I told my husband to use this service because I had used the attorney site and had a good response. There ford mechanic sent text messages but the site was hanging so we were unable to send messages then we requested a call, 24 hrs passed and no incoming call just more crap text messages. Then they have the gall to charge 26.00 for a call we didn't get, wonderful company you are. I'd like the 26.00 fee refunded it was a service that wasn't provided.

I contacted the online veterinarian with a question about my kitten. It was a weekend and no veterinarian hospitals were open and I needed an answer quick as it was a young kitten. I was texted by a veterinarian and paid for each of those but at the end of it all I stated I wouldn't need service again. I'm disabled and can't afford the extra money coming out each month. They have tried twice now to charge $29 to my account and I can't find a way to cancel. Please help me cancel

From what I can recall, I contacted Just Answer back in July / August 2019 and paid a nominal amount for my query & answer.
That was the only time I've contacted them, yet I have just discovered that £40 payments have been taken from my current account in Sept, Oct and now November, this last one was the one I noticed and had alerted me to the problem. From talking to my bank HSBC, I am led to believe that the charges were made via my debit card?.
My bank has blocked any further approaches from JustAnswer, but I need to find out how to get my £120 refunded and how to speak to someone in this rip off Company.

service, no one could assist with fault finding
Date 23/11/2019, contacted the so called expert with a new Ipad I purchased for my son, but the screen rotation did not work, after a few attempts of advice I decided to take it back the next day, when closing the screens, a pop up appeared, giving you an option for some tech to remotely activate the device with a cost of R 599, I did not take the option and closed up, I exchanged the device the next day, only to receive an sms on the 24th that R599 were deducted from my account, who authorized that.

I asked one question to this site about missing a court date. I paid the one time fee and do not remember that I would have to cancel since I thought it was a one time charge. I called today because I was charged $46 on my debit card. I would like a refund and was told I could not receive one. I'm not happy about the fact they took my info to use beyond the one time charge. Please send me proof I agreed to pay a monthly fee.

I signed up yesterday for a free trial. I asked a question. The answers were ludicrous. Both "experts" copied and pasted from a simple Google search and clearly knew nothing about what I was trying to research. I then tried to cancel my trial membership and the cancel page and the contact page are not working. 11/23/2019 . I just want out of this service before I am charged the full membership fee in seven days.

I briefly joined just answer then cancelled my membership immediately as it did not satisfy ny needs. Today 24 / 11 2019 I find my AMEX debit card has been charged $66.00. I tried to enter Just Answer to explain the situation but the app stated that it had no record of me. Secondly there is no Just Answer app in my computer apps, I am using Windows 10.
I want to make sure that My details are totally deleted by Just Answer Company, that the $66.00 is refunded / returned immediately and that I receive no further communications whatsoever from Just Answer, thankyou.

This is a non authorised deduction because I have not registered as a member, so first will the deductions cease and second I want a refund of my deducted "membership" payments please.

I had an urgent answer I was trying to find for a friend of mine who was having trouble with her Chichuchua. So I looked into 'Just Answer' I was connected with a Veterinarian. I used the service once and had explained when canceling that I no longer needed the service of 'Just Answer' anymore since I have no pets. I canceled on the last day. The morning of day 7. I checked my bank account and they already took out a membership fee without my knowledge. I was told that I was already billed for a membership but I explained that I no longer needed the service. I just used it once. They refused to cancel my membership although I was canceling within the timeframe given. I had 7 days to cancel.

I was suckered in by the $5 brief membership. I cancelled the membership the very next day. BUT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO...THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU! I took up the offer of your service 1 week ago of $5 for 7 days on the 10/11/2019, and was charged $4.50 plus 10 cents x 5.
Then on the 17/11/2019, 1 week after using Just Answer I was charged another $40 by Just Answer, which I did not authorise.
I would appreciate it being refunded and no further deductions taken from my account.
If funds are not refunded I will be going to my Bank to have them investigate on my behalf and in need seek refund directly from Just Answer.

I requested for one time advice and no satisfactory advice was provided. However I have been charged again in the following month although I have not received any services. I have not approved further payment however money has been taken from my account which is outrageous . This is for the information of other innocent people who sometimes in desperation seek assistance from websites who claim to have professionals providing advice, however in reality they just cheat people.
