Dollar Tree employees kid peeing in front of store

Today July 13th, 2019 me and my wife pull up tp your store. Directly in front of the store peeing. The kid was about 8-10. you have bathrooms for customers to use. Im immediately reported it to one of you only cashiers that was working. we were in your store about 4:45 p.m. when in told her what had happened and showed her who had did it she did nothing. After I further investigated who the kid was to my shock it was an employees kid who was peeing in the front of the store. So this employee who we reported it to failed even notify the store management, when I brought it up she did absolutely northing as we were in the check out. We know it was an employees kid as we watched her walk out with the kid. she was a Hispanic lady short stocky. I will never shop at this store again if this is the way you allow employees families to act. DISGUSTING!

I believe she's a manager. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. I went in there to return an item, but was unable to. She yelled at me and denied me of a refund. Dollar Tree glass candlestick holders for wedding

7/11/19
I ordered 44 cut glass candlestick holders for a wedding from Dollartree.com on July 8, 2019. ONLY 36 were delivered and 2 of those were broken. There was a $17 delivery charge! They have a no return policy. I called customer service today and she told be the other 8 were "back ordered" (although never notified of the back order until i called) and they have no idea when they will be able to get them?
NO back order date and the whole order went through when I placed it. I am stuck with 34 and can't get any more unless "I call around to other stores to see if they have them..."
She said after 30 days if I didn't receive the back ordered items they would cancel the order. I can't return the ones I bought and I don't have enough for the wedding.

I will NEVER order from Dollar Tree again. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
I am calling my credit card to see what I can do.

DON'T GET SUCKED INTO THIS ONLINE PROCESS.

ALSO TOOK over 20 MINUTES on the phone...NO resolution SAM was my "CUSTOMER SERVICE" provider.

Dollar Tree an employee to employer assault

yesterday I was assaulted at the porter Dollar store the guy aggressively rush me twice put his fingers in my face and all I did was staying there I slapped his hand manager did nothing to customers trying to help more than the manager did I tried to calm things down I left for a while for lunch I was going back to work my wife said are you crazy you can get in a fight just go home come back tomorrow I went inside surprised he's still there cuz he is there a regresar and I said see y'all tomorrow and the manager told me you go home don't come back tomorrow she should have let me go home to calm the situation down or sent him home I thought I was fired so I started telling the manager I'll work extra hours he doesn't even show up and call in and you're firing me she said I'm not firing you I just told you to go home and not come so they don't come tomorrow he got mad I said that aggressively rush me again but this time he hit me in the face to protect myself I try to grab them customers are running in with your phone saying they're calling the cops I don't want no cops and no big scene at where I work so I shook hands told everyone everything was over and acted like we're about to do to truck he's walking away from me I'm walking away from him but he still talkin under his mouth so I had to leave before it got more physical and it manager did nothing I got a text from her when I was telling her texting her that she did nothing issue was wrong just let everything cool down if you want I will send you on the text I contacted my lawyer I'll go from here and I don't know why they're there was no assault charges pressed on him after I left y'all have it all on camera when that girl set up and let her family in the store last week you went back on the camera and you found out who assaulted Donna and you're fired her so this is wrong the guy has been violent before last week July 4th we had to call the cops on a homeless guy we're doing the truck a homeless guy walked by as he did say some unpleasant words but I'm not trying to heat my friend I mean Chris got aggressive towards him I had to pull the sharp back it was a homeless guys fall but he is uncontrollable the manager could have stopped it all my sending the cinder home I cannot quit my job I've been in trouble all my life I ride my bike from Kingwood to Porter just to work I'm doing everything I can to be a better person I am tired of going to jail they take more than half my money for child support look on the paystub you'll see that I'm a recovering drug addict stress is too much and now I'm worried about losing my job and going to jail for not paying child support or quitting on purpose then I don't want to go back to work and be unappreciated or fired for nothing

oh yeah the two cashiers even came from the front to back they could hear the yelling I always yelling back when he was in my face and they seen I did nothing aggressive I just stood my ground you can ask them

