-10 is my review for ur benton ky ipharmacy. Twenty yrs i've gave cvs pharmacys my business twenty yrs and I didn't have to there's numerous places to go but I liked cvs and for 20 yrs cvs was were I went when it came down. To that kinda stuff cvs was my go to. Not one bad things to say. Now today... I'm never never ever even if ur the only one. Will I come back to one. Long story short I drop off a script around 2 pm said give a hr... Well I have nothing to do in town so I go home and at 515 I tried to call see if they was ready so I didn't make a trip for nothing wait wait wait wait for over 20 mins on hold for pharmacy now only 25:mins to close so I call back fight with automated system to get a real person which I did told the lady my business and got a response when there busy they don't answer phones so ok I leave go to store hmm get there just few cars probly workers cars and me hmm so women that was standing right near another women doing whatever walks over to window can I help u yes here to pick up my script followed with did everyone just clear out been on hold forever trying to see if my script was done then call up front see what was going on she said I was so busy couldn't answer phone. This women yells at me we was filling medications slammed the window shut like she wasn't gonna service me which makes me mad then telling her to give me my property she said no go get another one then demanding my script back this nearly shocks me for one and two looked as if she was filling the other women's ears full of gossip when I pulled up by now the main women back there is coming up to the window and probly the only three people filling meds is now viewable at the window the two youngest one just laughing ear to ear the no now women at the window is trying to see whats going on and furious but remains calm I say I'm trying to get my medication the other women over talks the two of us saying I needed ur birthday u didn't give me it which she never asked for at this point I'm just asking for my script back cause u gonna do me this way been doing business 20 years pass stupid me I'm taking my business else where I'm sure smaller pharmacys will love my business and this will never happen again as I tell the second olderly lady I just want my script I'll go else where the other women rudely throws my script to me and presumes to say don't u ever come.. that's where I said [censored] U TO HER and drove off I'm disappointed shocked in disbelief of what just has happened to me here at ur store in Benton ky and all my years I've gave cvs pharmacys my business 20 yrs I'm definitely upset as one can get and I'll never ever come back to one of ur stores. This never should have happened nothing probly will even get done about it unless there routing going on in the news then whom ever reads this will be like guess he was right but whatever it's my closure end to 20 yr relationship and on the bright new ones oh and according to ur online policy's several got broken there tonight like I said nothing probly get done about this may not even get read or by a real person and I can care less cause it may happen again which I doubt but it will not be by cvs had I known this was gonna happen I would have been recording cause I'd posted it every where I could have and definitely sent to cvs
Desired outcome: My desire out is nothing cause nothing would get done it's the new norm in the world that why there's riots capital storms etc.

CVS has been texting me for weeks to get the flu/booster shot. I finally scheduled to get the booster shot. When I arrived at the CVS store, I did check in by text according to the directions I had received before my appointment. There was a line, so I sat down once the line was finished. I procedures to the pharmacy counter. First, I was told I had to have an appointment, which I said that I had. Then I was told I could come back tomorrow without any reason why. I find this very inappropriate. I have worked in the health field for over 20 years and couldn't turn away patients. Why should CVS turn patients away when the appointment was scheduled?

I am very upset. I just went to the Southbury CT CVS drive up window. I told the young girl with long straight hair that came to the window 11/10/22 around 7pm that my husband had deceased and I was dropping off his old medicine. She said wait a minute and came back and said we don't take it. I said I know its not your fault but I was told that that not all cvs locations take it but that yours did and I drove all the way from Brookfield because of that. I said I even thought it might be on the website. I asked if she could check with a manager. She said well I just asked my manager and she said no. Then she said no one told you that. Of course this upset me. Now she was insinuating that I was making it up. So I said don't you tell me that young lady, I certainly was told that your location takes back old medicine. The manager then appeared and said to leave the property now and shut a black curtain. I am so shocked at this rude behavior. I had researched this a couple of months ago and had finally gathered all of the medicine together to drop it off. Maybe it was the Brookfield store that told me Southbury takes it. I know I looked at a website and had made a couple of phone calls at the time. In any case they could have said Im sorry for your loss and Im sorry thats our policy Im sorry you were given incorrect info and that would be it. This behavior was outrageous.
Desired outcome: The pharmacy worker and manager need to be trained on customer service.

