I was involved in a scam. I purchased gift cards as requested by my scammer. After doing so, I thought better of this big bargain. I call spectrum and inquired about this big bargain and was told it was a scam. The gift cards were for target, whom I was told was promoting this big bargain. I am 79 years old, I feel really stupid, but it's my first. I called the manager and ask if I could return the cards. He said no! The receipt says no return for gift cards, but I only received the cards, no paper receipt. I'm not well off, so I'm just asking to return the cards for credit to my credit card account. Under the circumstances, it doesn't seem too much to ask. Please help me. Barbara sprang