Dollar Tree wrongful termination

On 4-9-19 I was abruptly terminated from my job as store manager. District manager was Derek Powers. I worked there 268 days without a freight manager was never given help. Derek always threaten my job since I went to that store on 4-1-2018. I previously worked at Dollarstop Dollartree at Davis Lake in Charlotte, N.C. which closed on 5-2018. Derek treated me wrong the entire time I was at this store. One day he came to the store tried to get me to go to another store as ops manager because this store did not have any help. I refused. From that day on he tried to write me up for different things. I went to this store there was no way exits out of the building so he wrote me up I had only been there one month. Then he started at me about zero sales write ups which I noted I did not have help. I did not have a freight manager and no hours for stocking. He would never provide help or come to the store. If you talked to him he was at home you could always here his kids in the background. The final straw came on 4-9-2019 he rushed in the store told me he needed to talk to me he was going to have to terminate me I could not believe this. His reason was zero sales which was 192 at that time and fiscal inventory. I had not even been there one year and the form stated you had to have two executive failing inventories to be dismissed. i asked him why was this happening and I told him this is retalation because I would not take that other posistion he wanted me to take. I had been with Dollar Tree since 8-2012. I hads to be doing my job to be there that long. Then I heard that Derek lost his job for not doing what he was suppose to do. I know that he wrongfully terminated me and put in the system that I was not to be rehired. He ran this District 331 in the ground not doing his job and treating certain managers any kind of way. Do not take my word look at history how many manager hired under his leadership. Richard Fortune was Regional Manager who always show a blind eye to his performance and he knew he was not doing his job. Everything Derek touch or handled should be looked in. I know personal most of it was as they say penciled whipped not true. I worked 75 to 80 hours a week because he would not help me with adequate staffing. I feel and know I was treated wrong.

Dollar Tree party napkins greenbrier international, inc

Purchased 12 packs of Party napkins (18 pcs) Bar code 39277 54496
placed napkin in microwave with bagel on it.
Napkin caught on fire immediately causing smoke in microwave and smoke in kitchen.
Fortunately I was able to remove napkin from microwave and extinguish the smoldering napkin.

Dollar Tree the store

I was in one of your stores about 2 weeks ago @2279 N Park Dr. Ste 510, Holland MI 49424 and I just want to let you know that the store was filthy. I mean to tell you it was very very gross. As we went down the isles there were stains on the carpet everywhere and what was so weird about it that most were in the shape of a circle. The entire store was a mess meaning displays and shelves. As I was waiting in line, I noticed a cooler that had pop or something in it and I looked and it was just coated with dust everywhere dust could settle and the glass doors were all finger prints. Then as we were leaving, I was just so disgusted with the filth, I noticed that the entry doors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months.
I am sure that this is not the way you want your stores to be, so I just thought I would let you know.

I was shopping at the Punxsutawney Dollar Tree around 8:30pm, the store is not supposed to close until 9pm. An employee came up to me and told me to take my items to the register because they were closing the store. I did not think it was appropriate to basically kick me out at 8:30. I put my items back and walked out of the store. Thanks to that employee this store lost a sale.

Dollar Tree broom

I purchase a broom from dollar tree and injured myself the broom bent and the aluminium slice my arm . This was reported to store manager on june 6 2019 manager gave me a claim number to call. Ive called number and was informed that someone contact me . Still to this day has not receive no letter or call now im filing a lawsuit against store who sold product and company who made product. Ive received stitches in my arm that lelf me with a deep slash on my arm. Please contact me asp to tesolve this matter. Dollar Tree poor customer service

Very rude cashier, shopper divider forcible snatched out of my hand and told, " no no no no"

Today, July 7, 1141am, 3015 west capital, west sacramento, ca, . while standing in a long checkout line, i grab a divider, from its normal location and placed it on the conveyor to separate my purchase from another customer.

That's when the female African American cashier acted unsafe and rude. The entire incident should be on your cameras

Dollar Tree store management

I visited your store # 5123 located at 2014 S 7th St in St Louis, MO. on Thursday, July 4, 2019. I arrived at approximately 8:25 am upon arrival I noticed (2) Employees standing outside of the door. I walked up and asked if the store was open because the hours are listed states they open at 8 am.

(David) with whom I was speaking stated no not yet I'm waiting on my manager (She had an unexpected situation). While standing there waiting with 2 other customers, I personally witnessed 4 additional consumers arrive and leave due to the store not being opened.

I proceeded to ask (David) if the manager had given him a ETA as I didn't want to just wait around indefinitely as I had left a crew of people working at my home. He stated he was advised their arrival time would be around 8:30 . I then mentioned to him it's now 8:35 can you please follow up for confirmation since it is now past that time now? (David) then proceeds to tell me "Oh I didn't speak with her directly I spoke with the manager that comes in at 1 pm." " I don't have the opening managers number."

When you young lady arrived at or about 8:47 am . (David) runs over to her can and begins a conversation with her. I promptly asked if he could let her get out of her vehicle since we've been waiting for her arrival. She gets out of her car with a fast food bag sipping on a beverage. Proceeds to look at us and very angrily state " The store doesn't open until 9 am!" I then asked her what is your name? "Sam!" I replied, Sam? what is your last name? "I don't tell strangers my full name!"

I replied; Sam you are very rude and nasty she then stated "You don't talk to me like that!" I was so disturbed by her actions and comments. At 8:54 am I called the nearest store Store #1768 located at 3637 S Kingshighway Blvd and asked to speak to the manager (Kevin Stross) answered the phone and was very gracious I asked to have the incident reported to their district manager.

I'd also like to mention this is not the first time I've visited at this store shortly after
8 am and it not be opened on time.
