I was unable to find two items so I asked Two different managers for help with assistance when i noticed their attitude change poorly towards me. Dollar Tree cashier

The new Mauston WI store definitely needs customer service lessons. During Grand opening..one cashier..horrible line! My 1st visit. Went in 2nd time yesterday. Cashier Cindy with a line. Next guy just bottle bleach. I had 4 . & Few more people. She informed us ..closing this line. Needs to make phone calls! To try call in people! Are u kidding me? Rediculous! So we are supposed to move to the back of the one other checkout! She could of made time to check out the people in line! No excuse! Been in twice now. 2 bad experiences!

Dollar Tree service and cleanliness

I went into Dollar Tree on Gadsden Hwy in Trussville Alabama and this place is a joke. As I'm walking in there was filth everywhere. Stuff in the floors, crap everywhere. The store was ridiculous. Then I get to the register and there is 1 person checking people out and she's having to blow balloons up too. I walked out without spending a dime. And when I did, there were 15 people in line behind me. This crap is SO UNACCEPTABLE. This is embarrassing.

I usually shop the Dollartree store in Seattle WA called White Center. My issue is lately every-time I go I am buying several products mostly cleaning products which don't fit in a basket and even if they did it would be to heavy to carry. The reason there are no carts is because employees have them loaded up for stocking. leaving none for customer...

Dollar Tree they over charged me

Hello I went to dollar tree on Soccoro road 5337 is the store number the girl summer over charged me. I bought the 4 pack of bowls and she charged each one of the bowls I got two packs so she charged me 1 for each bowl. I got one hamper she charged 2. That day I was in a hurry and I didn't realize what she had done till today that I checked the reciept and my stuff that was still in car that I just took down. 9 dollars I was charged extra and it's disappointing

It was very unprofessional the way i was let go from my assistant manager at dollar tree store number 03120. Store manager called me on the phone and told me. I was also told id receive a phone call from human resources and never did. The district manager told me to write things down that sounded good to keep the job. I was given no paperwork and told me i couldn't keep my PTO

Dollar Tree store employees

I was in dollar tree store 125 in Broken Arrow there were three people ahead of me one lady with about 30 to 40 items I noticed it was one worker and a manager who was in the office, I asked the lady who's name was joyce, my words exactly was, excuse me is there anyone else who could come help? Due to the line getting longer behind me, she completely ignored me so I asked her again. She still ignores me. Now I'm upset. so another customer asked her the same question and she responds with an attitude. I dont pull the race card but however I definitely felt discriminated against due to me being a black woman talking to her versus her answering the lady of her own color. Also there were several witness who saw how she treated me, I wasn't rude to her. I only asked a question and If I see her again at this store I wont be happy if shes allowed to keep her job! Bad customer service

Dollar Tree return check

I wrote a check on February 27, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas store #2540. It was returned because my funds were frozen due to a judgement. Even though there was money in the bank for the check to clear but still the check could not be processed. I called a phone number on the receipt [protected] and another number [protected] and left my name, phone and the situation but no respond back. The recording wants me to pay the check by phone. I am NOT going to leave my debt card number to a recording. I want to TALK to a human being so I can get a conformation number. I can not write anymore checks anywhere until this situation is cleared. On my behalf I have try calling and calling and no respond from Dollar Tree. Could you please help me to clear this problem. The amount of the check was $14.07 Antn#352, check #5547 Ref/Seq 051172 Trace ID#1400310000031461233302 Merchant ID#[protected]. Will be waiting for your respond. Thank you

Dollar Tree Disgusting disorganized dollar tree dumps!!!

Your stores are a disgrace!+
I live in hyde park massachusetts.
The store in my neighborhood should be condemmed! The place is so dirty disqusting! Smells foul the minute you walk in the door! Shelves arent stocked!
Boxes all over the place tripping over them in the aisles. The poorer ethnic neighborhoods stores get no attention!
The stores in more white neighborhoods get better stores. Properly staffed and managed! You all should be fired at the top! Allowing such disgusting stores to exist in communities all over the country! Terrible treatment for customers to have to spend their money to make wealth for the people at the top! Get out of your offices and get busy cleaning up your stores. Staffing them with compitant managers who would be trained to know what to do being a manager!
Dollar tree dumps is what they really should be called!

The uboats are the “dollies”. If they are blocking a door with the word exit over it, and have a whole bunch of crap blocking the door and aisles, that is a fire hazard . Plus floor stacks have to be at least 8 feet apart from each other, and not be over 4 foot tall, ever. Each walk way must have a 43 ( or 48, I forgot) inch gap between them so that wheelchairs can fit. If they are if they are lazily stacking items onto these uboats ( dollies) then I assume they are putting heavy items on top of smaller ones like chips. I’m not a nazi for the rules, however if you feel as though people are in danger, and staff is treating you like crap, then call the health department or fire department to fix them. On a side note though, it isn’t always due to poor management that you see a mess; dollar tree infamously oversends stock and gives little hours to stores. However, they should still make it number one priority to make the store meet the standards of safety.

