Pharmacy overcharged for brand name eye drops
RX1050883 Accular I have been using the brand name eye drops for many years and just recently a week ago we pick them up and they charged me 256.79 when they should have only been $60. The Pharmacy technician said I had to call the doctor to get them to approved for use when they were already approved for several years. We paid it because I had to have...

apr 20, 2020 approx 0015 hrs at 240 Main Street Nashua, NH. Going past the registers, a customer (woman) stood at the distance tape to ring out waiting for a cashier at the 3 vacant registers. I became involved as a customer called out "hello" and not knowing if I may be spoken to. The customer rang the bell not loud enough as I barely heard it about a...

I received a text message from the CVS pharmacy on K street in Sacramento telling me 2 prescriptions, One starting with the Letter S and one starting with the letter J were ready and to type The letter Y if I wanted them. I normally received the prescription singulair From the pharmacy so I typed the letter Y. When they delivered the package it contained a Spiriva Inhaler. I have not Used CVS to repeal this inhaler for over a year.
I drove to the pharmacy to return the inhaler and they told me that they were not allowed to take any returns during the Corona virus. The Box was still sealed and inside I know from past that the inhaler is in a sealed for foil packet also.
I think the pharmacy should return my money and the insurance company money
Poor customer service
I was very disappointed with the poor service of the Pharmacy manager (Hagop) at the CVS in Moorpark (not the one in Target). The moment I handed him the prescription the first thing he said was "this is for the CVS in target why did you bring it here." I told him I went to the Target one and they were out and checked online and said you had it so they sent...

Incident report #HS-767707: Purchase of a Prepaid American Express card.
Upon purchase of the card, My wife added $200.00 dollars. When we tried to use the card, the $200.00 was not on the card. On my receipt is shows the card number ending in: 4413 was used to receive the money, while my card ends in 7312. It looks as if the Clerk used another card to using card #4413 to take my $200.00.
I submitted an Incident Report over the phone on March 13, 2020, with a follow-up call on March 30, 2020.
I fell that my complaint is valid and I am requesting a full report made of this incident and I am also requesting a full restitution to me of my @200.00.
Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.
robo calls from pharmacy
I am Consuelo Kinnison. My phone # is [protected]. Every day for the last couple of months I get a robo call from [protected] that says it is CVS pharmacy and that they have a prescription for me ready to be picked up. I logged into my CVS account and turned ALL notifications OFF. Robo still calls. I live in San Antonio TX. This sounds just like robo that calls when I really do have a prescription. I dont think this is BS, I think your robo is STUCK. Hope you can fix it.
Rude message
Following is a message I received. I used a screening app and this was the message I received. Additionally, I have never heard of the person named in this message and don't use this service so it was even a wrong number. I have tried emailing and private messaging and have received no response. This was rude and disgusting. I want an apology from the person who sent it.
Prescription nexium
My husband wasn't feeling good and received a number of prescriptions via a telehealth session. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic and he wasn't feeling good, my daughter went to pick them up. She was charged $331 for a common heartburn pill. Granted this may be the appropriate amount but it's an ridiculous amount of money to spend on something that can easily be bought over the counter. Being that this is in a pandemic andultiple people are out of work cvs is charging $331 for heartburn pills without even a thought about informing a young girl that she may want to check first! Without saying hey these are cheaper over the counter. When my husband called cvs, they refused to do anything. No refund, no offer of any coupon nothing. Middle of a pandemic and cvs does not care. Does nothing for their customers!
All I wanted to do was purchase items that I need, pain meds, lysol, alcohol and a few other essentials, since I can't get them delivered
On April 2nd 2020 12:14 pm I went to CVS, I'm disabled so I had to take a cab because that CVS is not close to my home. When I got there, I had to wait on a line outside the store. I waited for about 15 minutes and when it was my turn to enter the store, a woman came to the store and said that they are closed for the day. her reason was the computer i...