November 8,2022 at 1:40 a.m. I need my prescription by 3 am because my husband goes to work and isn’t home till late. So first off this pharmacist is the most miserable person and should not EVER talk to customers. He always acts like it’s a bother to do his job. So any way he can’t get my prescription ready till he leaves at 6 am. Seriously over 4 hours to fill one prescription, and an attitude of course to go along with that, even though I said I needed earlier he didn’t care. I’m so tiered of the attitude. What is so bad that every time I call him he’s bothered by doing his job
Desired outcome: I understand this pharmacist works nights but seriously he should NEVER, EVER talk to customers, if he hates his job so much maybe he should find a different one that he doesn’t have to deal with people.

Like to file a complaint against the counter rep at the pharmacy. I had two Rx to be filled and she only pulled one and I corrected her I had two, she immedately developed an attitude and told me to go over to the drop off window and she took the one med that was filled away from me. This is not the first time I have experienced such disrespect and rudeness. And lately the accuracy of my Rx is terrible. I am in the process checking if my insurance will cover Walgreens and I am going to have all my meds transferred to Walgreens. Enough is enough.
BTW, the rude lade was nearly 5 feet tall, long dark hair and thin. Do not get confused with the other tiny short hair helpful married lady.

Just waited 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that was sent over at 10am. It’s still not ready 8hrs later. The tech told me they are 4 days behind on filling prescriptions and I could wait another 20 minutes for it to be filled! This is the 3rd time in a month I had this issue. was at CVS picking up things on my way to pharmacy department. The store manager even helped me find what I was looking for. when I got to the pharmacy there was a lady getting finished with her order. NO one was in line but her and I. The store manager was running the register and with a FURM ELAVATED VOICE, he informed me that they were closing and that they do it every DAY at 1:30.
1. I am a Senior citizen and don't need to be talked to in that manner.
2. Is there a reason someone couldn't announce a reminder the pharmacy will be closing in 5 mins or something like that.
3. Some people cannot always get a ride to the pharmacy but at that time.
It's bad enough that we know you only want out money but to tell us get out we'll take your money when we want to. Very affined longtime customer.

Covid test lack of disabled veteran a.D.A. Act violations
I had a CVS in Norton MA that minute clinic appt for 6pm for a pre surgery COVID TEST for monday pre arranged. I am 100 % disabled veteran who was delayed due to major traffic and repaving of roads (bumper to bumper) I called and noone answered the phone I arrived late however the woman in the clinic after waiting 45 minutes told manager she closes at 7PM sharp with no considerations for ADA act disabled vets. I spoke to the manager who called the clinic and then said she is closed but was still in clinic. You have a rude nasty obnoxious youth who backtalked me and was disrespectful so I left. I had to cancel the long arranged surgery due to this nonsense I will file a ADA Act complaint you have two doors (offices) and one woman who has no compassion to people or esp disabled people rude disrespectful clerks. Count on me and mine a large family to no longer do business with this agenda and nonsense.

Employee mistreatment
Due to cvs policy on everything, it doesnt matter if they have solid proof but they will terminate you anyway. I had three coworkers that hated me report me for drinking on the job, no proof just three witnesses stating this. Yes I came to work after a couple drinks due to a call out but reached out for help from the district so was forced to come in and get fired over this... [censored] cvs! I hope you guys go bankrupt and you suck at caring about employees. Instead of investigating it and not be transparent you believe 3 people causeing shrink in your store qand lost payroll.
Prescription unavilable, after being told it was in-stock and ready for pick-up.
On October 26, 2022, the drug manufacturer told me that the drug was in stock at CVS Pharmacy, 866 Eastlake Parkway, Chula Vista, CA 91914. I contacted the Pharmacy directly, and asked if the drug was truly in stock. After a couple minutes, the Pharmacy Tech returned and said, "yes, we have it in stock."
I advised the Pharmacy Tech that my doctor would send a prescription over to CVS. I confirmed that CVS received the prescription. The Pharmacy tech said the prescription would be ready in about an hour. I told her I would come the next day. She said the prescription would certainly be ready by then.
On October 27, I drove two hours to the CVS Pharmacy in Chula Vista. When I arrived, the Pharmacy Tech immediately said the drug was NOT in stock. I asked why I had been told it was in stock, in two separate phone conversations. I also asked why, when someone tried to prepare the prescription and could not, I was not notified it was not in stock, so I would not waste time driving to the store. Obviously, someone knew the prescription was not in stock, and should have notified me. She had no answer, but apologized. All-in-all, I wasted two hours of time an half a tank of gas. This CVS Pharmacy has no regard for customers.
Desired outcome: Remove item from computer, so it does not show in-stock. Locate the item at another CVS anywhere in the U.S.
I just had the almost the same thing happen to me! I ran out of my pain meds, tylonol 4, on sat. My Dr. called it in the same day, on her own time on a weekend. I called on Sun to go get it. The tech said it would not be in till Mon. it would be ready around 4pm. So I waited for a text and never got one. I calls on Mon to see what was going on. I was told they were out of stock and didn't think they could get it anymore! So its Mon I have terrible chronic pain and its not a good idea to just BAMM go off like that cold turkey?! So it's now Tues it's been 4 day's. My Dr just called and is calling it into Miejer pharm. I call them and they have some in stock but not enough. So they have lots in stock at there warehouse and all will be in tomorrow. So what if this had been heart meds, or blood meds, or any very important meds? It's just wrong, and dangerous! I am 68 and can't handle this C __p anymore.

