandma also had to see this. The manager was a younger caucasian woman. she has a rude attitude and treats customers wrong.

I had some coupons from McDonald's advertising on a free newspaper.
One day, I bought a designed set meal from a coupon but I changed the set drink to orange juice. next day, I bought a same set meal and also changed the set drink to orange juice, but, could not change to orange juice this time! I told the staff and manager I bought yesterday. they told me this is not provided not polite and poor eye contact.
Finally, this transaction not successfully.
A international company, customers are important?! Disagree now and made me confused. in a same store the services without concordance and poor customer service. I will not go to McDonald's next time!

McDonald's abusive hostile violent employees, violent black female employee, racist managers, crazy people work here abusive rude manager chris

UCF mcdonalds...has racist violent bullying employees that harass and attempt assault at customers in the drive-thru. not only is nothing done about these crazy psychopaths, vicious freaks, but the managers support their criminal behavior and further attack/abuse harass customers as well causing them trauma, grief, emotional distress etc...all for sport. chris the general manager of UCF mcdonalds further harasses and bullies minority females who have been abused by crazy employees at this location...beware.

i went to the UCF mcdonalds weeks ago...usually at night to get some food items. i have been mistreated at this mcdonalds before by rude crazy employees at night generally females...in the past to where i even stopped going to this awful place and the drive thru. now this night i went, a rude black female...who I had complained about before..literally threw my credit card at me rather than handing it to me. Yes she THREW the card maliciously in my car, because she didn't want to hand it to me. first she angrily SNATCHED my card from me. and i was about to say "do not snatch my card from me"! but before I could say that the crazy [censored] just THREW my card at me and it landed in the side part of my car. i was furious being bullied so many times...then this [censored] just shut the door and didn't say a word. of course I was upset..im a normal polite nice customer just being mistreated by crazy angry sick women that work here for no reaosn. i went to the 2nd window to file a complaint and basically...got nothing. just idiots and four idiots claiming to be managers...and one rude other fat girl who sat there and told me i complain all the time. but just nasty mean crazy people too...

they told me to call the manager chris..who I called the next day. now the [censored] who threw the card at me, was a heathen. she looks like a monster and acts like one too--mean nasty sick person. most of the lunatics that work at this college mcdonalds...act like animals...they are rude mean abusive and get crazy and yell and act nuts. this has been happening for YEARS and its nothing new. however ive never had anyone throw my credit card at me and technically this is ASSAULT. i did call the police and they said that is assault and i can file a report. now i called 'CHRIS" the rude white manager the next day. chris's statement to me was that "oh it seems you got bad customer service" giggling almost. bad customer service? a credit card was thrown in my car...by an employee--this is assault. the employee should at least be REMOVED from the drive thru area so customers don't have to endure such a deranged animal who is abusing anyone. chris the idiot (who sounds like an idiotic 18 year old literally)...told me he would get back with me about this and email me- he never did. i went back to this mcdonalds two days later and didnt go through the drive thru (who knows what these fiends would do now knowing the situation) and went inside. i got dirty looks, stares, and odd treatment from the nasty women working there--they all looked at each other like "oh it's her." again im a nice polite normal minority female...i go to the drive thru just to get my food but getting bullied this way is unacceptable, and what does mcdonalds do about this bullying-- oh so far absolutely NOTHING except bully and abuse me more...this is not fair or right...or even remotely decent and i plan on not only filing a police report, but a lawsuit as well.

recently, i called chris back..now chris--shows what an ignorant immature son of a [censored] this low life is. chris..basically said he found the tape (how the hell would he know it's the right tape or not)? he doesnt know my car type at all and submitted the tape to the 'owner' of the store. really? he has NO confirmation on my car type or who I am and claims he submitted a tape to the owner. i asked chris..has any action been taken against this girl? at least removed from the drive thru anything? he said well innocent until proven guilty...im thinking wow really? so an employee can bully and throw a CC at a customer and nothing is done about this heathen rude jerk. Then chris the roach said to me "well basically...it shows her reaching out to hand you the credit card" and she says that you refused to take it---HUH? what the hell? why would i REFUSE to take a CC and why would i be filing such a major complaint...then chris the roach basically said "well we can't ruin a life over someone saying something" then said "well do you have a problem with her bcause of the color of her skin"...HUH?! OMG? im the one being BULLIED HERE...she is the one BULLYING ME and you're insinuating im RACIST when im the MINORITY female being bullied by a black female? or any female there...this is totally NUTS... so basically...anyone working at this mcdonalds...is crazy or nuts it seems...they defend bullying and racism and violence TOWARDS CUSTOMERS and innocent customers who have done NOTHING wrong except BE customers.
