I’ve been on the phone waiting to speak to a pharmacist one hour and 17 minutes thus far. I will keep holding until someone answers the line. This is the CVS on Belmont/Sumner Ave in Springfield, MA [protected]. I can never reach anyone over the phone and have stayed on hold to see when they will answer it. This is my complaint. I have pics of the times that hopefully can add onto to this complaint. This needs to get rectified. I may have to leave my house just to go over and speak to a pharmacist on my issue. This is not good. It’s just terrible.

Desired outcome: Someone to answer the phone at the pharmacy as soon as a customer calls in no later than five minutes tops.
