Incompetent personnel south atherton street, state college, pa
There is something wrong with the South Atherton CVS in State College, PA. I have done business with them for many years. At least ten years that I can remember. I sent a letter to Corporate Customer Relations, last year, about the "Fallen Apart" customer service of the store as a whole and especially of the pharmacy personnel who do not know their...

Each time I go to CVS and produce my bank card, there is always a problem of having to key in again. I thought it might be the chip, but didn't seem like it was. I checking some records, I realize now that CVS (City Line Avenue) has been posting my pickups twice, but only charging me for my original prescriptions. I believe, they (cashiers) are I nfluenced to do this to make it appear I am using orther (maybe unauthorized debit cards) which I AM NOT. But now, I discovered they have posted two entries (claims) for the same medication twice in one month. I have not been in CVS store to pick up a prescription since 5/2/2020. At that time I picked up three (3) prescriptions totalling $127.60 which I was charged Bystonlic 60.00, Treshiba 60.00 and Amolipine 7.60. I have NOT picked up any Atrovastin for 16.00 or 19.00.
as posted in my claims. I just got the prescription called in 5/13/20 from a virtual visit with my cardiologist. Please contact me at [protected] further information. I will be transferring this over to a legal representative.

Filling rx for tramadol
Recently left an RX for Tramadol at the local CVS. The month before, we had filled a months supply there with no problem. Now we are told it has to have a Dx and a certain code each time the RX is filled. We were not told this either time. This will delay my husband's care for 3 more days. There is a constant problem with filling an RX at CVS. Either you need a form filled out or it has to be preauthorized. If CVS has no idea of the medical history of a patient how can they ethically deny or delay filling a script.
The local CVS has no explanation many times nor do they try to solve the problem for the patient. Then you have to go thru Caremark and there is poor communication there. If you have a dose change on a medication, it will not fill the RX as supposedly the computer does not recognize this. Again, there is a delay in care.
WE do no more business with CVS than we have to for many of these reasons. Plus they are usually more expensive.

Read full review of CVSNever ending robocalls
I have been getting reminder robocalls for prescription renewals that I never called in. I get them daily. I have called and talked to 5 people in the pharmacy and have been told that I won't get any more calls. Yesterday afternoon, I told the person with whom I talked that if I received another call, I was going to write a negative review today. Yesterday evening, after that conversation, I received a call from a "live" person telling me that I had refills on my prescription. I told her that I am not getting any refills and to please stop the calls. Guess who called me this morning? You got it - the reminder robocall.
Product and service
On Sunday May 17, 2020 my wife and I went to CVS IN Dorado Puerto Rico 00646 to pickup a prescription. When we returned home my wife notice a ninety day prescription expires in June of 2020. My wife called cvs and the lady told us it's was issued by the pharmacist, we had pills that was to expire in one month, for a three months prescription. My wife informed me that this pharmacist has done this one other time. The very next day we receive a call from Pharmacist Mr. Rivera informing us this was an error on the pharmacist working on Sunday, to bring back the prescription and a new one will be exchange and to forgive them for this error, my wife told him this is the second time this occurred. The pharmacist Mr Rivera will never have done this, but the pharmacist working that Sunday has done this twice to us, this matter needs your immediate attention customers are receiving prescription that are expired or soon to expire. The staff in the drug store department are great persons, expect for this pharmacist issuing prescription with pill that will expire before the are to be consume. NOW NOW another problem when my wife and I return Monday May 18, 2020 to return the prescription there was a line outside CVS and customers waiting I counted about nine customers. Outside of CVS there was no one monitoring the customers outside, there was no social distance between customers, I got my cart because we was going to pickup other things, I waited by the door to inform someone about the situation on the line, then a worker by the name Alexander opened the door and abruptly grabbed my cart from me and told me to go to the end of the line, and closed the doors. My wife and I decided to return later on the day. I want to inform you there is no social distance markers of six feet outside as other retailer have, Walgreens have this on both side of the outside. Why the staff mentioned here treat us in a undignified way, not to mention we're both seniors and we leave CVS a considerable amount of money with all our prescriptions, l was so upset I had to return to CVS Tuesday to inform this Alexander how we were treated by his ignorance, and told him I will file a complaint for both issues. Nevertheless I hope someone will address these issues I mentioned. Thanking you in advance for your time in this matter. Hector Sambolin
Filling my prescriptions
I have had on many times I had to wait for my refills because cvs can not or will not communicate with my doctor in a timely fashion. Cvs should not offer to get in touch with my doctor if they can't do so so that I don't run out of medication before it is done. The attitude I go this morning when my refill was not ready, shows I how uncaring some of your...

I have had many issues with this pharmacy's management, for almost a year now. Before all my latest problems started, I was always able to talk to this store's manager. He would always fix the problem immediately! Lately, the manager is not in the store. only, a employee that claims to be the manager. That person always tells me to go back and speak to...

I received a text message from the CVS pharmacy on K street in Sacramento telling me 2 prescriptions, One starting with the Letter S and one starting with the letter J were ready and to type The letter Y if I wanted them. I normally received the prescription singulair From the pharmacy so I typed the letter Y. When they delivered the package it contained a Spiriva Inhaler. I have not Used CVS to repeal this inhaler for over a year.
I drove to the pharmacy to return the inhaler and they told me that they were not allowed to take any returns during the Corona virus. The Box was still sealed and inside I know from past that the inhaler is in a sealed for foil packet also.
I think the pharmacy should return my money and the insurance company money
Poor customer service
I was very disappointed with the poor service of the Pharmacy manager (Hagop) at the CVS in Moorpark (not the one in Target). The moment I handed him the prescription the first thing he said was "this is for the CVS in target why did you bring it here." I told him I went to the Target one and they were out and checked online and said you had it so they sent...

Incident report #HS-767707: Purchase of a Prepaid American Express card.
Upon purchase of the card, My wife added $200.00 dollars. When we tried to use the card, the $200.00 was not on the card. On my receipt is shows the card number ending in: 4413 was used to receive the money, while my card ends in 7312. It looks as if the Clerk used another card to using card #4413 to take my $200.00.
I submitted an Incident Report over the phone on March 13, 2020, with a follow-up call on March 30, 2020.
I fell that my complaint is valid and I am requesting a full report made of this incident and I am also requesting a full restitution to me of my @200.00.
Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.
robo calls from pharmacy
I am Consuelo Kinnison. My phone # is [protected]. Every day for the last couple of months I get a robo call from [protected] that says it is CVS pharmacy and that they have a prescription for me ready to be picked up. I logged into my CVS account and turned ALL notifications OFF. Robo still calls. I live in San Antonio TX. This sounds just like robo that calls when I really do have a prescription. I dont think this is BS, I think your robo is STUCK. Hope you can fix it.
Rude message
Following is a message I received. I used a screening app and this was the message I received. Additionally, I have never heard of the person named in this message and don't use this service so it was even a wrong number. I have tried emailing and private messaging and have received no response. This was rude and disgusting. I want an apology from the person who sent it.
Prescription nexium
My husband wasn't feeling good and received a number of prescriptions via a telehealth session. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic and he wasn't feeling good, my daughter went to pick them up. She was charged $331 for a common heartburn pill. Granted this may be the appropriate amount but it's an ridiculous amount of money to spend on something that can easily be bought over the counter. Being that this is in a pandemic andultiple people are out of work cvs is charging $331 for heartburn pills without even a thought about informing a young girl that she may want to check first! Without saying hey these are cheaper over the counter. When my husband called cvs, they refused to do anything. No refund, no offer of any coupon nothing. Middle of a pandemic and cvs does not care. Does nothing for their customers!
