Forgot password obviously I signed up using my e mail add somewhere yet the app tells me "does not recognize email!"

JustAnswer unauthorized credit card charges

I have no idea why my credit card has been charged monthly by Just Answer from July, August and September 2019. I never used this serivce, my email is not connected with any account on this service and it is a total SCAM. A refund should be given immediately and I want to be contacted by the company to find out how this has even begun! So bad! What a disgrace.

Hi. Suddenly I am noticing a charge to my account every month of in excess of $80 AUD. I never agreed to anything. I tried to enter my email address to cancel any possible accounts and my email is not recognised. Such a scam! Just answer is complete robbery! Cant even let me cancel and remove charges.

JustAnswer membership that I won't have

Hello, at September 14th I emailed Avid, the company wo sold me a musicnotation program called Sibelius. I had problems reinstalling the program and they gave me a link to your webside. I gave my visa number and could ask a question for 1 Euro. I never spoke to a technician but saw by accident in my visa account that I still had to pay 1 euro. No problem, I will do that, but...I also saw that I have to pay 44 Euro's for membership in september 24th and another 44 euro's for October. This must be a mistake, I never signed in for membership and can't remember making an account. So please help me, this can't be right, I will pay the 1 euro although I didn't contact any of your technicians but I'm not willing to pay for a membership that I don't won't/have. JustAnswer my teenage son was billed $126.77 to ask how many episodes are in the walking dead series.

My 16 year old son who has a learning disability was uploading the Walking Dead series onto his x-box via his microsoft account.
He simply wanted to know more info about the series. Dissapointingly he was directed to "Just Answer".
On the 14 October 2019, He paid $5 for his question about the Walking Dead series which they were unable to clarify anyway.
On the 15 October "Just Answer" with drew $55.77 and again on the 22.10.19 another $66.
I am now going to the fraud of our bank to dispute this and assist my son. The $126 that Just Answer has taken from his account has deeply impacted him as he had to work for $11 per hour to save his money.
Taking advantage of minors for money is just grubby and I will be making a point as a parent to follow this to the full extent of the law.
May your company collapse and you all go to prison.

JustAnswer unauthorized credit card payments [protected] gbr

hi I asked for some advice on a scam trading company in august I paid £5 to you for some email advice you needed to call yourself the cost was £40, I said no by email
I heard know more until I looked at my credit card bill and you have set up a direct debit without my say so, you have taken £40 in September and the same this month
can you put the £80 pound back on to my card A.S.A.P

JustAnswer charged for calls and not receiving them

I was charged £43 for the receiving of a call that I never had, I have the evidence that the call was unavailable and the evidence that the money was taken from my account. I see this is as a false advertisement, as well as a con. I would like a full refund for this call, I can provide the evidence that no call was made. I would advise no one to ever use this site, the advice was very jaded and false, there was no time for the customer, after explaining my situation it was just a generic reply and I feel I should not have been charged for a service I did not receive!

JustAnswer question/customer service

I took out $1 and did not sign up for a membership - I wanted to receive an answer to my question but I did not receive a valid answer and I had an additional $28 removed from my account. When I asked customer service about a refund, the man disregarded it and kept telling me to wait for the "answer to be sent to me in a few days." I never got the refund I was GUARANTEED if I did not enjoy the service.

JustAnswer no refund

I have been given advice(legal advice in a civil matter)online, but seemed that the, , advice'' were not right so after a while I've asked for a refund, they confirm the refund(on that time, without knwing the bank closed my account and did not know)and they said they transffered, but the ban said the fund wouldn't possible reached account as it was closed and on the other side, the justanswer says they sent the funds and so on...

I still don't believe the website, justanswer as I was suppossed to be phoned by a supervisor but never received any phone call...

JustAnswer just answer taking money off my card without my permission

I hoped online once to ask a question now I'm being charged every month with the same thing why is this even happening, because I signed for one question it a repetition of payment o am upset and would like this matter to be resolved. This is not fair to someone to open their account and don't know what they are being charged 50 dollars for that is unacceptable

JustAnswer subscription I did not agree to

I asked a question and paid my £5 one off fee on March 2019. It was not clear I would have to cancel a subscription but did so in April by phone. I have been charged a monthly subscription since. It is now October and having had my bank stop payments and finally an email refunding September payment I am still left very much out of pocket
This is an absolute scam. The so called customer services say there is nothing they can do.
I left my employment in March to I'll health (which is why I contacted the specialist) and have been made approx £260 out of pocket.