If items and unstable u boats are blocking the fire exit, just call the fire department. I’ve seen the fire department come in and threaten to padlock the door by 8 AM if all the crap wasn’t cleared out of the back. Manager went nuts guy called in like 8 people probably went over on hours.

Dollar Tree the southland dr. location in lexington ky

I have been shopping Dollar Tree for many years and even when this location was Family Dollar. This Dollar Tree was a mess in every section. I have never seen a store with as many things scattered on the floor. From now on I will be shopping at the Clays Mill Rd. where everything is neat and orderly. It's farther from my home but I am more able to find products. Don't understand how a store can remain open that looks like this one.

Dollar Tree store #325

Store #325 needs to be investigated. Annette Alapati is writing unnecessary write ups and showing favortism. These and other underhanded activities are taking place as well. Along with taking time with customers, I also have to reorganize my designated area where she put trainees while I'm not on shift. We are also instructed to stock one way but get written up for doing so. Where one associate or associates is given several warnings others are threatened with their job for same reasoning. Also Annette changes the schedule constantly and nothing is consistent. The working environment has become hostile and I refuse to work any longer under these conditions.

Dollar Tree customer service

I called Dollar Tree located at 13263 W Colonial Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787 to ask for a specific item today 4/30/2019 around 9:35 a.m. The employee was very rude and I was told she was extremely busy and was unable to check the availability of the item. I needed over 20 of the specific item so I decided to call before heading to the store. I believe in customer satisfaction not only for customers visiting the store but also for customer calling the store. Dollar tree employees must be aware of the importance of customer service. If they can't work under pressure so they should not work at a commercial store.

Are you fvking kidding? This lady was prolly the only one in the store beside the manager. You think she has the time to be off of the line, of prolly, 15 people, and go count if she has 20 of a specific item? Then y’all will complain that she is off the line and you have to wait an extra 2 minutes. Yalll are fat and you smell. Seriously.

Dollar Tree customer service

Hello on this past saturday, april 27, 2019, I went into your deans bridge rd location in augusta ga 30906. I am a frequent shopper at that location since it's near my house. However my last trip to that store I accidentally picked up the wrong size pull up for my toddler. I purchased them days before exchanging them for the right size. So saturday I go into the store. Your store manager jacqueline black older lady that has the salt and pepper hair that wore a red shirt and red lipstick (spellcheck) jackie was very rude! I wasn't aware of your new exchange policy she rudely said: "you gotta have a receipt" which is fine but however I am a paying customer and should be treated with a little bit better dignity and respect being that I chose to spend my money with you. And because of me spending my money there allows her to have a paycheck. I myself are in a management position. I would never speak to a customer as rudely as she spoke to me and with her title being the "store manager" good look for your family dollar/dollar tree business. With an attitude like that jackie will cause you to lose customers as well as sales. Anyway, she then proceeded to throw my change to me. I asked for you guys corporate number. She again said "I dont know it" I made her aware that I would contact corporate she said, "I dont care go ahead". But didn't give me the corporate number just rudely talked about me to customers that were in line after me. Another customer stopped me as I was going out of the door and stated that I could find the corporate number to report her. I guess maybe she has a lot going on in her life that makes her incompatible to serve customers the proper way. I will never return to that location nor will I ever shop family/dollar tree again if you're going to have people like this running your business with titles that say "store manager" I would like feedback on this situation because I was treated so rudely by someone who runs your store. I can see an associate being that rude but when you're a store manager its just certain ways you should handle and act towards customers. Ms. Jaqueline seems to be to mature to act like an infant.

Dollar Tree Slip and fall

Hello on Saturday 4_28_19 myself and 4 kids were shopping at the stone ridge plaza store on west ridge rd in Rochester ny..upon walking the isle many of them had a blue goopy substance on the floor in multiple places while there I guess an employee started to try to clean it up by mopping. My 12 year old was walking down isle to get to me at the frozen food doors and started to slide and couldn't catch his footing he ended up falling to the ground on his left side and continued to slide .my son was extremely embarrassed and wanted to leave with in an hour he was complaining on pain in his arm back side and elbow. His elbow is extremely swollen. And his hip and forearm arm bruised. These people didn't even help him up.right an incident report. Ask how he was nothing...while I was standing in line to pay the manager made an announcement over the store saying please be careful they had a liquid soap spill and were cleaning up. Well mopping up that amount of soap just made it slippery...

