employees and manager never around the store
There is never a manager around when you need one and 2 of her employees be on the side of the building smoking blunt with the delivery driver for family dollar the are rude and and always stealing money from customer and the manager is hiring her family to work there and steal money form customers the store is never organized and nice and neat but they do have one employee that works has but off evertime I go in there

I went to the family dollar last night around 4-5pm and noticed that the cashier, unknown name, had her child in the store with her behind the counter. To my unstanding, any employer that has employees is not aloud to have their children in the store while they are working. Shouldn't employees have proper child care for their children while at work? Not only that, she was eating something while checking out customers. I'm sorry, but i wouldn't want to see you chewing and seeing your food being chomped in front of me. That's not customer service if your feeding yourself while checking out customers. That's what breaks and lunch breaks are for. Almost every aisle was blocked with cartons of mdse., carts with mdse, and empty boxes. Impossible to get thru the aisles or find product on the shelf. The whole place was a mess. Employees were unconcerned with moving items or themselves to help a customer access product. It is unfortunate that they are not willing to take a bit of effort and pride in the stores appearance. They would increase sales dramatically.

In your current ad you have used Video games on sale for $5. I went to two of your sales and the prices were being sold higher. When I spoke with the managers on duty they just said that's the price. No where in the ad does it specify what video games. I am very disappointed and frustrated that your stores are not willing to homer their sale on used Video games.