JustAnswer membership fraud

I went thru the process of cancelling my membership 5 months ago (June 2019), however I am still being charged. Trying to cancel again and no way to cancel. Customer Chat reluctantly agreed to connect me to a manager to cancel, but no such manager joined the chat. I would like my monthly charges $34 x 5 months refunded and membership actually cancelled!

JustAnswer just answer app

I would like to cancel my subscription, but can't find any way to do it. I've googled it and, apparently, this is a common complaint. I'd like my $5.00 back, too. The app says it will charge me over $20 per month for this- I only wanted to ask Sceptre a question about my new tv's remote. They would not answer unless u agreed to a "totally refundable"
$5.00, and that I could cancel. However, I can't seem to.

JustAnswer unauthorized credit card charges

On September 21, 2019, I contacted Justanswer and paid the $5.00 fee for asking the question. When I paid the fee, it let me know that I had to cancel within a time limit, which was 7 days. I followed the instructions on how to cancel, but there was no off option under payment information. Justanswer deducted $46.00 from my account stating that it was a subscription fee. I also wrote a report about the service and wrote in there that report that I was cancelling my subscription because the lawyer had answered my question. I also went on line to try to resolve the issue and they wanted me to pay another fee to talk to someone. I did contact my bank and I filed a dispute.

JustAnswer advice

I asked a question and paid happily for the advice.
I now find a monthly amount is being taken from my account. I did not agree to this. I wish the transaction stopped or I will have my lawyer deal with this through the courts.
At no point in the proceedings was I asked if I wished membership. This is a scam and is obviously a good one considering all the complaints I have read. Who can put a stop to this.
It is not possible to stop the payments on their web site.

JustAnswer unauthorized monthly membership

I was offered a 7 day free trial to ask a question, which I did. After two days, I finally received an answer to my question. After the 7 days, I was not notified that they were going to automatically charge my bank account $28.00 each month for a membership I did not want! At no point was I advised that after the 7 day trial period, that I paid $1.00 for, I would automatically be enrolled nor was advised how much they were goinig to charge me for continuing membership, that I did now want. I am on a fixed income and cannot affort to have this money taken out of my account, particularly without prior knowledge. I am sure that if I had not been notified by my bank as soon as the transaction completed, I would not have known about the debit until I got my bank statement, and technically I could have over drawn my account. How do I get my $28.00 back?

JustAnswer unauthorized credit card charges

I have been charged a membership fee. You do not have any authorization to use this credit card. I have mistakenly used your service once for which I had to pay. This is not a continuing authorization for a membership that I do not want and most certainly do not need. Please reverse all charges. This is the number used for Just answer membership 0080080014900CA. How you can charge in Euro's while I live in Canada is beyond me

On 27 Aug 2019 I signed up for temporary membership of justanswer.
On 9 Sep 2019 I was charged $66-00 for membership. I did not request this membership or authorize payment.
I request refund of this membership charge.
Your temporary membership did not resolve my issue, so why would I want to sign up for more ?

JustAnswer fraudulent charges

I was charged $53 but I only signed up for a 7 day trial for $5. Plz credit my card. I am in contact with my bank about this fraud activity. I am very disappointed in your service especially since you did not provide any service. I chatted with Rocket Lawyer who gave me suggestions and they also charged me fraudently. I have also submitted my issue to my bank for Rocket Lawyer since I did not authorize any charges from them.

When entering a question on google your website continue to appear without posting it, even though i exited each time, I did not use this service.
i require you to re -embust me as soon as possible.

JustAnswer you hijacked my credit card!!

You are a company that pretends to be, part of everything on the earth!
This is a total scam ! I noticed a Trial charge of $1, July 1, 2019, then weeks later, $28 charges started to happen. Unfortunately, 3 months have past, before I realized the charges on my statement & just acted upon it. I was promised a full refund for all 3 within 7biz days.
However, the CC that was used, has since expired. I can't wait to see how this is going to unfold ! I was told, that you will contact the CC bank to see how I get credited. Giving you a new card #, is simply, out of the question !
