CVS Health Blood Pressure Monitor 800 series
Purchased Bood Pressure Monitor series 800 under OCTH. Tested extensively.
The readings were so inconsistent and would vary from 120 to 170. My old Wrist monitor never varied more than two or three points. This new monitor readings are so inconsistent that there is no way I can trust it.
so I tried to return it and buy another monitor like Onron. But the store wouldnt return, or give store credit or attempt to check with insurance company for other options to consider. they would only exchange it with the same model. I cant trust this model.
This Policy of your company makes no sense. So, if OTCH is a CVS Charity and that is why you don't return it, Please understand that i don't need your charity. You can have it back and donate it to someone who needs it or re-sell it and keep the money.

I have been waiting for my prescription to be filled since last week.
I was directed to have my husbands prescription filled at CVS at Ark rd and Rt 38, New Jersey.
That store is not my routine store and is much further away from my home.i checked the cvs apt. And was made aware the script. Was ready. I waited more then 2 1/2 hrs and was finally told it was on back order. The employee was ignorant, was not helpful. And obviously didn’t care. My husband has not had his prescribed medication since Dec. 24 2023.

i bought apple card from cvs and paid 500.00. when i got home it had a 25.00 dollar card in the 500. i took back to store but thought i was lying. told me to contact CVS and to no avail i have not heard back from CVS.

I work at an urgent care and when I call any local CVS (Dunedin and Clearwater FL area) we literally hear them hang up on us after picking the phone up. I’m calling the provider line and usually trying to get important information like a patient’s medication list so we can treat them urgently and safely. It’s absolutely appalling how they’ve decided that no phone calls will be answered at all, even from providers. CVS needs to fix some of their foundational reasoning because their lack of care for their employees creates employees who don’t care about their patients.

On 11/17/2023 at 1700, I picked up a prescription and planned to use GoodRx. The pharmacist told me CVS did not recognize GoodRx and if I had any problems to contact them. He did provide another discounted price of $67.65 which I took considering I needed the medicine. I contacted GoodRx and they indicated the coupon was valid for $34.00. Today, I went to CVS to refill the prescription. The pharmacy tech checked with GoodRx and told me for a 30 day refill it would be $32 and some change. In my opinion, the pharmacist overcharged me and I would like to request reimbursement for the difference (approximately $33.00). If you can't help with this, please point me in the right direction. I can provide the pharmacist's name, RX number, prescription information, etc. Unfortunately, I no longer have the actual receipt.

I've been accused of putting my email address on another person's CVS account. The person took a video of himself at checkout, using his ex-fiancée's phone number. An email that I never used appeared when the self-checkout asked how he wanted to get the receipt.
I've asked CVS to research this for me, but they refuse, saying it's a violation of privacy for the other person. To me, it's a violation of my privacy. The person is using this incident to make it seem like I am a bad person. All I want is for them to do the research and tell me how my email address got on someone else's account.

This is the last time I use CVS @ 110 W. North Ave., Elmhurst, Il 60126. These fouled up my prescriptions again. Partially filled prescriptions, combining different manufacturers (pill are different), told me wrong pick up dates and/or times. Lack of product (always on back order). Cashiers in this pharmacy are complete [censored]s and the pharmacists are too busy to help figure out the corrections their staff needs to make.
