on July 14th and July 15th a co-worker and I were tested in CVS Minute Clinic Winnsboro. SC. Today August 1st No results. This is absolutely Malpractice, and a great example of why the pandemic can't be controlled. My co worker was retested at a hospital and received his results in 72 hrs. I have not been retested and weare PPE. I have no symptoms now why...

CVS Carepass

I contacted cvs immediately when I realized that it wasn't a not free as the cashier had informed me. I was informed after several attempts to cancel that I was all set. Unfortunately I was now charged for two months. Once again I could not get any satisfaction. Now I've had to cancel my debit account, in order to stop CVS from taking anymore of my money. Don't signup for CVS Carepass. Save your money!

CVS Prescription delivery

I am very unhappy with a recent transaction- order #[protected]. My prescription was delivered to the wrong address. Neither customer service nor the pharmacy has resolved the issue or offered a solution. I paid $50 out of pocket for this prescription and will need either a replacement or a refund. The home that the prescription was delivered to is vacant. My last 2 prescriptions were delivered to me at the correct address so I had no reason to believe this one would go to the wrong address. The pharmacy offered to call the post office for me to see if they can retrieve the prescription but they are closed. They told me to call the post office on 7/20/20 but I do not feel confident that even if they can locate the package that it will be undamaged as it will be sitting in an outdoor metal post office box in 115 degree heat for 4 days. I need either a refund or replacement.

Went to cvs on coffee road in bakersfield, ca and searched for lysol disinfecting spray in the can. With none on display I inquired when some might be available and was told there was some in the store room. At checkout I was taken aback at the total of just shy of $12.00. I feel this is price gouging at its finest. I doubt i'll return to cvs and will transfer my and my wifes refills elsewhere.

CVS Mail order

They advertise that you can order on their website...well, yes you can. But don't be fooled by the implied delivery! I put in an order on May 23; as of this date, June 24, it is still being "processed". I called over a week ago and after much too long on hold I spoke to a "customer service rep" and she determined that it had been filled and was in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. Which brings me to the website which is beyond non-functional. CVS should just go back to doing prescriptions and junk the order fulfillment (ha!) business.

cvs is advertising points from pharmcy. every 10 prescriptions filled you get 5$ extra bucks. watch at the bottom of your reciepts it will keep you posted. Well I have to call and report because they have not been redeemed to me. I go to the pharmacy and its a very unpleasurable experience. I try to avoid but it is closets to me. Like evey one at the store is stuck on a high horse there.

CVS Covid 19 sanitary conditions

I am complaining about the sanitary procedures ar your cvs store located on west catawba ave, cornelius nc.

Upon entering the store as a cvs customer for over 30 years, this store did not have any sanitary procedures in place to clean the shopping carts to use in store. The hand-wipes were empty and the clerk said there is nothing she can do. Yet there were bottles of hand sanitizer at register for sale, but no concern for shoppers using the carts.
Publix supermarket across the street put a cvs pharmacy to shame as publix assures that each and every c art used is sanitized before a customer use it. Amazing how a pharmacy can't provide sanitized carts or provide sanitizer for customer to wipes carts before use upon entry.
I consider this and the employees response "disgusting and will never use cvs again, I am sure that publix has a pharmacy I will use and post my complaint on all social media. A promise as the world needs to know that a grocery store cares more about customers health during covid 19, than a cvs pharmacy.
Good bye and i'm sure you will not call me regarding this issue as one cannot even get thru to cvs headquarters.
