I click on link offering a trial of 5 dollars for 7 days, i clicked put my credit card on it. and then by my surprise i was charged 55 dollars, i went to the justanswer chat immediately and called and ask for refund and was declined. it explained was misleading, and not intended as i just wanted the trial. Refund was declined all the times, tried 4 times with different persons

I was not only overcharged by this business for a fee on their website, which was also an incredibly deceptive and awful marketing scheme. Their online chat says that you pay a $1 fee plus a $55 membership fee, which is still under $60. When you pay on their regular online page for legal advice, it is $5 plus a $45 membership fee. Somehow I was charged a $60 membership fee PLUS the $5, which is not stated anywhere. In addition, the answer to my question was generic, not helpful, and quite literally reiterated what I was told by my apartment complex regarding how to handle the situation that I was dealing with. The website says specifically that you are entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied with the answer from the lawyer, and yet I am still not being offered a refund. Their website is deceptive and they are not following through with the exact information that they note on their website.

I used the chatbot to initiate a conversation and was told when I clicked on the link it would cost to connect with a lawyer. I entered my credit card information and received notification I was charged for a full membership.
As soon as I lawyer connected into the chat I mentioned I was just charged unexpectedly and they let me know I could resolve with customer service. I contacted customer service during the conversation via another chat and was informed a refund was not possible as I had agreed to the membership. I then tried to reach their customer support via email and was told that I could not receive a refund because I had already talked to the lawyer.
I would please like a refund for the membership I did not consent to, and to then pay the agreed upon .

Everyone refused a refund .
I was absolutely scammed out of $46 . I put my payment information in and my name to be charged $5 to ask one question no where in any of that did I see a terms and conditions that said they were signing me up for a membership , and believe me I inspected all aspects of everything I type and read on the site . When contacting customer service I was service with automated responses and refusals to refund me even though I realized just after I asked a question they had charged me and canceled out the membership they had signed me up for . I would like a full refund for the $46 I was charged . This is so disappointing as I’ve used this site before with no issues .

I was trying to get a refund from Macfee and i thought I was on there site. during the chat I informed the girl that I was looking for a refund from Macfee and she said no problem, she asked for my credit card info, which I gave her and then she said I'll connect you woth a computer tech, I said that's not what I want. Then I realized that I was on the wrong site. When I gave her my credit card info I thought it was for my refund. I disconnected and later i noticed that I had been charged $68.00 and now I want my money back please.

I used just answer once for at TV problem. Which answered my question about a month ago. Today, I was charged another $55.00 on my credit card!
I contacted your people and found out I was enrolled in a membership with them, which I canceled right away and requested a refund, which I was told it is not refundable! Now I'm pissed! I did not knowingly sign up for a membership. I see you have tons of complaints about this on the internet.
It's a bad/sneaky way to do business! Shame on you!
I want a refund and no further billings from you right away to the same credit card that I used with you.
I will never recommend or use your company ever again!

On I believe it was September 25,2023, I was trying to cancel my Disney+ and was having trouble getting Disney+ to cancel my subscription. I asked Google how I could get Disney+ to cancel my subscription and happened onto JustAnswer. I asked them the question and apparently filled out my info. I think it cost $1. They really didn’t help me and I didn’t think any more about it until last night when I looked at my credit card purchases. I had been charged $46 for two months by JustAnswer. Just Answers way of making people 'accidentally' pay for a monthly subscription
On Trust Pilot there are around a hundred of these experiences, but JustAnswer never clarified this issue on the page where customers are paying their '€ 1,-'. That is malignant.
Today I thought I was going to pay € 1,- to get a question answered but, hidden on that page, I agreed to pay € 45,- a month for a subscription (OrderID [protected]-966). That was very unclear and, no doubt, intentional. I stopped the subscription, but I will not get a refund. Seeing the number of protests, JustAnswer has a reliability issue and it is unjust to refer to all these deceived clients as just being sloppy.
