just answer taking money off my card without my permission
I hoped online once to ask a question now I'm being charged every month with the same thing why is this even happening, because I signed for one question it a repetition of payment o am upset and would like this matter to be resolved. This is not fair to someone to open their account and don't know what they are being charged 50 dollars for that is unacceptable
subscription I did not agree to
I asked a question and paid my £5 one off fee on March 2019. It was not clear I would have to cancel a subscription but did so in April by phone. I have been charged a monthly subscription since. It is now October and having had my bank stop payments and finally an email refunding September payment I am still left very much out of pocket
This is an absolute scam. The so called customer services say there is nothing they can do.
I left my employment in March to I'll health (which is why I contacted the specialist) and have been made approx £260 out of pocket.
membership fraud
I went thru the process of cancelling my membership 5 months ago (June 2019), however I am still being charged. Trying to cancel again and no way to cancel. Customer Chat reluctantly agreed to connect me to a manager to cancel, but no such manager joined the chat. I would like my monthly charges $34 x 5 months refunded and membership actually cancelled!
just answer app
I would like to cancel my subscription, but can't find any way to do it. I've googled it and, apparently, this is a common complaint. I'd like my $5.00 back, too. The app says it will charge me over $20 per month for this- I only wanted to ask Sceptre a question about my new tv's remote. They would not answer unless u agreed to a "totally refundable"
$5.00, and that I could cancel. However, I can't seem to.

unauthorized credit card charges
On September 21, 2019, I contacted Justanswer and paid the $5.00 fee for asking the question. When I paid the fee, it let me know that I had to cancel within a time limit, which was 7 days. I followed the instructions on how to cancel, but there was no off option under payment information. Justanswer deducted $46.00 from my account stating that it was a subscription fee. I also wrote a report about the service and wrote in there that report that I was cancelling my subscription because the lawyer had answered my question. I also went on line to try to resolve the issue and they wanted me to pay another fee to talk to someone. I did contact my bank and I filed a dispute.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
advice
I asked a question and paid happily for the advice.
I now find a monthly amount is being taken from my account. I did not agree to this. I wish the transaction stopped or I will have my lawyer deal with this through the courts.
At no point in the proceedings was I asked if I wished membership. This is a scam and is obviously a good one considering all the complaints I have read. Who can put a stop to this.
It is not possible to stop the payments on their web site.

unauthorized monthly membership
I was offered a 7 day free trial to ask a question, which I did. After two days, I finally received an answer to my question. After the 7 days, I was not notified that they were going to automatically charge my bank account $28.00 each month for a membership I did not want! At no point was I advised that after the 7 day trial period, that I paid $1.00 for, I would automatically be enrolled nor was advised how much they were goinig to charge me for continuing membership, that I did now want. I am on a fixed income and cannot affort to have this money taken out of my account, particularly without prior knowledge. I am sure that if I had not been notified by my bank as soon as the transaction completed, I would not have known about the debit until I got my bank statement, and technically I could have over drawn my account. How do I get my $28.00 back?
unauthorized credit card charges
I have been charged a membership fee. You do not have any authorization to use this credit card. I have mistakenly used your service once for which I had to pay. This is not a continuing authorization for a membership that I do not want and most certainly do not need. Please reverse all charges. This is the number used for Just answer membership 0080080014900CA. How you can charge in Euro's while I live in Canada is beyond me
membership
On 27 Aug 2019 I signed up for temporary membership of justanswer.
On 9 Sep 2019 I was charged $66-00 for membership. I did not request this membership or authorize payment.
I request refund of this membership charge.
Your temporary membership did not resolve my issue, so why would I want to sign up for more ?
I await your prompt, ethical response.

fraudulent charges
I was charged $53 but I only signed up for a 7 day trial for $5. Plz credit my card. I am in contact with my bank about this fraud activity. I am very disappointed in your service especially since you did not provide any service. I chatted with Rocket Lawyer who gave me suggestions and they also charged me fraudently. I have also submitted my issue to my bank for Rocket Lawyer since I did not authorize any charges from them.
just answer

you hijacked my credit card!!
You are a company that pretends to be, part of everything on the earth!
This is a total scam ! I noticed a Trial charge of $1, July 1, 2019, then weeks later, $28 charges started to happen. Unfortunately, 3 months have past, before I realized the charges on my statement & just acted upon it. I was promised a full refund for all 3 within 7biz days.
However, the CC that was used, has since expired. I can't wait to see how this is going to unfold ! I was told, that you will contact the CC bank to see how I get credited. Giving you a new card #, is simply, out of the question !
Not sure how this complaint form is going to help...
I do not have an acct# .
I do not have any past emails to be found, from July until now. Nothing, . until today after my call.
The Agent, had to use my email, to find me, during this inquiry.

unasked for subscription $55
I have done this 4 times now. I do not want to pay $8 and a subscription of $55 which I've already have been charged for to be put thru to an expert to get my money refunded. If you cant help me with what is obviously a scam then my lawyer and the police will sort . Why cant you be straight up with me. I am not wanting to speak with an expert. I am not happy.
they offer a trial period and give you nothing during that time
The trial period is a joke. They answer your questions with vague answers and just keep trying to get you to use their call in service for an additional fee. They continue to refer you to different people but each person just has just as vague of an answer as the last. My question was never answered to my satifaction. They didn't take no time billing me for the $40 membership seeing as they didn't help me solve anything. This is just a scam.