Dollar Tree cashier sales associate inappropriate behavior.

on Sunday April 28th 2019 at 12:56 PM I went to shop at Dollar tree bought some idems when ready to check out Store Manager Jameson was taking my idems and scanning them and I nicely told him please just put two bags of chips in bag but he look at me and said why if the three bags of chips squeeze tightly inside one bag but I kept telling him can you please just take out one bag so the bag of chips won't blow but then he started giving me extra bags to put in my self the Associate I found him very strange I will never shop at this location ever again. this Happen at store# 5436, Address 747 Garden of the gods road, Colorado springs, CO 80907-3505 phone# 719-216-0610.. name of Manager Jameson... Dollar Tree store and customers service

Good afternoon it's Sunday afternoon around 2:45pm I'm in one of your locations in Bloomfield Connecticut address is 299 cottage grove blvd #store 1123
The manager at the time her name was Lori and and additional employee was on, I asked her if she could open up another register with a rude tone and sas in her voice she said that she wouldn't I was in line with 13 other people in line and there was only one cashier on while she just stood at the register and informed us that he was really fast and he would be with us shorty I then asked her would she open up another line because people was in the aisle of the store she said No! Then she stood at the register chatting with another associate that wasn't on the register either . Then I proceed to ask her who was the store manager she refused to give me his name and told me Rudely to call the store one the morning that he would be on .She proceed to blow up balloons it took her 10 minutes to do so the line had never moved she then proceed to go to the back of the store now knowledge my self of the other customers. The associate that was on his name was micheal and he was very patience and accompanied all the customers with No help or assistance from Lori.Knowing that your establishment is business that sales items for a dollar people Tend to over shop I Purchased $90 dollars worth of items and to be ignored in that manner is embarrassing and very unprofessional to have someone in that manner to treat your customers.

4/28/19 after paying for my items the cashier which was the only one opened decided to leave my bag where I couldn't reach it, I asked if she could handed me the bag, I told by her to reach for it myself.
Then, to make matters worse, the so called untrained manager escalated the situation by calling using a racial slur towards me. Threatened to call the cops

Dollar Tree sorry employee

I go in the Dollar Tree every day morning and night. The store is a mess but from what I've heard and seen they are struggling and doing all they can do to keep it up. I'm assuming they don't have enough hours and stockers to get everything done. There is however one employee that I've got an issue with. She's an assistant manager and her name is April. She is always on her cellphone or store phone, sitting outside smoking, in the office, next door in the piggly wiggly, or in the parking lot with random people chitchatting. I never see her doing any kind of work. There will be a cashier struggling with a long line and she'll be outside smoking or somewhere else not to be seen for hours at a time. I know I'm not the only one to notice this behavior because I have talked to many people and get the same statements. I have also overheard comments from the closing assistant manager and several cashiers complain about her as well. I understand that the store is without a manager as well and I've her this women talking about wanting the position and from mine and sever other point of view, this women doesn't make the cut. Something should be done about this immediately. I hate to see this store fall. I've been a faithful shopper since it opened. Usually I have good experiences in the store with the other employees but occasionally one will obviously be annoyed or tired and not mean to come off rude but they do. I understand all to well from my own retail experience that sometimes you just have a bad day. So no complaints there.

Dollar Tree talking about customers

This afternoon I went to store #07369 to buy a few items. While shopping an employee by the name of Luz made me feel extremely uncomfortably. She followed me around while I shopped as if she thought I was going to steal. While in line to pay for all items I over heard her talking with another employee insinuating that I was stealing things. I find it very rude considering I paid for my things. As a employee for your company they should hold better standards. Especially to paying coustomers. I am very disappointed in this store.

Dollar Tree customer service

Hello! My name is Marc A. Velez, MPA. On Saturday, 04/27/2019, at approximately 1300 hours, I entered the Dollar Tree, Store #4005, located at 5650 Allen Way Suite 114, Castle Rock, CO 80108-7621. At 13:29 hours, I checked out. As I was waiting in line, right before i checked out, there was another customer in front of me with her items; therefore, I grabbed the item divider, which was mostly hidden from view to divide the items. I had the extremely UNFORTUNATE pleasure of encountering the sales associate, later identified as Dionna (Note: last name and employee number were NOT provided to me despite me asking for them), who chastizing me, which was not warranted, appropriate nor was it professional. Dionne stated in an extremely rude and belittling tone, "Do NOT touch this!" (referring to the item divider). I did not know that the item divider said "Do not touch" on it as it was hidden from view. Furthermore, if you didn't want a customer to touch it to begin with, why was it even by the conveyer belt at all where it could be used? I was so offended by Dionne that I grabbed my items and i started to walk to another open register when Dionne said in a VERY clear voice "Whatever!" I was offended yet again. I then walked up to Dionne and I told her to call over her manager. I also advised Dionne that she does NOT need to work in customer service. The on-duty manager, Derrick, responded. I advised him that i wanted to make a formal complain against Dionne with the Dollar Tree's Corporate office. i then contacted dollar tree at 1-800-876-8697 as well as making a complaint online. Dionne is the face and the ambassador to your company. is this truly how you want your customers to be treated? i highly doubt it. Dionne needs to be terminated from her employment.
