I live in a small town, Jefferson City, TN. . I have been a customer of CVS in JC for about 25 years without a single issue. Recently CVS hired a new pharmacist, a young girl educated from South COllege. I am a senior and she as been very disrespectful. I recently needed my refill on my nerve medicine and she made me come back a day after my 30 day supply ran out. She refused reason. I went to refill on my 30th day so I would not run out. She told me I would have to wait until the next day to get it filled. I tried to explain to her I take all my medications at 4 AM and having to wait a extra day would get me off my schedule and could cause me problems. the original problem was my medicine was 2 days short 2 months ago. the pharmacist said that was not possible since they double count all meds. her idea of double counting is pouring the bottle out and then pouring it back in the bottle. she never double counts anything ! she was very unproffesional and talked down to me. I know if she does this to me she does it to many people. with the virus lockdown we are having she put my life at risk making me come back ! The other pharmacist is wonderful . my name is Mike Underwood, [protected]. I hope you will at least address her lack of care and poor people skills. I may be a senior but I dont deserve to be treated so poorly. I dont know her name but sne is a young girl from south college.there is no excuse for her treating anyone like this. its like she has a GODS complex because she graduated from pharmacy school. CVS would go outof businessif you had all pharmacist like her.
