Medication showing in stock at multiple locations, where they don't actually have any
My regular medication is not being ordered and filled on time, because cvs records show they have the medication in stock, when they actually don't. Can you please explain why there would be a discrepancy between what the inventory system says they have in stock and what they actually have in stock? Last month, they called 2 other local cvs locations which showed they had the medicine in stock and they also did not have any. This problem happens every month. Aren't they audited?
Test results
I was tested on July 20, 2020 at CVS, High Street, Portsmouth, VA. To date (8/6/20) I have not received my results. I understand that lab results are taking a long time to come back, however, maybe the location should not be taking as many appointments if the lab cannot handle the testing results. 17 days is a bit excessive.

I contacted cvs immediately when I realized that it wasn't a not free as the cashier had informed me. I was informed after several attempts to cancel that I was all set. Unfortunately I was now charged for two months. Once again I could not get any satisfaction. Now I've had to cancel my debit account, in order to stop CVS from taking anymore of my money. Don't signup for CVS Carepass. Save your money!

I am very unhappy with a recent transaction- order #[protected]. My prescription was delivered to the wrong address. Neither customer service nor the pharmacy has resolved the issue or offered a solution. I paid $50 out of pocket for this prescription and will need either a replacement or a refund. The home that the prescription was delivered to is vacant. My last 2 prescriptions were delivered to me at the correct address so I had no reason to believe this one would go to the wrong address. The pharmacy offered to call the post office for me to see if they can retrieve the prescription but they are closed. They told me to call the post office on 7/20/20 but I do not feel confident that even if they can locate the package that it will be undamaged as it will be sitting in an outdoor metal post office box in 115 degree heat for 4 days. I need either a refund or replacement.

With none on display I inquired when some might be available and was told there was some in the store room. At checkout I was taken aback at the total of just shy of $12.00. They advertise that you can order on their website...well, yes you can. But don't be fooled by the implied delivery! I put in an order on May 23; as of this date, June 24, it is still being "processed". I called over a week ago and after much too long on hold I spoke to a "customer service rep" and she determined that it had been filled and was in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. Which brings me to the website which is beyond non-functional. CVS should just go back to doing prescriptions and junk the order fulfillment (ha!) business.