I live in a small town, Jefferson City, TN. . I have been a customer of CVS in JC for about 25 years without a single issue. Read full complaintwill not deliver
I am 79 years of age. I called in my prescript, but they did not call me when it was ready although it was programed to call me. I need my heart and anti-anxiety medication, but they said that they cannot deliver it, and I would have to come in or come to the drive up, use their pen and clipboard to sign for it.
They offer delivery but in truth that is not the truth.
I say fowl, and they need to not advertise free delivery.
p.s. I have no one to pick it up for me as all of my neighbors or also over 75, and my children both live hours away in another state.
problems with prescriptions not being done when they're due
I've used cvs for over 2 years. Never had problems until last 4 months. Swedish uses the thumb print prescriptions that go straight to the pharmacy. In January my doctor sent in 2 prescriptions. One for January pain medication and one for them to hold until February. In February they said they didn't receive it. So I had to have the doctor redo it. But I...

Covid-19 procedures at CVS in Aurora IL are as follows. Customers are located 4 feet away from employees behind counter. Customers are expedited to share a scanner to scan all items for purchase. NO Gloves NO hand sanitizers available to customers. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY GERMS ARE ON THAT SCANNER. I FELT DIRTY AFTER MY VISIT. The sanitizing wipes for carts were even out. Had to go to gas station next door to wash my hands.
being billed for medications delivered late and unable to use
On February 10, 2020 I had an angiogram which verified blocked stents requiring open heart surgery as soon as possible on 2/27/20.
Because of my anemia our doctor ordered Epo/Procrit on 2/13/20 at 2:02 pm to my local pharmacy which they confirmed receiving but denied it in our conversations and said they sent the order 5 days later which meant I would not receive the needed injections until 2/21/20. I required eleven (11) injections but could only use seven of the eleven sent. This in effect endangered my life which required additional measures during surgery to save my life.
I received a bill for my portion which totaled $1, 878.56. I feel the original amount is totally out of line to begin with but even more to have to pay for injections I could not use due to the delay caused by our local pharmacy.
Until I provided the documentation that indeed CVS had received the order on 2/13/20 they stuck to their story of 5 days later.
I feel it is unfair to charge me for the injections not used due to CVS's delay and the threat to my life.
Please respond via email or Phone.
Respectfully submitted,
Elmo Samuel Lovato

technician hung up on me
I called in because my grandmothers doctor prescribed Albuterol. When I went to pick it up they told me that Medicare Part B gave them a denial for a diagnosis code. I asked them to Bill the claim non-asssigned and they said I need to contact Medicare. I paid for the prescription and went home and called Medicare which I am an authorized care taker and have full access to her information. Medicare Part B told me that there is no way the claim was denied that quickly that the claim needed to be submitted as a non-assignment. When I called back to the Pharmacy the tech was rund and hung up on me after telling me that your system didn't have the ability to bill Medicare Part B as a non-assignment. Shame on you CVS for selling Blue Bell Ice Cream for $9.29 per gallon. I WILL NOT SHOP AT CVS ANYMORE! And I will tell as many people about your taking an advantage of people during the Coronavirus.
Service
Line usually has 30 minute wait. Only 1 cashier at desk. Scripts never filled per automated system. I'm really sick of coming to CVS period!! And unfortunately there is not another store that is close to my home. The staff has turned over and they have better attitude. So I'm sure it's CVS processes that are causing delays and miscommunication. Please fix it
Read full complaintRude pharmacist behavior
The pharmacist on duty at the CVS pharmacy on 3/21/2020 at the 9the St and 43 Rd Vero Beach Florida location was very rude to my wife a stage four cancer patient. She waited at the counter first in lin for twenty minutes before they opened the pharmacy and when they did she said she wanted to ask a question about her prescription..He told her that she was in the wrong line and told her to go to the consultation line because he needed to take care of customers picking up prescriptions.. The question she wanted to ask was if the doctor called in her prescription (chantix) and if it was for the second month and not the beginning month..He was totally rude and should have realized she was a cancer patient because she didn't have any Hair!
She then talked to an employee that worked there and they said that he was rude to people that worked there..If I was with her I would have not been so courteous to him.. Someone needs to address his behavior or have him go through behavioral training.
