Family Dollar review: manager and associates

On Dec.9th at 6;55pm, I entered the store to make a purchase. I was in the middle of the aisle looking for Christmas lights when I heard the manager which was a young lady and one of the other employees talking about a customer that was making a return which didn't go well. I was literally in shock how the manager went back and forth with the young amn that worked their especially when there were customers in the store as my self. How they were complaing about what she returned and how long it was. the young man said quote she better get her [censored] outta here and she bought that [censored] 3 days ago. and then the cashier joined in on the conversation. I was just flabber gasted. so this is how they talk and feel about the customers. That was so unprofessional for all of them to engage the way they did that I was upset because I am a customer, No respect, I am clearly hearing this. This is not the 1st time I've heard them talking about customers in a rude and sarcastic way. they are their to do there jobs and provide great customer service. I've also had to deal with the wrong prices on certain items especially the ones with smart coupon. Nasty attitudes, I don't see how they became managers or even have been hired. store num #06290 No cashier name and No store managers name I wish I had the gentelman's name.
