I texted this website to have advice regarding a failure I had with my fridge. They ask for a $2, which I agreed but then they asked for an additional $53 that I refused.
A couple of days after I see what my visa was charged with the $53 and I was just impossible to get customer service on the line to complaint about it. One month after I got a call from my bank asking if I just authorized this company to charge for a second time $53. My bank immediately blocked my card.
This company is a scam and they keep charging to your visa card. They are very unprofessional and thanks to my bank I was able to stop them to keep charging my credit card over and over.
I would like to get reimbursed from them the monies I did not approved.($53) as the second time it was my bank that was able to take care of it.
I would recommend anyone wanting to used them to be very careful.

Just Answer therapy
I had a question for the website. For a therapist I approved a $5 charge, and when they tried to do a $50 call I refuse and said I was not I would not pay.
He still charged me for it. Now my bank is overdraft and I'm going to be overcharged again. I have no idea why this website is still charging me even though I refused. This website is a scam and they don't even help you.
I can't even talk to customer service because it's asking me for more money I don't have to begin with.

My name is Lana Blouin, I would like to lodge a complaint about being charged $66.00 US.. I am canadian the exchange rate is 40 percent.. I wasn't advised that I would charged that much money for a few questions.. I was on Sony website trying to order an adapter, I assumed I was talking to them.. This was a complete surprise to me.. Unauthorised credit card charges

On 18th Sept 23 I contacted one of your advisors through your Chat link concerning a problem with our washing machine, there was option to talk over the phone for £16 which I declined. The suggested reset worked once then not again for which I agreed to pay £1, maybe foolishly by card.
Four days later whilst on holiday I found my card had been suspended and the card people said it was because of a unapproved request for £35 from you, I agreed that it should have been declined as I had given no authorisation for the payment.
I have just checked my statement and find that you have requested and been paid £35 on the 30th October; then looking back I have found a similar payment which I had missed on 30th September, just a week after it had been initially declined.
I shall be contacting my bank to find out why these payments were made after agreeing with them they should be declined.
My case is that at no time was I offered or agreed to a subscription service and I therefore request that the £70 taken be repaid into my card account and that my credit card details be removed from your system.

I was not only overcharged by this business for a fee on their website, which was also an incredibly deceptive and awful marketing scheme. Their online chat says that you pay a $1 fee plus a $55 membership fee, which is still under $60. When you pay on their regular online page for legal advice, it is $5 plus a $45 membership fee. Somehow I was charged a $60 membership fee PLUS the $5, which is not stated anywhere. In addition, the answer to my question was generic, not helpful, and quite literally reiterated what I was told by my apartment complex regarding how to handle the situation that I was dealing with. The website says specifically that you are entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied with the answer from the lawyer, and yet I am still not being offered a refund. Their website is deceptive and they are not following through with the exact information that they note on their website.

Membership service call
I ended up membership that started on September 13th on October 13th I had paused the membership and said that I would contact them at the end of the month to start my membership again on October 31st I paid for my membership I asked of it a question and then on November 6th when I tried to ask another question they tried to trade charge me another $30 whenever I contacted customer support try and understand the situation not only were both of the representatives that I talked to extremely rude and very snarky with their comments towards me they were also unwilling to come to any sort of understanding of what I was trying to tell them they were treating me like I couldn't pay my bill that I canceled that they canceled my membership on the 13th because there was a problem with my credit card treating me like I was so low that I couldn't even come up with $30 to pay for a membership fee whenever I was the one to put the membership on hold they were very rude they were laughing at me they were making fun of me and they were very hateful calling me derogatory terms and all I wanted was for my membership to continue I have an emergency with my pet but I really could have used your help for but I can't do that now because your customer support is absolutely despicable human beings take care absolutely nothing about your bottom line your customers or anything to do with your company I wanted to restart my membership that was the reason for my call and because of how hateful and rude that they were that didn't happen I literally cannot stress enough how absolutely horrific these people were to me at first I was singing your praise for this app to every person I know and I know at least seven people that joined this particular platform because of me because I gave them this and I know that every single one of them is going to cancel their memberships now because of me too because of how you guys just treated me if I were you I would fire that team because they have absolutely no care for you or your company they were saying that they were charged me $30 for asking one question even though on your website it says $5 a question or $30 a membership so you guys stole $30 from me instead of continuing my membership like originally planned they tried to tell me that now it was $30 a question that's nowhere on your website that's nowhere in the deal I had finally had enough and so I ended the conversation and hung up figuring I would just call the next day and figure things out with someone more suitable for the task but your employees kept calling me back and laughing and hanging up and this was in the middle of me trying to deal with an emergency with my animal at 1:30 in the morning they contacted me a total of five times just calling and laughing and hang up

Charged Membership without Authorization and Not GIven a Refund
I used the chatbot to initiate a conversation and was told when I clicked on the link it would cost to connect with a lawyer. I entered my credit card information and received notification I was charged for a full membership.
As soon as I lawyer connected into the chat I mentioned I was just charged unexpectedly and they let me know I could resolve with customer service. I contacted customer service during the conversation via another chat and was informed a refund was not possible as I had agreed to the membership. I then tried to reach their customer support via email and was told that I could not receive a refund because I had already talked to the lawyer.
I would please like a refund for the membership I did not consent to, and to then pay the agreed upon .

Everyone refused a refund .
I was absolutely scammed out of $46 . I put my payment information in and my name to be charged $5 to ask one question no where in any of that did I see a terms and conditions that said they were signing me up for a membership , and believe me I inspected all aspects of everything I type and read on the site . When contacting customer service I was service with automated responses and refusals to refund me even though I realized just after I asked a question they had charged me and canceled out the membership they had signed me up for . I would like a full refund for the $46 I was charged . This is so disappointing as I’ve used this site before with no issues .

I contacted your people and found out I was enrolled in a membership with them, which I canceled right away and requested a refund, which I was told it is not refundable! Now I'm pissed! I did not knowingly sign up for a membership. I see you have tons of complaints about this on the internet.

I came across the above company by accident and read, what I thought was a legitimate company offering advice for £5.00 up front. I innocently asked one question after I had paid by credit card and at the time was satisfied with this company. Little did I know they took (fraudulently) in my estimation, a further payment without my consent or knowledge of £50.00 the next day. I did not realise this action had taken place until my monthly statement arrived. Too late to retrieve.
Luckily, but obviously too late, I cancelled all further payments when I realised this fraudulent action had been taken. The first payment of £50.00 was taken the day after paying £5.00 for the advice given. This apparently would continue ad infinitum had I not cancelled the payments.
I believe I am not the first person this activity has been played on unsuspecting people.
