I transferred a prescription from Walmart to cvs with 4 refills left went back the next day to get it and they said I didn’t have any refills left I told them I had 4 left when it was transferred they told me to call my doctor so I did the sent in a refill I went back 24 hours later still not ready said I was at my maximum pill s to call a number called the number got that straight said it would be ready today in a few hours called to check status waited on hold for 61 mins so I drove to the store, waited in line while still on hold. I got to the counter and was told it still was not ready. This was five hours after I was told it was going to be ready seven people in the pharmacy, not a single person answering the telephone, so after being told that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes and I went to find a store manager and lo and behold there was none there. This is complete nonsense. If my company insurance wouldn’t require me to go to CVS I would never step another foot in that’s been a CVS store ever the staff at the Weird Rd., Chester, VA store are all rude and not helpful at all
Desired outcome: Nothing because cvs will have some BS excuse as why this all happened
