CVS Local CVSs hang up on providers

I work at an urgent care and when I call any local CVS (Dunedin and Clearwater FL area) we literally hear them hang up on us after picking the phone up. I’m calling the provider line and usually trying to get important information like a patient’s medication list so we can treat them urgently and safely. It’s absolutely appalling how they’ve decided that no phone calls will be answered at all, even from providers. CVS needs to fix some of their foundational reasoning because their lack of care for their employees creates employees who don’t care about their patients.

Desired outcome: Hire more staff so they can actually answer the phone

CVS Medication Payment

On 11/17/2023 at 1700, I picked up a prescription and planned to use GoodRx. The pharmacist told me CVS did not recognize GoodRx and if I had any problems to contact them. He did provide another discounted price of $67.65 which I took considering I needed the medicine. I contacted GoodRx and they indicated the coupon was valid for $34.00. Today, I went to CVS to refill the prescription. The pharmacy tech checked with GoodRx and told me for a 30 day refill it would be $32 and some change. In my opinion, the pharmacist overcharged me and I would like to request reimbursement for the difference (approximately $33.00). If you can't help with this, please point me in the right direction. I can provide the pharmacist's name, RX number, prescription information, etc. Unfortunately, I no longer have the actual receipt.

CVS Not calling me

I keep telling them I have no cell phone and they keep sending the call to me by text ido not have text text. This has been going for over a year. Every time I go in they say we put your meds back because you didn't pick them up. I say you did not call me they say we texted you and the crap starts all over again I do not have a cell phone the number is a land line call that number.

CVS Extra care

I've been accused of putting my email address on another person's CVS account. The person took a video of himself at checkout, using his ex-fiancée's phone number. An email that I never used appeared when the self-checkout asked how he wanted to get the receipt.

I've asked CVS to research this for me, but they refuse, saying it's a violation of privacy for the other person. To me, it's a violation of my privacy. The person is using this incident to make it seem like I am a bad person. All I want is for them to do the research and tell me how my email address got on someone else's account.

This is the last time I use CVS @ 110 W. North Ave., Elmhurst, Il 60126. These fouled up my prescriptions again. Partially filled prescriptions, combining different manufacturers (pill are different), told me wrong pick up dates and/or times. Lack of product (always on back order). Cashiers in this pharmacy are complete [censored]s and the pharmacists are too busy to help figure out the corrections their staff needs to make.

CVS CA lottery daily 3-did not receive "cashed" winnings.

I purchased lottery tickets for daily 3 on the month of may 2023, at cvs store #9594 off of w. Alondra blvd. And central ave. I had the winning ticket numbers for may 12, 2023. I went in on may 13, 2023, to cvs store #9594 to a cashier register to check on prize winnings on ticket. I was given two receipts: one to verify daily 3 winnings and winning ticket with the words "cashed" printed in dark black at the bottom of the winning ticket given back to me for my records (which I did not receive cash at all) and an application form for the ca lottery to file with sacramento, ca. From august 7, 2023 through november 28, 2023, I am still waiting on winnings. I have done the necessary procedures: phone call complaints to: cvs complaints regarding ca lottery cases (which my case number was changed twice) and ca lottery claims regarding on not receiving cvs store #9594 replies for verifying lottery ticket winnings.

On November 30, 2023, I received my Daily 3 Prize through the mail from the Postman. It took 6 months. This CVS in Compton, CA. Store #9594 should be Audited. There is no telling how many other people they have keep CA lottery winnings/prizes. Thank You and Happy Holidays.

My doctor forwarded a prescription to be filled insulin and needles, the needles were approved and sitting down in the pharmacy waiting for me to pick up when I inquiry about the insulin. I was told that the numbers on my prescription card does not match. How could that be? This was very shady of CVS. no resolve needed. I got my prescription elsewhere.!