10/27/22 went to pick up medication and pharmacy was closed due lack of employees. This has been happening quite frequently at this location. We also have been having issues with the pharmacy losing our medication after it is filled. This is unacceptable! How are customers supposed to pick up much needed medication if the pharmacy is closed during normal business hours. This truly needs to be investigated and rectified for the health and safety of your customers.

Waiting on np thyroid 90 mg for refill since october 12
On 10/12 I went to the CVS pharmacy at 601 N valley Mills Drive to pick up my NP Thyroid prescription. They had the wrong dose. I refused the prescription.
They told me to contact my provider. Which I did and went into the pharmacy 10/24 and prescription still not available.
I again, contacted CVS by phone on 10/25, 10/26 and 10/27, told script would be available at 8:59pm. This morning 10/28 the script is "In Process"
I need my thyroid. When will it be available...correct medication, correct dose, correct amount and correct directions?

We moved to Howey in the hills, fl and the closes cvs is minneola (814 n. Hwy 27 clermont,fl store #3384.
That one male [censored] pharmacist is the rudest person I’ve ever talk to he is not helpful he acts like you’re bothering him when you ask a question I’ve been to many CVS is from Pennsylvania New Jersey Delaware Georgia for in Florida and have never been treated the way we are treated over there we have six special needs kids so we have a lot of medication‘s and this is uncalled for for his behavior ask him a question he’s like your bothering me.
We hate going their but it’s the closest.
He should be fired for talking to people like he does!
Might I suggest you get a mystery shopper to go in there and ask a couple questions and fill a prescription and find out for yourselves.

Recently my CVS location was closed and the pharmacy customers were merged into another CVS. I came to find out 3 other locations were as well. They combined a total of 4 stores into one but added no pharmacy staff. Not only is this frustrating as a customer but also as a fellow human being. Watching the pure hell the pharmacy team goes through on a daily basis to meet a customer line that is constantly clear across the store is hard to witness and I feel a lot of empathy for them. I’m not sure how very serious pharmacy mistakes aren’t made in all the chaos. Who ever made this business decision should be fired…or worse, they should be forced to work one week on that team and see what they are putting people through.
Desired outcome: Hire that team some help and get a new decision maker on the corporate team.

Yes I bought a serve card at CVS in Watertown CT for $220.00. I was using the card for a bill for renting a car I was told by hertz to get the card call with the numbers that was my first mistake. I don't have the receipt I was told by America express that it was use by someone but not myself. 10/26/22 I went to CVS in Duncan, Oklahoma. I was dropping off a package to be returned by UPS. The employee did not attempt to greet me at all, never made contact, and told me to put the package on the counter before she even got to the checkout. I asked for a receipt and was told that they don't do that anymore. No THANK YOU, HAVE A NICE DAY, absolutely NOTHING! I realize it was early, I arrived at 8:00, but she should be stocking, straightening shelves, or something other than waiting on customers. Unfortunately, this is not the first time an employee at the same store had a "I hate my job attitude!" If corporate would send a decoy anytime during the day, they would see exactly what I'm talking about. I know employees are hard to find these days, but good grief!

Closed during working hours
I have my prescriptions sent to the CVS at 11911 Us 70 Bus Hwy W Clayton, NC 27520. on 10/25/2022 I called around 12:00pm to ask how late they would be opened so I could pick up my prescription that was very much needed. The lady told me they close at 9pm. So after a 10 hour day at work I go to pick up my prescription and they closed at 6pm. I got there at 6:12pm. I was very angry especially since it took me 25 minutes to get there. I was very tired and needed my medicine. There needs to an alert to go to cell phones "saying closed early" just like alerts that go to cell phones when prescriptions are ready to be picked up! I wasted time and gas money! I work as a Medical Laboratory Technologist for UNC and I can't just close the lab down when I want!