Just like the account's being hijacked in the 1st place is on you. Not me II tried to stop it from the jump. That's it
I report I reported to Google customer service back in March or April 2019 about my accounts having been hijacked. I had a lot of evidence I gave them his name I told them how they could find him I told them how they could how he was using my emails for Facebook etc and they did absolutely nothing about it at the time period then he ended up getting me locked out of my Facebook accounts I don't know how I lost a lot of information old memories pictures of my best girlfriend that was murdered on 09/11/2018. Then I get locked out of at least 45 accounts due to the fact that he stole the major accounts that others are linked through I can't read my can't get into pay pal I have money in their I can't get in to AOI can't remember right now but a lot it's affected everything I can't get into my outlook account. So I think it's all you guys fault because you didn't follow up when I gave when I 1st alerted you to this fact I didn't know what to do. And now I've been trying for since then to recover my accounts and it is become a beyond a nuisance it is critical that I get my account back and I keep having to jump through all these hoops? Why didn't he have to jump through hoops in order to steal it in the 1st place? How was he able to change my my passcode? He wasn't leaving have to go through all this nonsense he just got him that's it you pass them over to him or something I don't know how he did I tell you what period but he did and you were warned and I told you exactly where to find him@thatmomentintimeperiodsogivemebackmyfreakinaccountsnowimnotjumpingtoanymorehoopsivegivenyoueverybitofinformationipossiblycantheremyaccountstheirmyaccountsifyoulookthroughtheaccountsyouseeanycorrespondencefromanyonenamemiguelperezexceptformaybeintueni19alltherestofitismyinformationmypeoplemycontactsmyeverything.iwantmyaccountsbackineedthembackicantdoanythingwithoutthemanditsaffectedmymajoraccountbecausethisaccountyouarenext62@gmail.com is the backup for my outlook account frugal 1393 and I need that account that's a critical account that's my major account for business for job hunting for everything is my food to my outlook I only have one outlook I only had 1 outlook I've now had to set up several. this company has charged my account $.10 5 times. I have attempted to contact them for refund but there is no way to connect with them.
I do my banking with Suncoast Credit union in Tampa, Fl and my checking acxcount has been charged a total of $.50 From 5 transactions I did not approve or request. Please help me.
I have not signed up with any company with the name "Just Answer" online or on paper. This is a total scam and I want my cash returned to me. How does this stuff continue to happen? Why isn't the internet more secure? How can people just charge stuff to others and bill us for serviv=ces we didn't requwst or subscribe to.
a monthly fee of $70.00 nz being taken from my credit card after I paid for a consultant service
I have written to a couple of just answer email addresses to request that they stop monthly payments coming out of my credit card. I paid separately for the services used but did not approve this monthly fee.
It appeared that I paid $2 for a Just answer Trial of my credit card on June 22nd . .. Such a small amount it is not noticeable as I paid $59.28 for a question to be answered (I complained about this as the question was not answered to my satisfaction..) on June 25th.
Since then I have been charged in July, Aug & Sept for $75.00NZ per month for a service I don't use.
This is what I wrote to them:
Please cancel the monthly fee of $70.00 NZ. That you are taking from my credit card.
I did not approve a monthly fee. I have paid for my services and only use your website on a few occasions.
I see others online are having the same problem. There is nowhere on your website (even though you say there is) to actually cancel this fee.
I will be seeking legal advise along with many others if you do not remove this fee immediately and refund my for the past two months .
What a shame to have this happen when over the many years I have found your company very reputable. What has happened?

I paid $5 to have someone help me
I would like my $66 that you charged my account when I said no to a membership. I would also like you to stop any future payments from being taken out of my account. I find it very difficult to talk to someone without being passed onto someone else. I was also told i would be charged $5 and that would be credited back to me. I would like someone to contact me and talk to me about this problem. If this is not resolved my bank will block any future payments and put up a review about how you are scamming people out of their money. I will say again I clicked on no for membership but you still went ahead and charged me, please refund me my money and do not charge my account again.

ask a lawyer
On August 8 2019 I signed up for a $5.00 charge for JustAnswer requesting information regarding a legal matter. My question was answered and I was partly satisfied. August 11 2019 they charged my Visa $47.00, August 18, 2019 $67.00, September 18, 2019 another $67.00. I NEVER APPROVED A MEMBERSHIP. They've OVERCHARGED me $181.00 for a $5.00 stupid answer. I want to be reimbursed ASAP. I went to they're website to complain but I HAVE TO PAY $5.00 to complain and request a reimbursement. Thus is so WRONG. How do I go about getting them to reimburse me and to STOP them from stealing.
