While traveling stopped for breakfast drive thru ordered ar 10:05am on 7/14/23 told to occupy space 6 to wait for order . Ordered 5 bacon egg cheese biscuits , 1 sausage biscuit and 2 hash browns. At 10:18 notice several cars that occupied the other hold spots 1-5 had received their food before me asked employee where my order was? He came back to say waiting on biscuits . At 10:25 went inside to inquire again about my food at this point just want a refund . So many cars after me had come and gone but another patron was waiting inside to inquire about her food as well she too has been waiting for over 30 minutes - Dina ally got my food at 10:38 the biscuits were hard not fresh - terrible service ! Terrible food! Never again! Drive thru used just to take people’s money and hold them captive waiting and waiting ridiculous!
