CVS Only received one bottle of Cholestoff vitamin instead of the 2 bottles I ordered and paid for online

I have already attempted to contact CVS as soon as I discovered my order was shortchanged but they have not responded please help. The order #[protected] and the order date was 1/18/24 and the shipping date was 1/19/24. The product missing is one bottle of NatureMade CholesOff Complete heart health support softgels 120 count UPC #[protected] and the item #888714. I would like to be shipped free of charge ASAP to my home address Beverly Russo, 138 Lakeview Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451.

Desired outcome: Please mail out the missing vitamin to my home address ASAP free of charge

CVS On hold for 2.25 hours before giving up

Today is Monday, Jan. 22 at 4:57 pm and I have the proof of this call time on my phone. This isn't ok. I don't care how short staffed you are or what is going on you can get through phone calls faster than this. It makes you feel like you all just aren't doing your job. I needed to give you my daughters secondary insurance coverage and you never answered the phone. At this point I feel CVS owes me money. This is just unacceptable! To add insult to injury the music for the calls on hold is beyond terrible.

Claimed loss: Never was able to give the secondary insurance information.

Desired outcome: That my daughters secondary insurance could be filed so you all will stop sending me letters.

CVS CVS Health Blood Pressure Monitor 800 series

Purchased Bood Pressure Monitor series 800 under OCTH. Tested extensively.

The readings were so inconsistent and would vary from 120 to 170. My old Wrist monitor never varied more than two or three points. This new monitor readings are so inconsistent that there is no way I can trust it.

so I tried to return it and buy another monitor like Onron. But the store wouldnt return, or give store credit or attempt to check with insurance company for other options to consider. they would only exchange it with the same model. I cant trust this model.

This Policy of your company makes no sense. So, if OTCH is a CVS Charity and that is why you don't return it, Please understand that i don't need your charity. You can have it back and donate it to someone who needs it or re-sell it and keep the money.

CVS Trulicity 1.5ml/0.5injection pen

I have been waiting for my prescription to be filled since last week.

I was directed to have my husbands prescription filled at CVS at Ark rd and Rt 38, New Jersey.

That store is not my routine store and is much further away from my home.i checked the cvs apt. And was made aware the script. Was ready. I waited more then 2 1/2 hrs and was finally told it was on back order. The employee was ignorant, was not helpful. And obviously didn’t care. My husband has not had his prescribed medication since Dec. 24 2023.

CVS Apple card

i bought apple card from cvs and paid 500.00. when i got home it had a 25.00 dollar card in the 500. i took back to store but thought i was lying. told me to contact CVS and to no avail i have not heard back from CVS.

All they would have to do is run the apple card and see that it was never used and send me a new card. I am 72 years old and dont lie.

Over the last 2 years, CVS has known which brand of medication I need. Other brands are not absorped properly by my body. Last year I made a half a dozen trips in two weeks to pickup prescription. CVS Local CVSs hang up on providers

I work at an urgent care and when I call any local CVS (Dunedin and Clearwater FL area) we literally hear them hang up on us after picking the phone up. I’m calling the provider line and usually trying to get important information like a patient’s medication list so we can treat them urgently and safely. It’s absolutely appalling how they’ve decided that no phone calls will be answered at all, even from providers. CVS needs to fix some of their foundational reasoning because their lack of care for their employees creates employees who don’t care about their patients.
